First Experiance

I was falling, falling through the sky, cursing those gods for not explaining enough. Well, not literally, since I don't say cud words, but ranting against them none the less. Almost near the end, well still about 300ft up, the last part of the character creation came up, choosing a name.

   "Please type in name here:
   _______________
Q w e r t y u I o p
A s d f g h j k l
   Z x c v b n m
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0"

Ok then let's see...what about just my name?  Says "Taken". Ok then, what about Arthur? "Taken". Septimus? "Taken". FINE THEN!! I'll just use an old Xbox name, Nebula. Well at least part of an old Xbox name.

".....Available. Would you like to set 'Nebula' as your in-game name? [Yes/No]."- A nebula, a beginning for all creation. When a star dies, explodes, these for to bring about a hole new galaxy. I guess this can be said to be the creation of my story. Wait, why am I getting philosophical on my self? I pressed [Yes] and the world suddenly sped up, even though before I was floating down slowly for my name change. I didn't scream though, I just thank my self for getting over my fear of heights 2 years ago.

Right before I hit the ground, my inertia was stopped completely, as if the laws of physics don't exist, and then I landed with an 'Oof'. I stayed standing upward the entire time, so I landed in my feet.

"Access to your stats, item bag, equip item sections, options, settings, and personal log as been granted. Would you like to specialize your menu using settings? [Yes/No]"- I clicked [Yes] and played around with it a bit. First I made my menu into a pentagon where each of the points is a different icon and I had the equip item section in the middle. When I click an icon, what it ever it covers will stem off from the icon in the opposite direction from the middle. This way I can open up my item bag and drag something I want to equip to the equip section even during battle. In battle, you can't have 2 icons open after all, so you can't equip something mid battle, well you can't equip it fast at all at least. As for the motion to open it up, I made to were when I open up my right hand up like I'm grabbing something but with all my fingers spread out.

Now, time too look at my Stats..

Additional Information:
You are one that the Gods and Goddesses have taken a special interest in. Your stats may seem low, but they will increase exponentially over time. You are one of the two luckiest players in the game. Regarding Stat Points, as in Vitality and Intelligence, the ratios are: Stat point amount•100/2= HP/Mana. Intelligence is Mana, Vitality is HP. 10 Vitality= 500 HP, 20 Vitality= 1000 HP, etc. Same for Mana except with intelligence being the base stat (Intelligence also affects damage of magic).

Wow....just wow. Not only the blessings amazing....my base stats are a cheat in them selves.... In this game, your pod scans you and then will determine your stats game. The lowest you start at regarding your stats is 5, and the highest you can start out with is 20. This means that my pod determined me moderately strong, moderately fast, very intelligent, a sturdy person, able to take some hits, almost very wise, very handy or dexterous, and very lucky...

How did it come to that? In any case, while 20 is the highest it's not like your a super genius if your intelligence stat starts at 20, it just says that you are above average. My only question is, did the old man do this? Because this is just getting ridiculous, most people only start with 5 in every stat except vitality and maybe one other stat will have ten points, some get up to 15 as a starting stat for one of their stats, and maybe, if your REALLY LUCKY, can you get ONE stat with 20 starting points in it, and I have FOUR stats with 20 starting stat points...if I meet him again, I'm going to have a long conversation with him....

Next I clicked the (I) icon next to <Copy Race> since it was the only thing I didn't understand. And what it said surprised me, a lot.

"As an 'Outcast' you don't belong to any race at all. Due to 'Outcasts' wanting to fit in with society, they developed the ability to copy other races through observing long periods of time, blood transfusions, and bonds. Blood Transfusions- When enough blood is transfused WILLINGLY through the proper equipment or magic, you will gain the ability to copy this race. Bonds- When creating a bonds, which is similar to a contract except equal, you will be copy this race as well. Changes are not permanent, you can always revert back another race. The more you this skill levels up, the more abilities of other races you will be able to use, the more akin you will be to the other races, and transformations will become less painful.
Level of ability: 1 (0.00%)
Able to change into:
-Outcast
-Human
Races you are learning to be:
-Human (100%)"-......Well......I guess I should just go kill monsters right now.....and clear my head a bit. Way to much information....

