I closed my eyes and looked over at Hunter and Megan for the last time. Hunter was trying her hardest to break the mans grip who was holding her down. They were both crying and they looked scared. I felt the axe about to hit my head when I heard commotion in front of me.

I looked up and saw Lauren kicking one of Anthony's men in the leg making him fall over. She quickly rushed over to pick up their gun and started to shoot at all of Anthony's men. Anthony dropped his axe and made a run for it. Lauren ran over to the car and took out all of our weapons.

"Sam!" Lauren yelled throwing me my revolver.

I caught the revolver in the air and started to shoot at Anthony's people. He had a lot of people here with him. I heard a few more cars driving up to the gate. I took cover and aimed at the gate. I saw Ana and her people walk in. I was relieved that it was her. We kept shooting and we killed most of his people. Ana's people pushed up and started to shoot at some of Anthony's people who were trying to run away.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"You contacted us remember, telling us that you needed help. So we figured that we would come by and help out" Ana said.

"Thank you" I said.

I saw Lauren helping us and shooting at all of Anthony's men. I don't know why she is helping us. Nobody wanted to shoot at her. She saved my life. I ran over to her and got into cover.

"Why did you save my life?" I asked.

"Because I want to change. I hate the Silent. What I did there. They changed me. But now I wanna be different, I wanna join you" Lauren said.

"Do you really think you would be able to join us after all you did?" I said as I shot at a few of Anthony's men.

"I know. It will take a lot of work. But I will be grateful if you let me join. I need to change and you can help me" Lauren said.

All of a sudden I didn't hear anymore shooting. I slowly stood up and saw all of Anthony's men laying dead on the grass.

"Did we do it?" Ana asked.

"I think we did. Did anyone kill Anthony?" I asked walking forward.

"No. I didn't even see him" Ana said.

"Anthony! If you're still alive show yourself!" I said.

"Over here!" One of Ana's people yelled out.

I turned around and saw him holding Anthony. He dragged him out towards me and threw him on the ground next to me. I quickly checked him for any weapons and found a pistol, I threw it away and grabbed Anthony by his shirt.

"Please don't. Please. I don't want to die. Please" Anthony said.

I let go of him and he fell to the ground.

Anthony quickly stood up and grabbed me. I couldn't move. I tried to reach my knife but I couldn't. Anastasia tackled Anthony getting him off me. She held him down.

I took my revolver out of my holster and aimed it at Anthony's head.

*BANG*

"Thank you" I said.

"It's ok" Anastasia said smiling.

I walked over to Lauren. I grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. Jeremy handed me zip ties and I tied her up.

"Take her to the other cell. I don't want to take any chances" I said.

Jeremy walked her to the cells. I saw Hunter and Megan running over to me. They both hugged me and I fell back a little bit almost falling over.

"I thought you were going to die" Hunter said.

"I'm fine" I said.

I kissed Hunter on the lips and kissed Megan on her head. I pulled away from them and faced everyone else.

"We all need to work together and get all of this cleaned up! Take the bodies outside and we will burn them!" I yelled out to everyone.

I walked over to a body and took it outside the community and put it on the pile that was stacking up. Soon we had two piles full of dead bodies. A few of the dead bodies woke up as Walkers and we had to put them down. When we had three piles of Anthony's men we covered them in petrol and set them alight. The fire went high, and there was a lot of smoke. It started to smell really bad but I stayed and watched them burn. Hunter walked up to me with her hands in her jumper pockets. She leaned against me with her head resting on my shoulder.

"Come on. Let's go inside before Walkers get attracted to the flames" Hunter said grabbing my hand.

I took her hand and we both walked back inside.

"Are you ok? Were you injured?" I asked.

"I'm fine. I wasn't hurt" Hunter said.

"What about Megan? Is she ok?" I asked.

"We are all fine. Only two people were shot and they will live. We are going to be fine" Hunter said.

"That's good" I said.

"But once again you make me fear your death. Your lucky Lauren saved you" Hunter said.

"She told me she wants to change. She asked me to let her join us, so she can be like us. I mean after she saved me. I really think she is telling the truth. I think we should keep her locked up for a while to avoid any controversy from the others then after a few months then maybe we can let her out every now and then and when we can trust her she can finally join us" I said.

"Well if you think it's the right thing to do, I'm with you. I'm always with you. No matter what happens" Hunter said.

"Thank you baby" I said hugging her and giving her a kiss on her lips.

"But, what do you think is the right thing to do?" I asked.

"I think locking her up for a while is a good idea. We need to show these people that killing is always the answer" Hunter said.

"What about Anthony?" I asked.

"That's different. He attacked you" Hunter said.

"Tomorrow I think we should tell everyone about the election idea you told me about" I said.

"Yeah. We need you back leading us" Hunter said.

"I don't know. I know who I'm voting for" I said talking about Hunter.
