This is shallow town a beuatiful small town surrounded by water on three of its sides. The water is shallow thus earning the town it's name as 'shallow'. Shallow town is the home of you! And your rival (who will be introduced in the next chapter) the town is sort of famous for the water type pokemon that wonder around its edges. The only way to go as you start your journey is through 'route 2'. The path that is not shallow water.

Your rival would be ahead of you and already at the lab, but waiting on you to choose your starter. (Dustin will also be choosing a starter.
