(IN OZPIN'S OFFICE)

we see the elevator arrive at the top of Beacon Academy as everyone entered the office, where they see Ozpin & Glynda standing at his desk, but are also curious at seeing Marceline & the others from OOO

Jaune: (sighs) hello Ozpin and Glynda....

He says as he stands there at the desk with a serious look on his face

Ozpin: ah, Mr. arc, it's good to see you again.

Jaune: likewise, but I can't say that I can forget what happened here, but from what I heard from them, it seems that things are in need of fixing and there are more pressing matters, but we will worry about that later, ok?

Ozpin & Glynda look at each other, then back at Jaune as they nod in understanding as Ozpin took a sip from his mug as per usual

Jaune: good, now onto the problems at hand. A person called the Lich has came here from their realm, (points to fin, Jake, and his friends) and we think that he is looking for Salem to start an everlasting darkness upon both our worlds....or in the lich's point of view, erasing life from existence since that's his thing.

He said, making Glynda shocked as she dropped her crop while Ozpin spat out his coffee in shock

Ozpin: who told you about Salem?!

He demanded while being surprised

Jaune: two immortal beings named Scarab & Prismo.

He said bluntly

Ozpin: .....oh.

Glynda: well, is there another reason why you're here?

She asked while Phyrra and June look at jaune as Marceline holds his arm tightly as they wait for him to speak

Jaune: (smirks) well.... there is...one thing I wanted to do once i managed to come back here. I want to fight against my shitty ex-dad, Nicholas. I want to challenge him to fight over control of the Arc family and Ozpin, if I win this fight, YOU...will have no choice but to give me Full control over beacon academy.

he said, shocking everyone in ozpin's office, even Ozpin & Glynda were shocked at hearing what he said as well

Ozpin: are you sure you want to take over this place jaune? I can understand fighting your dad, but why would you want to be headmaster of this school?

Glynda: that's exactly what I want to know too.

Jaune: simple: I want to make everyone here pay for what they've done to me, I want to make your students suffer as I have. That's why I want to take over beacon.

Ozpin and Glynda look at each other and then nod in understanding.

Ozpin and Glynda: ok, but on one condition.

Jaune: and what is this condition exactly?

He asked as he & the others raised their eyebrows

Ozpin and Glynda: we want to help you out in delving out punishment to those who need it if you don't mind?

Jaune: I don't trust you since you failed to do it before......but I don't see why not.

he said, but unknown to everyone else, Jaune was secretly crossing his fingers behind his back

Ozpin: (sighs) glynda, call Nicholas & his family and tell them to come to Beacon Academy, I'll call the students to head to the Amphitheatre.

Glynda nods as she pulls out her scroll and calls the arc family while Ozpin calls the students before telling jaune & the others to head to the elevator, which they did anyways

(French Voice: One Hour Later)

we see every student & the arc family arrive in the Amphitheatre while Marceline & her friends from OOO were behind the curtains, waiting for Ozpin to call for them

Marceline: What do you guys' think is going to happen?

jake: my guess...Ozpin is going to intro us to the beacon students.

He said as Finn nods in agreement, then they hear Ozpin's voice through the Microphone

(WITH OZPIN)

Ozpin: ladies and gentlemen. I am here to announce that jaune has returned to beacon, but that it is not all. As part of the stipulations for his return, he wishes to fight his father for the title to the arc family and if he succeeds, he will become the headmaster of beacon as well as the head of the arc family.

Beacon students: (GASP IN SHOCK & FEAR)

Arc family: (looks at each other in fear & worry)

Ozpin: now calm down everyone. You guys wanted things to be fixed and these are his terms to fix this mess. Their battle will start in approximately 20 minutes, but before that happens, I would like to introduce some newcomers that will be joining us as well. Now will the newcomers stand up for me please?

Marceline, Finn, Jake, Huntress Wizard, PB, & Simon walked onto the stage as they glared at the students

Ozpin: This is Marceline, Finn, Jake, Huntress Wizard, PB, and Simon. They will be attending our school. So, treat them right, and treat them fairly everyone. That is all the announcements that I have for you and be at the training arena in 20 to 30 minutes. Dismissed.

(20 TO 30 MINUTES LATER)

in the locker room, we see Jaune getting set up for his fight against his so-called dad while thinking on what to do to the rest of the arc family, then Marceline approached towards Jaune

Marceline: are you ok, Jaune?

Jaune: I'm doing fine, I'm just dying to win this fight against my shitty dad and then give my ex-mom & siblings what they deserve. Trust me, it will ruin them for life like they tried to ruin mine.

then they heard Ozpin's voice calling jaune's name

Ozpin: (off screen) Nicholas is waiting for you, Jaune.

after he said that, Marceline kissed jaune on the cheek and whispered in his ear

Marceline: (whispers) once your done, I have a surprise waiting for you~

She then licks his neck, making him blush madly as he grabbed his sword and walked out of the locker room

(IN THE ARENA)

in the arena, we see Jaune holding his new sword while Nicholas pulled out a sword & shield while having a regretful look on his face, then he sighs deeply as he walks to a position and readies his weapon and shield (which he got from the armory)

Nicholas: you ready, Jaune?

