Angst to fluff!!!

Julian had to leave the next morning to go to another city, he wouldn't be back until next week. He was currently pulling his coat on and giving you a kiss on the head as a promise he'd be back soon however there was something in his gut that told him he shouldn't leave. He sighed softly, "I'll be back as soon as I can, I promise." And with that he left quickly. You bit your lip softly as you watched him leave, there was still something you hadn't got the chance to tell him.

Julian tended to a patient and luckily it didn't take as long as it was supposed to so he got to get back early, he wanted to surprise you but when he entered the house and you weren't there alarms started going off in his head.

The first idea he had was to go to Asra- after all you tracked him down using a old scroll from years prior so if anyone could find you it was him. He got to the shop but it was closed, he used his spare key he secretly took back from you in case of emergencies and opened the door. The place was quiet.

Asra must be asleep.

He walked up the stairs quickly and opened the door to his room, he wasn't expecting to see you there. You were curled up on the bed in one of Julian's shirts, Asra was wearing his pajamas and was sleeping on the side of the bed next to the wall. One arm over his eyes and one under your head to use as a pillow while you slept. Julian stood there for a moment just watching you sleep. He clenched his jaw shut as he took a deep breath and started to back out of the room when a sudden squeeze around his thigh caused him to Yelp and Asra to jolt awake.

Asra looked over at Julian eyes wide in shock then to you who stirred softly but didn't wake. Julian was trying to pry Faust off his thigh as Asra got out of bed carefully. Once Faust was off Julian she slithered to Asra, Asra grabbed Julian's arm and put a finger over his lips to gesture Julian to stay quiet. Julian pulled his arm away from Asra roughly and just glared at him before they started walking down stairs.

Asra rubbed his eyes while he made tea, the morning was just starting to hit the horizon now. Julian sat in a chair shaking his leg as a nervous twitch until Asra sat down across from him with his tea. "Your home early." Asra said with a slight smile. "Yeah, betcha weren't counting on that." He couldn't stop the words from spilling from his mouth and only afterwards is when he realized what he said. "What?" Asra scoffed at Julian. "What, what?" Julian as he stood up from the table and began pacing. "Look I know it looks bad but I assure you I meant nothing but good intentions." Asra said softly.

"Good intentions?! Is that what you call Good intentions?! Using your hocus pocus magic on her to get her into bed!" Julian slightly raised his voice, Asra stood up now looking offended. "Excuse me!? I will have you know she came over here herself earlier in the night!" Asra was trying to stay quiet so you didn't wake up. Julian's sighed in annoyance as he ran a hand down his face, "I should have never left, I should have trusted by gut and stayed." He spoke to himself. "Yeah maybe you should have, maybe then she wouldn't have had to run to me for help." Asra hissed out Venomous words to Julian.

Julian stopped in his tracks, his eyes stinging. "You always leave when she needs you most! Your not the only doctor in the world!" Asra shouted, Faust was nudging him and trying to calm him down.

"You wanna lecture me on leaving! Where were you when the plague was happening?! When she was dying- cause I was trying to find a cure." Julian shouted back, Asra looked shocked but it didn't last long until it turned to hatred as he shoved Julian harshly. "I Loved her!! I wanted her to come with me!! But no she stayed to help you and what did you do!? You let her die!" Asra screamed at the top of his lungs between shoving Julian. Julian's hand turned into a fist, he didn't have time to stop himself- all he saw was red when he swung.

Asra stumbles backwards and leaned on the table wiping his busted lip. "Stop! Friend sleep!!" Faust was frantic while trying to get Asra to listen to him. The room was quiet for a moment, "Do you... love her...?" Julian's voice cut the silence like a knife, Asra stared daggers at him, he opened his mouth to reply but caught the sight of you standing on the stairs and whatever words he had on his tongue died.

Julian spun towards you to face you, he averted his gaze from you. You were a little startled but you knew these two never got along and similar things have happened before. You grabbed a rag and walked to Asra giving it to him with a hug. "I'm sorry..." Asra mumbles softly, you gave an apologetic look before grabbing Julian's hand and pulling him out of the shop. The walk home was quiet, once behind a closed door Julian crumbled and started sobbing.

He apologized for everything, hitting Asra, getting upset over nothing, about all the past dirt that had been big up during their argument. You didn't say anything you just held him until your silence was killing him. "Please- say something "- Anything!" He chocked out. You couldn't hide you slight giggles that turned into full blown laughter. Julian was so confused when you grabbed his face gently with your hands and pulled him into a kiss. "God your such an idiot, but your my idiot." He sighed softly as you peppered his face with kisses. Julian just stood there.

"Julian, listen to me. I do not love Asra, he's just a friend. I love you, I can see why you thought what you did but the real reason I was there is because I didn't have my doctor to take care of me." You hugged Julian tightly, he returned the favor instantly.

After a moment you pulled away and he looked concerned. "Are you sick? Why did you need a doctor?" He asked and you couldn't hide you smile, "Because I've been having morning sickness lately." You said softly. He was clueless.

"Morning sickness....?" He asked, you mentally face palmed. "Julian- I haven't had my period." You said. He looked you over, "I- But your to young to go through minapose..." he said mumbled.

You waited a moment until his face lit up, "Oh! OH!" He exclaimed as his face turned slightly red, "There you go genius." You giggled softly.

Julian picked you up and swung you around laughing. "Jules I'm gonna hurl!" You yelled then he sat you down.
