Chapter 5
"Wait, wait, so this is called a...snout and these are called hooves? Or hoof for singular." I said as I looked at my newly defined palms and feet. We were both walking to the event and Leonard was answering my questions.
"Yes! That's right, you're a fast learner, (Y/N)." Leonard smiled as he looked straight ahead.
I beamed up at him, "Why, thank you."
I got curious and tried to take a sneak peek at his backside and I gasped in excitement.
"What?" Leonard asked, he stopped walking and looked at me worriedly. He noticed I was looking at his bottom and turned around, having his hooves over them, "Why--."
"You have it too!" I exclaimed.
I turned around and I lifted up my covering and showed him the little twirly tail I had, "I have this too! And sometimes at the right angle, it's in a shape of a heart."
Leonard looked at me strangely and then began to laugh heartily. There were a few birds around and they stared at us while I started to feel embarrassed.
Once he calmed down, he swiped away a tear, "(Y/N), my dear, you really don't know anything about being a pig. Do you?"
I looked down as I scratched my face letting out a little comfort laugh, still feeling embarrassed, "I...I mean, yeah. Not really. This might sound crazy, but I really thought I was a bird. That maybe I was a...weird looking bird?!" I looked up at Leonard, he looked at me with concern as I continued, "My whole life...I-I didn't know who I was or what I was. I just knew I wasn't like the others. That...something was wrong with me." I began to give him a grin, "But you're here now! You can show me what it's like to be a pig. What it's like to actually be myself!"
Leonard gave me a small smile as he placed his arm around my shoulder, "Sure, I'll tell you everything you need to know about being a pig!"
"Haha! Yes!" I exclaimed excitedly followed by some squeak sounds and a low snort.
I covered my mouth and looked up at Leonard in embarrassment, "Oh my God, I am so so--."
Leonard started to laugh as he also made snorting sounds as well. My embarrassment went away and I couldn't help but smile so widely. I didn't feel so alone anymore.
There were so many other things I wanted to ask, but we were already at the event. There were already so many birds entering the outdoor theater.
As we were walking in, birds looked at us with smiles and congratulated us on reuniting again.
Peckinpah saw us coming in and lead us to a table that was right in front and center of the stage.
I looked behind me and saw Red already sitting at a round wooden table with, who I assumed, Chuck and Bomb where he met them at his anger management class.
I gave him a small wave and smiled. He was already looking in my direction and gave me a small wave back.
"We would like to honor the pigs with a special performance!" Stella announced on the stage.
The crowd cheered while Stella and her flock: Poppy, Lucas, Willow, Dahlia, and Gale. As well as another bird that was not part of Stella's little flock, but was there with them. Started to do little dances on the stage as the song began to play.

I stood there awkwardly while Leonard and Peckinpah started talking to each other. Leonard was sharing his stories of traveling the sea and the many adventures he went on.
And for some reason, the conversation changed to Peckinpah telling Leonard the 'why birds don't fly' joke.
I rolled my eyes.
'Oh, brother.'
Leonard seemed to force a laugh, he then playfully smacked Peckinpah's back, "Oh, you're a hoot!"
They both then started to laugh heartily.
Not too long, Ross came running in as he panted, "I-I'm back."
I raised an eyebrow at him, it was surprising that he was done cleaning up really fast.
Leonard looked over at Ross, "Oh! Ross, back so soon."
Ross smiled up at him and nodded.
I had a feeling Leonard either didn't like Ross or found him mildly annoying for whatever reason, honestly, though, I found him kind of adorable.
"Thank you for the help, Ross." I smiled down at him.
Leonard grabbed my hoof getting my attention, "Dance with me, (Y/N)!"
"Oh, uh, I'm not very--" Before I could finish, I interrupted myself by exclaiming out loud as he started to booty bump into me.
Ross joined in too as they both squished me between them.
I started out very uncomfortable, but then I started to laugh as I bumped my booty towards Leonard and Ross with the beat of the song.
