The Fight between Atlas and the Ex Covenant has begin!

Banshees and Seraphs swarms out of the Hangers of the CSS, towards their enemy, ready for battle.

"Arc Squadron! Form up with me!" One of the Leaders of their squadron ordered as they follow his lead.

In the CSS Shipmaster George can be seen giving out orders.

"Fire the plasma projector at those Frigates! GRIND THEM INTO DUST!" Gregor ordered then two destructive beams of plasma boiled and cut through the ship's hull, destroying the two Atlasean Frigates in seconds like tissue paper.

With the Beacon students, Arc sisters, Professor, Atlasean General and Atlas Lieutenant, they can't help but watch in shock and horror seeing the power of their opponent, Ironwood frantically ordered, "Send all fighters to engage that ship!"

"Yes sir!" The Atlasean Pilots complies.

The Atlasean Frigates soon retaliated by sending out the Atlasean Dropships and firing their Frigate's weapons at the Alien ship, hoping it would damage them.

But it was futile.

The Ex-Covenant forces may be outnumbered to eight to one, but they outmatch Atlas in every single way. They have the technological advantage, better weaponry and experienced fighters and surpass Atlas military in every single way.

The CSS fires several plasma torpedos at the four Frigates as several plasma torpedos rammed into it, severely damaging the four Frigates.

Soon both fighters comes close and came in each other weapon range.

The small group of Banshee and Seraphs flew down as they got into range of the seven Atlasean Dropships the Banshee Pilot leader then ordered.

"Weapons in range, open fire!"

The group quickly fired off several bursts from their plasma cannons and plasma projectile, most of the blasts hit their target, annihilating the unfortunate Atlas Dropships, as the ground is being littered up with crashed Atlas Dropships and a few Ex-Covenant Fighters.

A few Atlas Dropship flew in and fired upon the group on the side, but the Ex-Covenant's Shield just shook it off as if they are nothing, this is the first time the Atlas military has ever faced a technological advance enemy. And it's clear that Atlas is completely outmatched by the Ex-Covenant.

Atlas Frigates fires their Anti-Air guns at the Basnhees and Seraphs, trying to assist their fighters, but the Banshees and Seraphs are too fast and dodged all the shots with ease, they could barely lay a hit on them, even some shots were successful at hitting them but their shields are too strong and shook it off as they are nothing.

The Remnant Residents cannot help, but watch in horror while the Atlas Dropships are asking for assistance through the radio.

"Those fighters are too strong! I can't take it out GAAAAH-"

"I need assistance I've got bogeys on my tail!"

"We need reinforcements GAAAAHH-"

Multiple Atlas Dropship flew in to assist, but were quickly decimated by a squadron Banshees.

"HAHAHAHA! Watch them die!" One of the Pilots inside the Banshee said as he destroys another dropship.

"Here comes more for us to kill!" He said alerting them a nearby Atlas Squadron is trying to flank them.

Atlas Dropships were being obliterated left and right by the scorching hot plasma from multiple banshees as they are outclassed by the Ex-Covenant Fighters, soon Seraphs swooped in and burned the Dropships to a crisp.

Another Atlas Frigate is destroyed by the CSS' plasma projector, while the other Frigate attempts to flee only to be bombarded by Seraphs severely damaging the ship, and only for the CSS to fire its plasma torpedo at the Atlasean Frigate, destroying it. Now only one remains, which holds The Beacon Students, Arc Sisters, Atlasean General and Lieutenant and Beacon Professors while the crew are now panicking.

"General! All of our Frigate are destroyed! We're the ones only left!"

"We lost most of our fighters! What do we do now?!"

General Ironwood realized situation they are in, he realized that he made a crucial mistake to bring in this many forces against an unknown enemy, this is the first time in both Remnant and Atlas history to ever face a dangerous adversary, an adversary that has the technology to destroy Atlasean Frigates, and possibly all of the Kingdom of Atlas with ease and to have weapons that could pierce aura, the Atlas Military always faced the White Fang and Grimms, but never an adversary like this, he believes that Atlas Military is the most powerful military in Remnant, but he was proven wrong.