Jaune: oh I am ready, bitch-head.

He said as he readied himself as he positioned his sword across his arm

Nicholas nods his head as he charges jaune and cuts his side a bit and blocks jaunes sword with his shield, stunning jaune a bit, which made him growl in hate as he charged at Nicholas while slashing his sword against him

Nicholas blocks his flurry of attacks while getting various nicks and cuts on jaune, showing some skill and making jaune very angry, then he had an idea as he threw his sword at Nicholas like how Thor throws his hammer at his enemies, but he missed the throw

Nicholas: (scoffs) you missed.

Jaune: (smirks) wanna bet.

Saying that made Nicholas confused, then he suddenly gasped for air after this unexpected attack from behind happened to jaune's ex-dad

Jaunes ex mom and siblings sobbed and cried as they see Nicholas bleeding profusely as he is on one leg, gasping for air

But as for Finn, Jake, PB, Simon & Huntress wizard, they did not see that attack coming, so to avoid seeing any more of this, they looked at each other, nodded and ran out of the arena while Marceline stayed behind while covering her mouth in horror, along with team RWBY, Phyrra, Nora, June, Velvet & Coco as they were forming tears in their eyes

jaune then commanded his sword to come back to him as his spewed out more blood from Nicholas's chest as he fell to the ground.

jaune then walked up towards his ex-dad and did the one thing all psychos do...and that was stabbing someone (Nicholas) to death

Jaune: TAKE THIS, AND THIS AND THIS AND THIS. DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!!!!!!!!

Then after he finished stabbing Nicholas to death, he glared at the lifeless body and then cheered in victory, then laugh like a psychopath

Jaune: YES, FINALLY!!!! I WIN!!!!! WHO'S THE LOSER NOW, DAD!!!!!

He continued to laugh like a psycho, or at least until he turned and saw then he looked at teams RWBY, JNPR, CFVY, The cotta arc family, Marceline, beacon students and staff having looks of shock, horror & disbelief at what they witnessed

Then Phyrra, June & Marceline run out of the arena with terrified looks on their faces while everyone else is frozen in fear as they all eventually run out of the arena after watching jaune brutally murder his ex-dad in front of them

After everyone ran away, jaune then grew a look of total regret after realizing the result of killing his own former dad gave him

Jaune: what have I done?

Then he dropped his sword and fell on his knees

(French voice: Later)

June, phyrra, and Marceline are cowering in a room, with the whole arc family cowering in another room while crying in fear & sadness, due to the fact that they literally saw jaune kill nicholas in front of them

Elsewhere with the cotta arcs, Terra was trying to calm down a crying Adrian after he saw his uncle kill his grandpa while Saphron was sobbing devastatingly at seeing her own brother murder someone

(WITH JAUNE)

Jaune was outside in front of the dorms where Marceline & the others are hiding in after he followed them, then sat against the wall where both rooms are connected and spoke up while tearing up

Jaune: (tears up) i'm.....i'm sorry guys, I'm sorry Marceline......i didn't mean to hurt or scare all of you, i really didn't mean it. i was just so angry and obsessed with getting revenged that it blinded what outcome was gonna come to fruition.....i...i.....

breaks down crying so loud that they heard what he said as the doors opens shakingly as he sees them with swollen eyes and streams of tears coming down their faces

Jaune: (SOBS LOUDLY)

Then June decided to speak up with a stern look in her eyes while she was still having tears in them

June: you want to know what I saw in you back in the arena earlier?

Jaune looked at her while she still having the same stern look

June: what i saw in that arena was nothing but pure hatred and malicious intent and You wanted all of us to be tortured by you. You wanted your malice to spread and I knew that you were gonna kill mom too. (sighs) I hope your happy now Jaune.

Then she storms off as Marceline and Phyrra stand there

Jaune: (tears up) are you two gonna leave me?

Marceline shook her head, meaning she's staying as she sat next to him while Phyrra stared at jaune in sadness

Marceline: its not me you need to apologize to darling.

She then Hugs him tightly as phyrra hugs jaune from behind

Phyrra: we will be here for you every step of the way, and don't blame June. She's just mad at you and in grief right now.

Jaune was stunned at hearing them say that

Jaune: but, are you two mad at me? After what I did?

Marceline: we understand why you did it, but that was too much.

Phyrra nods with her

Phyrra: yeah, we thought you were gonna teach him a lesson, not brutally murder him in front of everyone. But.... (blushes)

Marceline: that doesn't mean we don't love you anymore.

She said as she and Marceline passionately kissed Jaune on his cheeks, which made him surprised by Marceline & Phyrra kissing him, which made him feel happy & loved again as he started crying on Marceline's shoulder while Phyrra was comforting him

(IN THE LAND OF DARKNESS)

we see the lich walking towards Salem's castle while the Grimm surrounding lich were backing away from him in fear, making him villainously chuckle a bit as he went through the doors
