Team Freewill Part II
I had to stop running after the woods concealed me, because of my ankle injury. I discovered an area where I could examine my injuries. It was under a willow tree, and near a lake.
I looked at my ankle and realized that I had injured it more because of running away from Sam and Dean. I knew I needed help. But who do I go to for help?
I also thought about the ER. Where was I going to go after the ER? What if I needed people to take care of me? And more questions like that raced through my mind.
Then, I saw Sam, Dean, and a person in a trenchcoat walking towards me. They did not have to be in a rush, because somehow they knew that my injured state would only benefit them. I could see them, but the men could not. Trenchie stated, "Who are you two looking for?"
Sam replied, "Tris Farron. Except she likes to be called Tris. My brother and I know she has met Michael and Lucifer."
Trenchie looked at them, and then looked around. I felt like he knew where I was or who I was. "You sure _______ is not her name?"
Dean looked at him, and responded to Trenchie, "Positive it's Tris and not _______. At least her name could be a nickname."
The three men started to look for me . Sam and Dean were worried about if they could find me, until Trenchie pointed towards the willow tree where I was, and said to the brothers, "Over there."
As soon as those words left his mouth, all three of them came to where I was. I was closing my eyes, because I wanted to rest and ponder about my situation to myself. I would let them win....for now. Trenchie then looked at me and said, "______, you're not fine."
I tried to stay calm, but fear made me panic even more. "Call me Tris, and second of all, I. Am. Fine."
Sam, for Trenchie's sake, stepped in. "All of us saw you limping away, Tris. You can't fool any of us."
I finally realized that I had to speak the truth. I wanted to know for sure if they were associated with Lucifer and Michael. I started, "Look....I have no clue about who to trust in this world. I don't know which side you supported in the cemetery back there. If those two men are mad at me, I don't want to get anyone else involved."
Dean laughed, responding with, "We are on our own side. Also, is Tris your true name?"
This questioned confused me, "Uhh...yes? No? It's a long story. I don't want to make any of you bored. I know you guys are busy with stopping those two men."
"Nah, you can explain to us when you are getting help. We'll take you somewhere safe, where you can heal up. On the way, you can tell us your story."
"Thanks Dean."
The three men and I then started the walk back to the car. I did not realize that my hiding spot was so close to the road. For me, it felt like that walk was never going to end. I was debating about telling them my real name. The one nagging thought was: What if Lucifer and Michael found out about me?
After limping along for a little bit, I decided to ask the guys a question. "Anyone of you can answer, but why aren't you guys on Lucifer's or Michael's side? Aren't you forced to choose?"
Trenchie responded, "I don't want the world to end because of a quarrel that started long ago because of the Fall."
Dean added, "I also want to live past this year. And I don't want to be killed in some fight."
I responded, "Okay. Also, what is your name, Trenchie?"
Trenchie responded, "Castiel. What is your real name?"
"Shannon. But, Tris in this world."
The three strange men knew who I truely was. I have a feeling that I could trust them. By the time I admitted the truth, we made it to the black Impala that the brothers owned.