He looks at his men and starts to order a retreat.

"Retreat! We must get out of here-"

Before he could finish, two Banshees flew in and fired their plasma torpedoes at the Atlas Frigate as it shook heavily making many of its occupants stumble and fall on the ground.

"What's going on!?" Ruby ask fearfully.

"Our energies are destroyed!"

"WHAT!?" They exclaimed in shock

In the CSS, Shipmaster Gregor can't help but smile in satisfaction by the results, he turns to the crew who are on the control panel and ask.

"Status Report!" He asked.

"The CSS took to no little damage, we only lost a few fighters, and the Atlas forces lost most of their fighters and the last remaining Atlas Frigate's engines are destroyed..." The Human Elite reports.

"Good, now send in the boarding party! We need them alive!" The Faunus Shipmaster said with his arms behind his back.

"What about the Atlas soldiers inside?" He asks

"Kill them off, they are not important in the story Arcbiter anyways..." he waves it off.

"What?"

"Moving on!" He said quickly.

Then several Phantoms soon flew out the hanger with Banshees escorting them to their destination, heading to the last Atlas Frigate preparing for boarding.

When they reach the ship, the Phantoms open up their ramps and Covenant's Arc troop, consisting of Hunters, Jackals, Spec-Ops Grunts, Spec-Ops Elites(which includes Human and Faunus) and three Mgalekgolos jump out and firing their plasma weapons at the unprepared AKs and Atlas soldiers.

The Atlas Forces we're caught off-guard by the surprise attack as they were gunned down mercilessly.

"WE'RE BEING BOARDED-" The Atlas soldier was silenced by a familiar ice-cream girl.

And among the boarding party is Roman and Neo, wearing their HELIOSKRILL-class Mjolnir and is equipped and are equipped with a energy swords and plasma rifles, with six unggoy stood by their side, each carrying either plasma pistols or needlers.

"Okay, our objective is to capture General Ironwood, the Huntsmen and Huntresses, including his sisters and Professors! The Arcbiter needs them alive." Roman said.

"Yes leader!" The troops complies along with Neo soon made their way to bridge, as few skirmishes happened between the group.

"BAD GUY! BAD GUY!" The Spec Ops exclaims as he fires his energy pistol at the AKs, successfully killing some of them.

"GRENADE OUT!" The Grunt throws a plasma grenade at a group of Atlasean Knights, obliterating the group.

Some of the Altasean forces soon got enough time to prepare themselves a counter-attack and fired at the Covenant's Arc forces successfully killing a few Grunts, a Human Elites and a few Faunus Jackal Snipers.

"HOLD THEM OFF!"

"RAAAH! DIE YOU DISGUSTING FREAKS!" An Atlas Soldier yelled out as he shoots his machine gun at a group of Grunts, successfully killing many of them.

"THEY KILLED YAPYAP!" The Grunt cries out, while avoiding getting shot.

"He was my best friend!"

Seeing there brethren getting killed off, the Grunts takes cover behind some crates while some took behind cover behind a Sniper Jackals, along with Human and Faunus Snipers,with their Shields Gauntlets deflecting any enemy fire while those without Shield are sniping down any Atlas Soldier and AKs from a safe distance.

Human, Faunus and Sangeheili Elites took cover from incoming enemy fire while firing their Plasma Rifles, Storm Rifles and Needlers at the Atlas forces killing many of them while some Elites charged in with their Energy Swords.

"DIE ATLAS SCUM!" A Faunus Elite shouts as she impales an Atlas Soldier with her Energy Sword, making him scream in pain.

"This is for all the Faunus you ENSLAVED!" The Human Elite stated as he killed three Atlas Soldiers with his Plasma Rifle.

"THIS IS FOR YAPYAP!" The Grunt shouts as he shoots at the AKs.

"Who's Yapyap?" The Faunus Elite asked in confusion, while her partner just shrugged.

