Steven jumped out his covers.

"Today I'm gonna go on a mission!" He cheered jumping out of bed. He put on his star shirt and pants, and he toppled down the stairs and onto the kitchen chair. After looking around he noticed the gems weren't there. A note was on the counter saying 'Steven we are so sorry! You wouldn't wake up so we left without you. Go play with Connie! Also here's some tips.

Again sorry Steven!' The note ended. Steven's eyes welled up into tears and the note was soon covered with water. Steven dumped his cereal on the floor and left the house seeing Connie and Leafa in a little store across town. His eyes lit up and he ran towards the boardwalk. At Least he had some friends.

Leafa looked at the clothes.

"None of the girl clothes look good 😑" She moaned throwing the clothes off into the hangars. Leafa looked at Connie.

"Where'd you get your clothes from?" Leafa asked pulling at Connie's dress. Connie pointed at the star store. Leafa gazed at the shirts. They looked perfect for a gem! Leafa grabbed Connie's hand and ran across the boardwalk to the next store. While being in there Leafa's gem finder went crazy. Leafa stiffened looking at the door. She saw that Steven was coming. He couldn't be a gem right? There's never ever been a boy gem! It's impossible. Steven entered the shop waving at the two girls. They smiled waving back.

"Hey are you guys looking for shirts?" Steven asked. They nodded. Steven put on a fake mustache and top hat and pointed towards a section that looked like his shirt at the moment. They all had a star in the middle with red surrounding it. It was simple but good. Leafa bought plenty and together they left the store.

"Let's go to the food places! I didn't eat breakfast this morning..." Steven said remembering that morning. Connie rolled her eyes knowing Steven was the king of food. Leafa nodded skipping along without a care in the world. Their first spot was the donut place. A boy with weird hair looked at Steven with a devilish grin. He glanced at Leafa a his grin turned into a pleasant worker's face. He blushed slightly at Leafa and leaned over towards Steven.

"Where'd you pick up some girls?" He whispered in Steven's ear.

"They're my friends!" Steven said rolling his eyes. The boy looked joyed.

"Are they single" the boy asked, his grin getting bigger.

"Leafa are you single?" Steven asked. Leafa blushed giving him the death stare.

"Yeah. When do we get the food?" She asked turning her head in embarrassment. The boy grinned devilishly.

"May I ask what you want my lady's?" He asked. Connie told him the usual. Once they began to leave the boy put his phone number in the dress of Connie, and the back pocket of Leafa. Leafa felt it and blushed smacking his hand away. They ate their donuts on the way to a store called fry bits.

"WHERES THE FRY BITS!" They heard someone bang on the counter. The worker flinched in fear.

"She's a new worker" Steven mumbled loud enough for Leafa and Connie to hear. Leafa squinted at the girl. It couldn't be her... She grabbed her gem finder. The gem finder was pointing a little towards Steven and the girl. It was between them. It was her!

"SPIRITA!" Leafa yelled running towards the girl. The girl turned around smiling and waving. They hugged each other tightly. Spirita had white mystical hair in a ponytail with gray eyes. Steven glanced at Connie.

"I just want some food..." Steven moaned. Spirita nodded punching the man making him fall to the ground so that Steven, Connie, and Leafa could come through. The man gasped and stood up.

"YOU WILL BE KICKED OFF THIS ISLAND YOUNG LADY! I AM DA MAYOR!" He raged waving his fist at her. She snickered kicking him back onto the ground.

"Shut up old man! You can kick me off once you can catch me" She mumbled pushing her foot harder into his head making him go deeper into the boardwalk. They laughed and ordered some fry bits.

"Hey Steven! Um... Where's the gems?" Connie asked creating a hint of red in her cheeks. Spirita gasped. Leafa tapped her shoulder and rolled her eyes signaling that it was a little game they were playing. Steven sighed.

"They left without me..." He mumbled. Spirita patted his head and smiled. He blushed and smiled back.

"Gosh it's getting hot outside! I shouldn't have wore this turtle neck" Spirita said starting to take her turtle neck off. They all yelled trying to stop her. She rolled her eyes and put her hand in the air. Her hand began to glow as her whole body did the same covering up the turtle neck. Her clothes changed to a white tank with booty short jeans. Connie cooed over her in amazement as did Steven. Leafa giggled.

"So I'm guessing your taking a break off your shift?" Leafa guessed. Spirita nodded. They walked over to an arcade.

"Welcome to the best place ever! The arcade!" Steven announced. Spirita nodded agreeing. Her face changed to a devilish grin as she ran to a machine moving her hands so fast they were only a blur. Steven wowed in amazement once again. Leafa grabbed two meat shakers and looked at the game. It was a pig... She shrugged her shoulders and began to play. Steven looked at her and panicked.

"NO DONT TOUCH THAT GAME!" He screamed pushing her while falling over with her. Leafa opened her eyes and blushed, glaring at him.

"GET OFF OF MEH STEVEN!" Leafa yelled kicking him off. Spirita snickered. Connie grabbed him in anger.

"How about we just go to my dad?" Steven said wincing in pain as Connie strengthened her grip around his arm. They all nodded.

"Steven! I haven't seen you in so long kiddo!" The man exclaimed.

"Hey Mr.Universe" Connie said waving. Leafa and Spirita's eyes sparkled. Right in front of them was the legendary Rose's husband! They bowed down quickly.

"NICE TO MEET YA GREG!" They said quickly. Greg tilted his head in confusion. Steven and Connie glared at them.

"How do you know his name?" They asked in sync. The girls shrugged lying.

"Steven? Are you in Greg's shop?" A familiar voice asked. Steven froze. Pearl... Pearl said to not be with Leafa or any suspects.

"HIDE!"

Wow I have too many storys in my head that I'm getting writers block! NUUUU! Almost ended the whole story at the fry bits because of this stupid Writers Block!!!!! Stay Yummy though.