Leonard suddenly grabbed my hoof and twirled me around quickly and I suddenly stopped as my world started to spin. We were then back to booty bumping as we were all laughing.
"Wooo!" I shouted.
"Oh, watch out! Shaking my bacon!" Leonard smiled.
"'Shaking my bacon'?" I asked him.
"You know, shaking my bacon." He said as he shook his bottom as his tail wiggled around.
I chuckled and did the same thing he did. He started to laugh, "Yeah, that's it! You're shaking your bacon!"
"I'm shaking my bacon!" I cheered, giggling childishly.
"They don't have feathers, you know." I heard Red exclaiming to his friends, I looked over my shoulder as I listened, "They're just walking around presenting themselves, unlike (Y/N). I'm looking at all their business here!"
"That part about them, I really admire." A small yellowed bird with red eyebrows and tuffs of black feathers on his head and tail replied, looking dreamily towards Leonard and Ross, I assumed the bird's name was Chuck.
Back up on stage, the performance ended with Stella's friends all stacked up on one another as they panted.
"Now we would like to welcome
our special guest, the pigs!" Stella announced with her wings out and smiled.
Leonard led me to my seat as he pulled it out for me.
I smiled at him, thanked him, and sat down.
Leonard started to walk in front of the table as he grabbed a coconut and started to tap on it with a spoon, "Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Our king sends his warmest regards."
"Did he just say...king?"
I shook my head, maybe he meant something else or misspoke or I misheard.
Leonard continued, "You have shared with us the wonders of your quaint simple little island." He then looked behind him, "Drop the banner, Ross!"
I didn't notice Ross running up to the stage. He pulled down on a rope, but then his leg got caught and was hanging upside down.
A big red banner fell and there was a picture of Leonard's wide smiling face.
Leonard was slowly making his way up to the stage as he talked to the crowd, "Now, we would love to humbly share some of the wonders of our world. 'How do the friendship between the pigs and the birds start?'" He asked the crowd rhetorically.
"Who cares!" Red yelled in the crowd. The crowd groaned. I let out a sigh as I looked over at Red a little worriedly. I looked back at Leonard and he was staring blankly at Red.
Leonard's attitude changed and was smiling again as he moved on, tossing the coconut and spoon to the side, "Well, let them say...we lite up the night!" He exclaimed, he was pointing at Ross, who got untangled and was about to push something down.
Leonard posed as he pointed his hoof to the sky. A giant burning and firey explosion happened behind the stage. The whole roof of the stage ripped off as it flew somewhere else, along with Ross.
A strong burst of pressure pushed everyone slightly back as they stared at the giant red smoke cloud.
"What the--!!" I squealed.
"Holy moly!" Peckinpah looked in awe.
Once everything settled, the crowd immediately started to shout and yell as they clapped. They were all hyped by the explosion. I just stared in shock, I wasn't sure if I should clap with the audience or just sit there.
"But there's more!" Leonard shouted at the crowd, wiggling his hooves.
"More?" Someone shouted.
Leonard started to do some tiptoes as he spoke, "Has gravity gone haywire? No!" He laughed while a giant gift was pushed onto the stage, "Even better, your friends, the pigs, proudly give you... " Then, Leonard started to hit his stomach, giving a drumroll. He suddenly ripped open the gift, revealing it, "the trampoline!"
The crowd ooh'ed. There were two pigs in white tight clothing as they jumped on the said trampoline.
"Those are my assistance. Oinky and John Ham!" Leonard introduced.
"Hello." Oinky waved while John Ham sent a flowery kiss to the crowd.
"What goes? Look at those jiggly pigglies!" Leonard grinned. I continued to watch the two pigs jumping up and down on the trampoline, "But, that's not all," Leonard announced as another giant gift was dragged onto the stage, "throwing things just got a whole lot easier. Say hello to...'The Slingshot!'"