The Mgalekgolos fires their heavy assault cannons at the Atlas Forces annihilating them, leaving the ones that survived horrified or perhaps traumatized. A few Grunts equipped with Fuel Rod cannons came in view and aim their weapons at the a group of Atlas Soldiers, taking cover behind a destroyed Bullhead.

"Steady...FIRE" The Grunt shouts as his brethren fires their Fuel Rod cannons at the Atlas Soldiers obliterating them from existence.

It's a massacre! The Atlas Military never face enemies equipped with plasma weaponry, they are only used to fighting off terrorist and Grimms but never with something like this, even the AKs are having a hard time trying to take out their enemy, only for plasma projectiles to destroy them into scrap.

While Fighting went on, Roman and Neo got into an engagement with a few Atlas Soldiers.

"Hold Stop right there!"

Roman and Neo just smirked and activated their cloak, shocking the two Atlas Soldiers.

"W-What!?"

"Where did they go!?"

They got their answer when two of them gets impaled by an Energy Sword and a Sword, as the two body falls limp then Roman and Neo uncloak themselves.

"I always wanted to do that..." Roman said satisfied while Neo just smirks.

"Leader!" The two sees a Spec-Ops grunt running up to them in panic.

"What is it?" Roman asked.

"Sir! We got an incoming enemy giant mech!" The Spec-Ops Grunt said as the Paladin comes in to aid the Atlas soldiers from their superior adversaries.

"Send in the Hunters! They'll take care of it!" Roman ordered, the Spec-Grunt nodded and then gestures the to hunters to attack their new foe, the Hunter's attention is now on the Paladin and it charges in and plows through the Atlas defense, killing a few in the process. And let's out a roar to challenge the Paladin.

The Paladin advances towards the Hunter and tries to punch the Mgalekgolo with its fist, but the Hunter uses it's Shield to block the incoming attack and uses its heavy assault cannon and aims it at the cockpit and fires, destroying the Paladin and killing the pilot inside, while the Atlas soldiers watched in horror seeing the Paladin to be destroyed so easily.

Atlas Soldiers soon realize it's futile to fight them many are considering on surrendering, but their commander is not letting that happen.

"DIE!!!" The Atlas commander shouted as rains more bullets on the Covenant's Arc Forces with his machine gun, killing three Human and Faunus Elites.

"Major Hide (Yes, That's his name and it's a reference to YouTube video I watched) ! We cannot defeat them! We must raised the White Flag while we still can!"

"FUCK THE WHITE FLAG-" He didn't get to finish his sentence as his head was blown off from a Plasma Beam shot, shocking the Atlas Soldier.

Atlas Soldiers sees it's futile to hold them back and victory is not turning in their favor, they have no choice but to surrender as they drop their weapons with their hands on the air.

"STOP! We surrender! We give up!" The Atlas Soldier cries out as the Ex-Covenant Forces halt their attack and advances toward them with caution.

The Faunus and Human Elite walks towards the surrendering Atlas Soldiers with satisfied smirks behind their helmets.

"See, you Atlas Scums barely gave us a challenge!" The Faunus Elite mocked, while Grunts around her just laugh in response.

"Just get me out of here..." The Atlas Soldier begged.

"Alright..." She replies as she pulls out her plasma pistol and blew the Atlas soldier's head off, as the rest of the surrendering Atlas soldiers recoiled from it. "...that's for my family..." she sneers in disgust and venom.

"HEY!" Roman called out at them, "No executing prisoners!"

"Sorry sir!" She apologized.

"Alright, move forward!" Roman ordered his troops and Neo heads to the Bridge.

In the bridge, an Atlas soldier comes in the bridge urgently, catching everyone inside the bridge's attention.

"Sir! We're being boarded!

"WHAT!?" The General exclaims in with shock with other residence shock by this.

"They are on their way! We must get one of here while our troops are- GAAAAHHH!!!" the Atlas Soldier wasn't able to finish as he was shot from behind, as Roman's troops swarm in aiming there plasma weapons at the group.

