The guild doors flew open to reveal three hooded figures, shadows covering their face.

"Is this Fairy Tail?" one of the figures, a man spoke up. His voice was deep, barely a whisper, yet it echoed clearly through the now silent guild. Master Makarov stepped up to the three. "What do you want?" the man who spoke formed a smirk and answered calmly, "The Askeria".

The guild looked at each other in confusion but Lucy felt a chill down her spine at the word. She looked at Erza who also seemed alert while Wendy looked at the blonde in concern. "We don't know what that is! Go home!" the now angry Makarov replied, sensing a dark aura emitting from them.

The hooded man suddenly grabbed hold of Mirajane's neck in a simple gesture, earning gasps from everyone. The whole guild switched into battle-mode at once and charged toward the three hooded mages only to smash into an invisible barricade surrounding the four including the the take-over mage. She spat and tried to claw at the arm but was drained of magic energy because of a forbidden spell that was cast right before she was grabbed hold of.

"We'll come back in one month, then you better hand the Askeria over... or you know what will happen to this chick" a feminine voice came from one of the other hoods. She muttered something under her breath with some gestures and soon thin wisps of mist swirled around them, twisting upwards, covering them from sight.

"Hey, stop!"

"What will happen to Mirajane?"

"They're gonna pay for messing with Fairy Tail!"

As soon as the mist disappeared, revealing nothing, the force that was keeping them away vanished and everyone broke into utter chaos. "I'M GONNA BURN THEM TO A CRISP!!" someone shouted from the raging crowd.

"SILENCE!" Master barked and everyone's attention landed on him. "Why?" Natsu plowed through the crowd of mages and stood now in front of him, his pupils small dots. "They took Mira right before our eyes!" murmurs of agreement rippled through the crowd and Natsu's face darkened. "We've got to save her!". "Yes, but we can't go after those mages, we don't know who they are!" Master snapped and many cringed visibly.

He turned to Levy who was still in shock. "Do you know what they were talking about?" he asked and Levy turned to look him in the eye and shook her head. "We can search in the library, right?" she suggested and Master nodded. "Lucy," he pointed at her. "Go and help Levy. The rest, try and find some information outside!" everyone began to do what they were told and Lucy followed Levy.

"W-what do you want?" a beat-up Mira asked the female in front of her. She had pale green hair cut into a pixie cut and her menacing laughter echoed in the tiny cell made of cobblestone. Her eyes were like chips of ice, piercing through Mira's soul. "What do I want, you ask?" she stepped forward, her heels making clicking noises on the cold ground. "The Askeria of course... you know where it is?"

She smirked at Mira, her arms were in shackles, restraining her from any magic and her whole body was covered in bruises from the whip. The take-over mage frowned. "No, I don't!" she screamed but was kicked by the sharp heels. "Do not lie to me!!" the green haired mage had a threatening glint to her eyes and as she was about to kick again, she stopped. "Lira, we don't have time to play, Master is waiting for you". The greenette, revealed to be Lira let out a disappointed sigh before stomping out the cell, following the man with dark brown hair and a cloak.

Behind them, the white haired mage collapsed to the ground, a wave of exhaustion hitting her.

Lucy put the last book on place on the shelf before yawning and looked over at Levy who still had a few books left to search through. The two had looked at almost all the books in the library, yet they found nothing, not even a single clue. The blonde stretched her arms and went over to her best friend, to help.

Taking a book, she sat down beside the bluenette who was using her Gale Force Reading glasses and sighed. "Ugh, I hope the others have better luck than us!" Lucy fell to her back.

Levy chuckled as she looked over at her blonde bestfriend. "You know... I wonder who those three mages were..." she began.

Lucy looked at Levy. "Mind if you continue on you own? I want to find out who they are". "Nope, I don't mind" the bluenette smiled before continuing and Lucy stood up to take a book of guilds.

She had seen a guildmark on the right hand of the woman who had done the spell, it looked like a skull with three spirals surrounding it.

As Lucy flipped the pages, she noticed that the book was only about good guilds. Giving up, she groaned and put the book back. Well, now we know for sure that they come from a dark guild... Lucy thought.

"What does Master want, Marco?" Lira asked, slowing her pace at the thought of punishment. He chuckled as he saw the flicker of uncertainty in her eyes.

Marco held strong feelings toward the pretty greenette, he always had. He felt a smile spread on his face and Lira looked at him with a weird face.

"Why are you smirking like that?". "Nothing..."

Marco held his green haired bestfriend as they both ran away from the the village. A group of evil people had invaded it, taking children and killing the parents. It had happened to the two children but luckily they escaped.

Lira was holding a blood-stained teddy-bear she got moments before her parents deaths and she was still crying.

The two children bumped on a man and fell to the ground. Thinking it was one of the evil people, Marco stepped in front of the man with a threatening glare. "Do not hurt us...".

The stranger looked upon the two kids. As he eyed them, he felt something he hadn't felt in years; sympathy.

Chuckling, he backed away. "I'm not one of them, kiddo. But I could take you in if you want"-

Marco was pulled from his thoughts as he entered the big door, Lira following closely behind. In the middle of the dark room sat a man, face covered in shadows. The child of the man who had taken care of him since childhood.

"We're here...

Master Losared..."