Leonard, Ross, Oinky, and John Ham all presented 'The Slingshot.' The object that they showed us was very tall and looked like it was in a shape of a 'Y.' There was also a red band attached to it as it lay on the floor.
"I can't see." I hear Cyrus say under Peckinpah's robe. He pushed out and his eyes went wide, "Wow!"
"Tired of carrying things from place to place?" Leonard asked.
"Yeah!" The crowd shouted.
"Wish you could just get it there?"
"Yeah!!!" The crowd replied, going wild.
"Well, now you can!" Leonard grinned.
"How?!" The crowd screamed.
Leonard pointed at a tall blue bird and a light shined on him, "Waiters, do me a favor."
"Huh!" The waiter exclaimed.
"Take the rest of the night off," Leonard said with a smile.
Meanwhile, Ross walked up beside the bird and took his tray that had a bowl of fruit while the waiter looked shocked.
"Hey, if you got the night off why don't you fix my house!" Red yelled out.
I felt terrible for feeling this, but I felt embarrassed. I briefly covered my face and looked up at Leonard who seemed to mutter something through his forced toothy grin as he stared at Red.
Leonard glanced over to the side awkwardly, but then started to continue as normal, "Well, The Slingshot does it all in three easy steps." He said as he put all of his three digits up, meanwhile, The Slingshot was getting loaded by Leonard's assistants, and the red band was getting pulled back along with a fruit bowl, "Ready. Aim! Fire!"
Ross jumped away from the red band while John Ham let go, sending the fruit towards the crowd.
Hal jumped on Bubbles, "I got it!" He shouted. The fruit bowl landed in his large beak. He flew back only for him to boomerang forward, hitting Bubbles in the process.
"Follow them fish!" Leonard shouted.
Leonard's assistants flew some fruit into the wild and screaming crowd. It was so loud and chaotic, I couldn't hear myself think.
"And now, for our last gift to you." Leonard grinned at the crowd.
"Shut up and fix our house!" Red shouted again for the third time.
"Hehe, we don't know him..." Chuck nervously spoke beside Red.
The crowd was quiet while Leonard just looked completely annoyed as he slowly blinked at him with a half-eyelid look.
"(Y/N)!" Red called out to me.
My eyes went wide, I could feel the room getting uncomfortably heavy as everyone laid their eyes on me. I slowly turned around and Red had his wing out, gesturing towards Leonard. As if I should say be saying something to him.
"I-uh...I..." I didn't know what to say other than one thing, I took a deep breath and sighed, "Red, let's just talk about that later, okay?"
"What?" Red whispered he looked at me as if I betrayed him. I started to feel bad about what I said, but I didn't know what else I was supposed to do. He was making a scene and that was the only thing I could think of for him to stop.
I turned back around and stared at the table in front of me as I held my head down.
Leonard cleared his throat and continued, "I'm going to ask one...no! Two! Volunteers from the audience!"
The birds in the audience started to raise their wings as they waved at Leonard.
"Me!"
"Me!"
"Who should I pick?" Leonard mumbled to himself, "Who, who, who."
"Pick me, Mr. Pig!"
I was looking away, pretending I wasn't interested, that was until...
"How about the red guy, with the enormous eyebrows?" Leonard said as he pointed in Red's direction. A spotlight shined down on Red.
"Me?" Red exclaimed.
My eyebrows shot up and I looked over at Red.
I looked back at Leonard and he had a devious smirk on his face, "Mm-hm."
"Oh. No, no, no, no." Red said as he shook his head and wings.
"Yes, you sir. Come on up here it's your lucky day." Leonard smiled while gesturing for Red to come over.
"Are you sure you don't want to choose one of the hundreds of birds that had their wings up?"
Leonard wasn't going to give up, "Get him up here!"
I saw Chuck trying to encourage Red to get on the stage.
"Go! Go! Go!" Everyone in the crowd chanted.
"Oh, he's shy. You hear that?" Leonard grinned as he held his hoof up to his ear, "They're cheering for you!"
Red shrank backed a bit as he looked at the crowd awkwardly.