The Atlas General, Arc sisters, Huntsmen and Huntresses (except Team CDRL, who are still unconscious) prepare themselves for a fight while Ozpin's demeanor remained calm as they are being surrounded by Grunts, Jakcals and Elites (Consisting of Humans and Faunus ofcourse)

"{We got you surrounded! Surrender now or prepare to face OBLIVION}" The Elite said in Sangeheili, with his Carbine trained on them.

And ofcourse they don't understand what he said, but they understood it has something to do about surrendering. The atmosphere is tense, and the huntsmen and huntresses see how dire the situation is, they know if they try any attempt to fight back they would be gunned down by their plasma weapons.

Soon Roman came in view, he looks at Beacon Students, Arc sister and Atlas General with a satisfied smirk behind his helmet.

"Well this is a surprise... I did not expect to see you here..." Roman said to Team RWBY.

"Who are you?" Ruby asked.

"Oh... you know me well little red..." He said with a smirk as he removes his helmet revealing himself to the Huntsmen and Huntresses, getting shock gasp from them.

"You!" Ruby growls.

"Yes, it's me... aaaaand her..." Roman smirks, with Neo standing by him with her helmet removed.

"Why are you here? And more importantly, why are these... creatures following you?!" Ruby said.

"Oh little red, don't you get the memo? I'm their commander! One of the Commander of the Covenant's Arc! Commander Roman of the Covenant's Arc Army!"

"WHAT!?" Everyone said, shock by this revelation.

'Hehehe, I love seeing their reactions to this' he thoughts as he clears "...now, surrender and drop your weapons! Or else you will face severe consequence! You're outnumbered! And outmatched! And I believe you would agree on that aswell headmaster!"

They were hesitant, as Ozpin said to them.

"Everyone... do what they say..." Ozpin said, shocking everyone.

"But Oz-" Ironwood tried to reason, but

"James, they are right, we are outmatched and outnumbered, you saw what they did to your ships, do what they say!" Ozpin said sternly.

"I would listen to him if I were you..." Roman said, with his trained on them.

"...He's right..." Qrow said grimly as he drops his weapons.

Realizing the situation they are in, and they drop their weapons as the Elites grabs their weapons.

"See! It's not that hard!" Roman said with a smirk, as they are cuffed with aura-cuffs.

"Don't think you can break out of those... they suppress your aura, so... no semblance, no aura, no escape!" Roman explained mockingly, getting glares from the Huntresses and Huntsmen.

"Now, let's go to Phantoms, our leader is so eager to see you and be reunited with you... in a very unhappy way..." He said the last part quietly.

As they being escorted to the Phantom, while carrying the unconscious Team CDRL, on their way they have a face of pure horror when they saw the devastation the Covenant's Arc Forces did to the Atlas Soldiers, AKs and Paladin, they couldn't believe that what they are witnessing, it's a massacre, a bloodbath.

"Oh Oum..." Pyrrha said in horror, as she place her hands on her mouth.

"R-Ren, I don't feel so good..." Nora said as her face turn green while Ren tried his best to give her comfort.

Yang tried to Shield a Ruby's eyes from the sight, but she already saw it.

Blake, Velvet and Coco sees a Faunus Elite, without her helmet, aim her plasma pistol at the Atlas Soldier begging for his life.

"PLEASE! Have mercy-" The Faunus Elite shot the Atlas Soldier dead without second thought, making the everyone watch in shock on her action.

"There's my mercy..." She said coldly, while the ones witnessing it shook, as they continue their way to the phantoms.

When they board the Phantoms, unbeknownst to them on the forest close to the Battle a Scouting White Fang party is concealed on the forest, they saw the whole battle leaving them baffled and shock.

And the scouting party is led to non-other than Adam Taurus.

"Sid, did you see that!? They took down the entire Atlas Army as if they were nothing!"

"I know! What the hell are they!?"

Adam looks them irritated.

"Will you two be quiet! Are you trying to get us caught?!" Adam snarled.

"Sorry sir!" They both said in unison.

Adam sighs and observes the Covenant's Arc from in the forest with interest. The way how they fought against Atlas is Jaw-dropping, and it also shocks him that Jaune Arc, took down a huge Atlas Ground Force by his own.

