Glynda: Now, I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of team. Well, allow us to put an end to your confusion. Each of you will be given teammates, today.

Ozpin: These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon. So does in your best interest to be paired with someone whom you can work well. That being said, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next 4 years.

Grimms then start to surrounding me when they see that they can't anything to me. They're smarter than i thought. Maybe i did underestimate them. They know how to make a combat tactics.

But too bad they messed up with wrong person.

They launch at the same. As i took out my duel scythes stack them together swing it around as the final hit a mirage of Death appeared slashed them all. All of them are turn into dust. And i kinda regret that because now the forest is so quite and it's killing me.

Y/N: Well...this is boring. What am i going to do now? I bet i don't have to take a relics because Ozpin gonna makes me join anyways. Then i guess i should find someone. And i hope it won't be someone with daddy issues or someone runs away from a terrorist organization. Partners i'm coming!

Before i could finish Ruby was already throwed herself at the Deathstalker she uses the recoil of her gun to boost herself and try to slice at it but it blocks with its stinger.

Ruby looks at me and know that it is the right call as she sprints back, but the Nevermore launched its feathers at her as one of the feathers penetrate stabbing her cloak. Yang who was running to Ruby tries to get to her but the Nevermore's feathers block her path.
Yang: Ruby get out of there!

Ruby: I'm trying!

As the Deathstalker approaches readying its stinger to strike Ruby.

Yang: RUBY!

But the Deathstalker was stopped by none other than Weiss. She used her rapier with ice dust created a wall of ice to see the Deathstalker wriggling around trying to free its stinger.

Weiss: You are so childish

Ruby: Weiss?

Weiss: And dimwitted, and hyperactive and don't even get me started on your fighting style... And I suppose I can be a little bit... difficult but if we're gonna do this we're gonna have to do this together, if you quit trying to show off I'll be... nicer

Ruby: I'm not trying to show off, I want you to know I can do this

Weiss: You're fine

Yang can't hold back her worried ran at Ruby and embraced Ruby

I then bonk her head

Ruby: She's right. Our mission is to grab an artifact and make it back to the Cliffs. There's no point in fighting these things.

You: Let's go grab our a relic and get out of here.

Ruby goes over and grabs a gold knight, Jaune takes hold of a gold rook, The Death Stalker continues to fight its bonds, cracking the ice a little in the process.
Ren: Time we left!

We all then start to run away from the Ruin and head ourselves to the cliffs.

Strange. Right at that moment, i swore i could have saved Ruby. But my body just froze there, i can even move, like i being controlled by someone. Or rather i felt like i just lost my power again. And the only one i could think of is that man. Damn you.