Chuck gave Red a push, making him leave his seat.
"Red guy with the eyebrows!" Leonard shouted.
"Red guy with the eyebrows!" The crowd started to chant.
Red started to reluctantly walk up to the stage, "I would have sat closer had I known that I was going to be part of the show." Red said, sarcastically. Once he got on stage he looked at Leonard, "Okay. Now what?"
"Okay! I need one more volunteer!" Leonard said to the crowd as he raised a single digit up.
"Me!"
"Pick me!"
I was looking away again, pretending to be busy. It always worked when I was in school. Although, I made the terrible mistake of looking up and making eye contact with Leonard.
"(Y/N)! How about you come up here?"
The spotlight was on me, I squinted as I cursed under my breath, I blinked a few times and my eyes adjusted to the light, "I...well...Leonard...I." I chuckled nervously.
"(Y/N)! (Y/N)!" The crowd chanted my name.
Leonard had his hoof out, "Come on up, (Y/N)!"
I felt obligated to, I sighed and stood up and made my way over to the stage as the crowd cheered me on. Leonard grabbed my hoof and pulled me up the stairs and onto the stage.
"Come on, give them a wing!" Leonard exclaimed. The crowd clapped while Leonard turned his head over to his assistants and gestured them to come over.
"Right this way, come on. Relax, deep breathe." Ross said as he snorted.
Oinky and Ross grabbed us both and dragged us towards The Slingshot.
"O-okay. Um...uh..." I wasn't sure what they were doing or what was going on until they placed Red in front of the red band and I was standing behind him, holding the band.
"Ready!" Leonard shouted as he held his hooves in the air.
"Who? Me? Yeah. No. I'm ready." Red muttered.
"Wait, I'm not!" I exclaimed.
My hooves were grabbed and were placed on the red band.
"Aim!" Leonard continued.
The pigs were pulling on the red band and I had to pull with them as my hooves were clamped down by the other pigs.
Red looked worried, "Aim at what?"
"Aim at...where??" I added.
"Everybody on this one," Leonard said.
"Fire!" Leonard and the crowd shouted together.
I was forced to let go of the band. The other pigs let go and Red flew up into the sky. He was flying fast and flew over the theater and towards our home.
I looked up as my eye widen and my mouth dropped, Red was flying across the sky while yelling.
"Who says birds don't fly," Leonard comments with a smile as he watched Red disappear.
"This seems really unnatural!" Red shouted in fear as his voice was getting smaller as he was further away.
Once Red was out of sight, Leonard looked at the crowd, "Let us have cake!"
The crowd cheered while Leonard's assistants brought out a giant cake for everyone else to eat.
I wondered where they got the cake, but that didn't really matter. I walked over to Leonard with a scowl, meanwhile, he was passing out plates of cake, "You did that on purpose!"
Leonard looked down at me with a smirk, "You were the one who slingshot him out." He pointed out.
I frowned as the realization kicked in, "I did do that...didn't I?"
Leonard chuckled as he wrapped his arm around me, "(Y/N), look, it's fine. It's part of the pigs' way. This is how we show that we are friends!"
"By throwing birds into the sky?" I exclaimed with a raised eyebrow.
Leonard just shrugged, "It's the thought that counts."
I was lost for words, "Leonard..."
Leonard softly smiled at me, "He'll be okay! I promise you, I just wanted to show you and the birds the wonders of the pig's world." He stood up straight with his eyes closed as he started to make an 'x' on his chest, " I cross my heart and hope to lie."
"Um, it's 'hope to die'..." I muttered.
"Huh?" Leonard asked as he opened his eyes, looking at me.
"It's 'cross my heart and hope to die.'" I said, telling him the correct saying.
Leonard shrugged lazily, "Eh, you know what I mean."
I sighed as I looked in the direction Red went. My thoughts were interrupted when Leonard pulled me into a side hug, "Cheer up, (Y/N)! Here, have a piece of cake. We made it ourselves...well, I did most of the work."