This is the first time Adam sees the Ex-Covenant in action, and he is impressed by this, it shows the Covenant's Arc are no faction to mess with, even Atlas Military cannot defeat them. They possess the tech that surpass in Remnant's Tech in every single way.

After observing for a bit, an idea came to his mind he turns to his troops and said.

"We must return to our main Headquarters and inform Sienna Khan about this."

"Yes sir!" They replied as they made their way to their Bullhead as took one glance at the CSS and left.

~Timeskip~

When team RWBY, PNR, CFVY, the Arc Sisters, Atlasean General and Lieutenant and Professors arrived at the Crocea's Light, they have a face of shock and amazement when they saw the Covenant's Arc city for the very first time, they flew across the city as they see other types of civilians vehicles flying pass them. When they landed infront of the Capital building, Blake and Velvet saw a Faunus Child running up to his parents, which are Faunus and Human, as he hugs his parents happily, they have looks in amazement as they look around them to see more Human and Faunus coexisting alongside the Aliens, many are either socializing, while some are playing with the Grunts.

"I'm going catch you!" The Grunt declares as the children around him are laughing and playing around him, which brought a smile to Ozpin, Team RWBY, Team PNR and Glynda when they saw Humans and Faunus living in harmony. It got Everyone(Possibly Ironwood) to realize that there is a hope for Humans and Faunus to coexist with each other, along with the Aliens. Blake and Velvet can't help, but smile at the sight.

'There is hope for Humans and Faunus coexist...' Blake thought.

While they are being escorted by the honor guards(which are humans and Faunus) they see many types of Covenant'sArc Vehicles which caught the Atlasean's attention, the Covenant Military vehicles they are seeing range from Ghost, Revenants, Spectre, Shadows, and Wraiths.

And the biggest vehicle that shocks them all that it makes the Paladin more inferior as an Atlasean Knight, the Scarabs! They watch the Scarabs walk over them with an Patrol Squad walking alongside it, the squad consists of a few Grunts, Two Human Jackal Snipers and three Elites.

And they also heard a something from the two Grunts conversing with a Human Jackal Sniper.

"I heard humans can jump really high by using explosive!" The Grunts said

"Don't Tell me you still believe in that ddob stuff!" The second Grunt Doubted.

"That actually can happen, I see huntsmen and huntresses do those..." Their human friend said.

"See I told you!" The Grunt said to the other unggoy.

"Uhhnahhh... does anyone feel like they're being watched and manipulated by an unknown omniscient being?" One of the Grunts in the squad said as his two friends look at him weirdly.

"Quit it! You're of freaking me out..." the Grunt said, a bit freaked out.

"Um I think we should about something else..."

(@BattleDroid1106: Phew... that was a close one, back to the story!)

They ofcourse were abit amuse by this, but they made their way to the Arcbiter's office. When they reach the office, they see the Arcbiter standing infront of the window, watching view with his helmet on, Roman and Neo bowed down for his respects.

"Arcbiter, here are the people you requested..." Roman said gesturing to the them.

When the Arcbiter turns to face them, they could feel a cold aura of rage and anger from the Acrbiter directed towards the huntsmen and huntresses, he looks at Roman and said through his voice modifier.

"You did a great job, Commander Roman... and you too Neo you did a great job..." He compliments making Neo blush a bit.

Ozpin clears his throat catching his attention. "Excuse me, but who are you?"

"Me? I'm the Arcbiter, leader of the Covenant's Arc!"

Athena walks up to him, but was prevented by the Honor Guard aiming their weapons at her.

"Where is my brother Jaune!? I know he's here! Where is he?!" Athena shouted.

The Arcbiter only laugh at this, "Don't worry, I will tell you where he is..."

"TELL ME!"

The Arcbiter then place his hands on his helmet and he removes his helmet, revealing his face, shocking everyone.

"J-jaune!?" Velvet, Pyrrha, Ruby, and the Arc Sister stuttered in shock, as tears are threatening to fall out.

"Long time, no see...Traitors..."
