T.w. Gory images, swearing, panic attack tell me if I missed anymore

Ryan's pov

We found our way home but Sabre was passed out so I was carrying on my back. Let me just say he weighed so much I was struggling to keep him up I'm not saying he's fat I'm saying he needs to cut off the cheese. We walked in the house and the minute I was close to the couch I immediately dropped him "God why are you so heavy" I said while putting my hands on my back, stretching out it out "heheh..." I heard a faded laugh it sounded like it came from somewhere upstairs but I didn't mind it I grabbed a blanket ,from behind the couch and put on Sabre letting him sleep "your fault..." The voice said again "who are you?" I asked kinda scared "why are you here?" No response. I shrugged it off And walked over to the kitchen grabbing an apple and a knife I cut it in half and a vision started playing I looked down at my hands they were covered in blood so was the knife I was holding for a moment then they went back to normal "what the..." I was then greeted by another vision I looked up to see dead bodies with their head chopped off then it went back to the chopped in half apple. I froze in fear and dropped the knife and fell to the floor holding my hands up to my head, gripping my hair. I started to panic, my vision getting blurrier: my breathing getting hitched by the second "Ryan....." Someone said I couldn't hear them because there was a ringing in my ears I badly saw them but i think it was Matt. He ran over to me and crouched down to my level he grabbed one of my shakes hands and put it up to his chest "match my breathing Ryan it's ok" he said a few seconds later my breathing matched his he grabbed me and hugged me tight. I dug my face in his chest and sobbed "shh...it's alright I got you your safe" I finally calmed down after a little bit and was starting to fall asleep Matt noticed this and picked me up holding me he brought me upstairs to my room and put the blanket on top of me I sat up and grabbed his arm before he left and said " thank you...Matt" I smiled he smiled back "you're welcome.." With that he left the room closing the door. I then layer down and let the darkness consume me.
