Leafa pressed against Spirita. Spirita muffled a scream but was slapped by Leafa.

"DO IT FOR STEVEN!" Leafa, Spirita, and Connie were hiding under Steven's bed. They heard the door open underneath them.

"Hey guys! What mission should we go on today?" His voice emerged from outside. He rubbed his arm. "I couldn't find Connie or her cousin... You think they forgot?" He said getting a depressed look on his face. Pearl looked at Garnett.

"I still don't understand birthdays..." Pearl whispered in Garnett's ear. Garnett nodded.

"Steven we have a ultra special mission for you!" She said grinning a tiny bit. "GET READY!" She yelled making a secret signal that Steven couldn't say. Spirita slowly got her swords out as Leafa did with her discs. Connie yelped making Steven look at his bed. Leafa jumped up falling on Steven making him tumble down the steps. He yelled falling onto the warp pad.

"NOW!" Leafa screamed wrestling Steven to stay on the pad. Garnett activated the pad from her newest watch ,waving goodbye she stepped back. Steven tried to wiggle his way out of the mysterious girl's grasp. Leafa let go of him helping him up. Steven stumbled looking at the girl.

"Leafa..." He mumbled turning towards what she was looking at. They were at the gem base with fireworks filling the sky with their colorful touch. Each firework had each moment each gem shared with Steven. He began to cry at it all.

"I don't think he likes it!" Leafa joked nudging him. Steven hugged her surprising Leafa.

"You guys didn't forget!" He screamed going to hug each gem. Leafa stumbled backwards blushing. She looked at Steven and smiled. Soon the rest of the group came joining the party.

"Where's the cake?" Steven asked looking at the 1 thousand group of gems. Everyone screamed at the thought.

"WHO FORGOT TO MAKE THE CAKE!"

"BETTY WHAT HAPPENED!"

"MY GOSH DON'T BLOODY BLAME ME! THERE WAS A TON OF WOMAN THAT HELPED!"

"WHAT HAPPENED TO IT???"

"SOMEONE ATE IT!"

"HAHHAHAAHHAHAHA!" Two gems burst out laughing. Everyone looked at them. Chris and Lapis. Spirita glared at them. Her eyes turned red as she summoned a demon. It grabbed the two and brought them to her face.

"The Princess of ghosts is gonna handle them!"

"Surprised she doesn't just kill them on the spot!"

"I just might will!" Spirita mumbled making her demon squeeze them harder. They yelled. Everyone laughed harshly at the couple being squeezed together like peanut butter and jelly. The demon disappeared and the two plummeted towards the ground. They ran off in a parade of giggles and laughter.

"STUPID GEMS! YOU EMBARRASS YOUR POSITION AS A GEM!" Spirita roared at them right before they hid behind a building. She looked at Steven.

"My gosh I should've done this myself.." Pearl mumbled making a cake slowly build itself. Everyone awed in amazement. Steven was finally becoming a little adult, but no one could take his kid side away...

Guys no chapter lately so I made a side chapter! I've been on a roll with making videos on YouTube! No time to write anymore especially with all the drama that's been flying around my head. Sometimes I hate growing up and being a girl 😑, it leads to so much FRIKIN drama!!!!!
