So yeah I was thinking about the VSA and hopefully later as the story progresses a Vale Continental Army or VCA so yeah let me get some things out of the way first. I am aware that not a whole lot of people mind military uniforms but anyway let me talk about the VSA's standard uniform. The standard uniform of the VSA would look a urban military uniform with some slight alterations. Since I cannot find any images that can make it on to here I will have to give a description okay the uniform for personal is a standard uniform like something you will see at a military base except that it is a dark blue with two emblems one is the Vale symbol which is the cover of this story and the other is a VSA symbol that says "Vale's protectors." Meanwhile the standard police would be equipped with standard weapons (From Killzone which I still do not own and I don't own any images used)

Standard uniform for VSA officers are typically a hybrid between protection and mobility having vest capable of protecting the wearer from standard dust rounds and helmets that are effective at preventing head shots with protective visors to protect against though keep in mind the helmets only are good at keeping the wearer from dying instantly later in the story they may get an upgrade but who knows but as a side effect the result is that the person will either be unconscious or in rare cases extremely dizzy but you know its still protection. The uniforms colour is a light blue with black stripes and yes the helmets are mandatory however this is what they look like.

(This is actually a standard ISA marine but they wear a balaclava to cover the mouth but this is what the helmet would look like except with a balaclava and the vest is more like armed police vests and light blue)

Now as a starter the VSA does not have a large budget they only have a budget capable of enlisting and arming up to 250 enforcers (police officers) as well as employing only 300 support personal (medics, technicians, and radio operators) they only have at there disposal of transportation is 100 standard vehicles in which a typical unit has 4 enforcers and 3 VTOL Bullheads modified (chain guns) and 2 heavy transports. They also employ the OWLS from killzone shadow fall (still do not own)

but they are very limited in capability only capable of scanning, lethal, and non-lethal and yes the officers are equipped with tasers. Now in terms of recruitment the Vale police academy draws in a lot of recruits from all over both the city of Vale and a couple of settlements. The VCA will come into play later in the story as essential to a building of installations that are Vital to Vale which will take me a while to get there.