I grabbed the plate and fork from him and looked at it. It had white and blue frosting on it. It looks to be vanilla.
I took a bite of it, I wanted to hate it, but it was so good. The cake had the perfect moisture and density. The frosting was nice and sweet. It was perfect.
"So?" Leonard asked as he gave me a raised eyebrow and that stupid smirk of his.
It must have been on my face, I furrowed my eyebrows at him as I took an aggressive bite, "It's fine. Maybe just lay off the sprinkles." I looked away and just concentrated on the piece of cake.
I could feel Leonard's eyes still staring down at me. I wanted to look to confirm, but I was too scared to. Luckily, he seemed like he wanted to move on with the celebration.
"Let's have a dance party!" Leonard shouted.
The crowd cheered, party music was turned on, and there were colored lights dancing around.
I quickly got off the stage before Leonard was going to ask me to dance with him again.
I sat at a table, sitting beside Shirley. I was surprised the old bird was here. Considering she's fairly old and should be asleep.
I just sat there and ate my cake sadly while Leonard was dancing with Ross and his two other assistants on stage.
After a bit of dancing, Leonard wanted to play a little game, "When I say 'hey' you say 'ho'. Hey!"
"Ho!" The crowd shouted at him.
"Hey!" Leonard shouted as he took a few steps back on the stage.
"Ho!
Leonard jumped off the stage as the birds carried him, "Hey!"
"Ho!"
"There's more of them!" A voice shouted behind me.
Leonard turned his head towards the sound, "...h-hey!" Leonard yelped as the birds dropped him on the ground.
"Ho...!" Peckinpah shouted but then realized the lights were back on and the music stopped, "..ooh..."
I stood up as I turned and saw Red standing at the top of the steps of the theater, "That's right. I'm back, uh-huh." Red said as he made his way towards the table I was sitting at, "Enjoying the party, everyone? Because while you were living it up," Red climbed on top of my table as he stepped on my cake, "I snuck up onto their boat!" Red finished as he smiled proudly.
The crowd gasped and started to murmur amongst themselves. Meanwhile, Red looked at his foot and shook off the cake.
"What!"
"What did he say?"
"And look at what I found." Red gestured behind him and there was a huge group of pigs that went past the outdoor theater walls.
"There's more of them?" I asked out loud to myself.
"There's more of them!" Red exclaimed loudly, but his voice started to be less loud, "...Than we thought. Which is uh... mysterious and weird. Am I right?" Red gave an awkward smile.
"Ho ho ho ho. Ho ho." A small pig laughed as he waved. There was also a tall pig beside him who was waving.
"Hi." Stella smiled as she waved back.
The small pig jumped in her wings as he traced his hoof on her beak, "How're you doing?"
"Oh!" Stella exclaimed, taken aback.
I just shook my head and looked back at Red.
"You remember. He said there were only two pigs on board," Red exclaimed with two finger feathers up, "but he was obviously lying." Red smiled with his wings on his hips.
I wasn't aware that there were only supposed to be two. I looked over at Leonard, he was looking at Red with half-lidded eyes and an eyebrow raise.
"Oh, and there's strange devices on their boat!" Red pulled out a stick with a dark red rounded end, "So clearly there's... you know, some messed up stuff going on here. How messed up? I don't know. What's specifically? I don't know either. Any questions?"
Red finished by accidentally tossing the stick with the red round end towards the group of pigs. It was stuck onto one of the pigs and the pig standing beside him stuck another one on his chest. The pig started to sway his hips sensually, and some of the pigs around him started to snigger quietly.
"You snuck onto their boat?!" Peckinpah screeched.
"You know. I don't need an award. If you guys are trying to think of what honor to bestow upon me...Don't need it." Red said a bit too arrogantly.
The birds around me furrowed their eyebrows after the little speech.
"Boo!" Bubble shouted.
Red gestured at Leonard, "Yeah, boo them!"