I decided to ignore my status page that mine as well say "Hacker" in the job slot, and equip my novice gear. At least this gear is normal. The items given are a basic short sword, basic novice leather armor, and five low grade health potions (they only regenerate 100 health per potion). Everyone is also given 10 bread, a water canteen, and 15 copper. The money conversions are: 100 copper piece= 1 copper, 100 copper= 1 silver, 100 silver= 1 gold, 100 gold= 1 white gold, and 100 white gold= 1 royal gold. But since this game has only been out for around 2 weeks or so, the richest player has not converted past gold yet. Money is actually really hard to get in this game compared to other games. For instance: the price of the hide of a beginner rabbit is only 5 copper piece, which is bellow copper.

Now that I went over all the information I currently know, or only feel like knowing, time to actually walk somewhere, I've been sitting in the spawn area, which is a field slightly outside a town, in which you have to go into in order to set your spawn point there, for about 45 minutes.

On my way to the town, I decided to leave off my shoes just to feel the grass between my toes. The sight of a setting sun giving off vibrant colors of red, yellow, violet, pink and mans more, filled the seemingly infinite sky above me. The sounds of animals in the distance had the attention of my ears. Food from the town, which smelled delightful, invaded my nostrils. Even the air had a crisp and fresh taste to it. This world...is so beautiful, so real, so....not our world. I think I'm going to love it here.

I finally reached the town after my 20 minute scenic walk and re-equipped my shoes. Towns are dirty after all. When I walked in, the hustle and bustle of the place came at me all at once. Merchants trying to sell there goods, players either shopping or looking for quests, NPCs doing what people do, and doing it better. Wow, they are really human-like. The town it's self was a stereotypical Medieval major trade city or capital city. This is a capital of one of the 10 kingdoms. Although, a lost of the building had a some sort of red streak going through them. I would scream "A-TEAM!" but the strips are kinda fading....and on buildings....

Walking around a bit I found out a couple things: One, Guilds are everywhere, but the only NPC Guild is the Military Guard Guild, which is more of a training place to get a military job then anything else. Two, on average, a weapon that would be next step up from a novice sword is 10 copper. And bread is 50 copper piece per piece of bread. Three, the cheapest Inn cost 3 copper a night, expensive. Finally Four, everything, except pain (and of course death since you can resurrect in 24 hours), is a real as real life. Also, it seems time passes four times as fast as real life.

After sit seeing a bit, I decided to see if I can get a quest. It would be better to level up and get some money at the same time after all. I was walking to a leather working shop to get a beginner quest but I got surprised by someone coming out of the shop and run towards me!

"Excuse me! Excuse me sir! I need to request something of you!"- The man said excitedly. Where is this energy coming from? It's like he is on 20 Red Bulls right now.

"Uhh...Sure. What do you need of me?"-Always good to be a little polite.
"I am running low on leather right now. Will you get me some?"- And a quest window popped up.

"Quest: Leather Gathering.
A leather shop worker has asked you to gather some materials for him.
Rank-E
Needed to complete the quest:
-Rabbit Skin (0/20)
-Wolf Skin (0/10)
-Rooster Beak (0/15)
Requirements:
-Must have high fame as a beginner
Rewards:
-Improved intimacy with NPCs
-30 Copper
Failure:
-Minus 10 Fame
Accept:
[Yes/No]

Wait, what the heck is rooster beak needed for leather? Why is that a thing. But to thing that usually this quest gives 3 copper, now gives 30 because of my Fame Stat, I'm glad to have it now.

"Yes, I accept"- I decided to just go with it.
"Oh thank you, please be quick!"- The man ran back to his shop.
"You have accepted the quest 'Leather Gathering'."

Now to go fight some monsters. About how the monsters look when dying. I went to my setting and saw too ways for it to look like. One was 'Realistic' and the other was 'Non-Realistic'. I set it to 'Realistic' because I want the full experience of the game. Now my burning passion for my first fight in game is going to be used!

I reached the beginner fields where Horned Rabbits, Wolves, and Corrupted Roosters reside.

I first decided to gather the Rabbit Skin, much more of that is needed than anything else on the list.

The rabbits I fought, although agile, were very easy to defeat, in fact I just kept killing them till I reached level 3. I put 2 stat points into strength and the other two randomly. Everyone get two stat points per level so I'm just going to split them up for now on.

I then mass killed roosters until I reached level 6 because 1 out of 3 roosters give their beaks. This is really realistic though. Blood was actually flowing, scratches hurt, and the monsters had an emotion, which was rage. This game....is awesome. I love it!

I'm going to defiantly see what I can do with this later. But for right now, time to kill some wolves.
