THE NEXT DAY

I walked outside and saw everyone rushing to set up the wedding. I saw people putting chairs in rows for the isle. Megan ran over and put a big basket of rose petals on a table. Soon later the entire oval looked different. It looked amazing. Everyone looked amazing. They were all dressed up in formal clothing. These few days everyone here has come together and they have became an even closer family. A lot of people sat down on the chairs. I looked up and saw the gate opening. Ana and her people walked in.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I couldn't of missed this for anything. I'm here for you. We all are, and we are all very excited" Ana said.

"Thank you for coming" I said hugging Ana.

Everyone walked in. I gave Kane a handshake and everyone stood around each other. Food was passed around and everyone ate. I haven't seen Hunter for the entire day. She must be preparing. It was time for me to get dressed so I walked over to Hunter and I's room. I looked through my wardrobe and found a tuxedo. I put it up to my neck to see if it fit, it was about one size up but that was it. I put it on and rolled up the sleeves and pant legs to make it more of my size. I picked up my gun holster and I was about to put it on. I thought for a moment. I then decided to take off my gun holster and put it on my bed. I looked in the mirror to see what I looked like. I cleaned myself off and then walked outside.

Everyone looked at me and smiled. They haven't seen me wearing something nice, ever. All I wear is just a shirt with either pants or shorts. I walked down to the people talking and eating. I saw Jeremy drinking in the corner all alone. I spotted Megan so I walked over to her.

"Hey sweetie" I said patting Megan's head.

"Hey dad. Are you nervous?" Megan asked.

"Of course I am" I said.

"I'm really happy for you guys. I love you so much" Megan said.

I got on my knees and hugged her.

"Thank you sweetie. I love you too" I said.

I heard someone walking towards us. I looked up and saw Anastasia.

"How are you feeling?" Anastasia asked.

"Very nervous, but excited" I said.

"Yeah. You will do fine. We will be starting in a few minutes so you should get ready" Anastasia said.

"Ok. Thank you" I said.

"Good luck" Megan said giving me a kiss on my cheek.

I walked up to the front of the isle and waited. Megan's art teacher Bethany was the reader or what ever they call them. I haven't been to a real wedding for at least five years. I think when I was ten. My heart started to beat rapidly. I tried to breath calmly but it was hard to. Everyone went quite. It felt like I was standing up in front of everyone for a life time. But then finally Hunter came across the oval and walked down the isle. She was wearing a proper wedding dress as well. It was white and it was very long on the back of her. She looked beautiful.

She stood next to me and held both of my hands. I looked into her eyes non stop. I completely blacked out from listening to Bethany all I could see was Hunter looking right into my eyes. Soon later Bethany got to the I Do's.

"I do" Hunter said.

Bethany asked me the same question.

"I do" I said.

Bethany asked us to read out our speeches. Hunter took out a piece of paper from her pocket and started to read it.

"Sam. You are the bravest man I have ever meet. You are selfless and you are a fighter. No matter what you never give up. You try your hardest to keep us all safe. In these past years we have been together I have been so happy with you, and I would love to stick by your side and protect you like how you protect me. Because I love you more" Hunter said.

I swallowed a bit of my spit and looked into Hunters eyes. She started to get a little teary. So did I. I took out my speech from my pocket.

"Hunter. Since the first time I saw you I had a small crush on you, and look what that crush has turned into. You may think I'm brave, but I have nothing compared to you. You stay positive everyday no matter what, and you are going to be a great mother. I can't wait to raise this baby with you. I can't wait to start this new chapter in our lives. This speech would of gone on forever if I said how much I love you. But you can trust me on one thing. I will protect you and the baby at all costs. No matter what. Even if my life is in danger. That's what I would do for you, the little one inside of you and Megan. But you got something wrong. Because I love you way more" I said putting the piece of paper away.

She smiled.

"I love you more" Hunter whispered.

"Now to make it official. The best part of the wedding is for you two to kiss. So Sam you may kiss the bride" Bethany said.

Hunter and I hugged each other and went into kiss when I heard I gun shot. A bullet went right through Hunters left shoulder. Hunter collapsed to the ground and I grabbed her body. I looked up and saw Ana shooting Will in the head. I looked down and saw Hunter looking into my eyes. I put pressure on her wound and quickly picked her up and took her to the infirmary. I put her on a bed as she bled out fast.