"Boo!" The birds in the crowd shouted.
"Whoa, whoa, hey..." I said to the birds around me, but they just kept booing.
"You're booing them or me?" Red asked out loud.
"You!" A bird shouted at him.
"Oh, it's me," Red whispered, he began climbing down the table, but I noticed he was struggling a bit, so I easily picked him up and placed him on the ground beside me. Red looked at me a bit sadly, but then was replaced with anger, he looked away from me and glared at Leonard instead.
"Perhaps, I can explain." Leonard spoke up as he walked through the crowd and towards the group of pigs, "You see, my cousins are simple folk. Watch. A, B, C..." The pig Leonard was talking to didn't say anything, but instead slowly stuck his tongue out, "Nothing. See, nothing." Leonard said sadly patting the pig's eye, "I didn't want to intrude with more of our kind until I found out that the... the new world was safe and accepting towards us pigs. We were gonna put on a cowboy show for you."
One pig pulled out a big hat, "Let her go, boys! Yee-haw!" Another pig pulled out an instrument.
The pig with the hat started to sing, "Hey, hey, you and me. Different as different can be. You take the high--"
"Shhh." Leonard shushed.
The music stopped abruptly, and only the pig's voice can be heard, "And I'll take the looooww...." he finished slowly.
"Ixnay on the Ongsay," Leonard told the group, it was a language that sounded familiar to me, but I didn't understand it. He then looked over at me and Matilda, "That was Pig Latin."
"Ooooh," Matilda replied.
Leonard looked dejectedly towards Peckinpah and the rest, "But perhaps, it wasn't meant to be."
The crowd sighed sadly.
Leonard continued with his speech, "I believe that we are all meant to be friends. But if we crossed boundaries that were not meant to be crossed...oh..." Leonard let out a quiet sob as his lip trembled.
"Mr. Red, you shamed not only yourself, but our entire community," Peckinpah shouted, waving his arms around like a mad bird as he walked up beside Leonard.
Red shook his head as he tried to smile, but looked more worried, "Oh, I think you messed up there. You said shamed when you meant saved, right?"
"I sent you to treatment to deal with your problems. Clearly, more treatment is required." When Peckinpah spoke, it looked like his eyes were about to pop out.
"No!" Red and Matilda shouted together.
Red looked over at Matilda, she gave Red a sheepish smile and a shrug.
Red turned his body towards me, "(Y/N)! You agree, right? You think there's something weird going on, right? You have to believe me!"
"Red, I--" I shook my head. I looked up at the crowd and Leonard and all of the other pigs, I looked back down at Red. His amber eyes were staring right at me, I wanted to agree with him, but these are pigs. These are my kind. I hate to think that there was some sort of horrible implications to them, that couldn't be it. Leonard has been so kind to me and the same with Ross, "Red...I...I just...I want to believe you, but...I don't know. There's an explanation for all of this. I-I don't think there's anything going on. I think there's a misunderstanding to...to all of this."
Red furrowed his eyebrows as he took a step back from me.
"Red! Do not trouble our honored guests again!" Peckinpah yelled at him. Peckinpah looked over at Leonard as he placed a wing on his shoulder, "My friends, we would love to see your cowboy show."
Leonard grabbed Peckinpah's wing as he looked at him, "Thank you." Leonard sniffed, leaning his head on Peckinpah, "Thank you so much." The pig then snapped his hoof causing the other pigs to shout and began to play music.
🎶🎶🎶
"Come on, everybody! Put your wings and hooves together!"
"Woo-Hoo!"
"Yeah!" Leonard shouted as he went back to his normal self.
"Whatever. Don't listen to me." Red mumbled. He began to stomp away.
I looked at Red and was about to go after him, but a line of pigs got in my way.
"Body train coming through!"
"Choo-choo!"
Leonard walked up to me and placed a hoof on my shoulder, "Hey, it's alright, just let him go. He'll come back around. Don't worry."
I looked up at him, I gave Leonard a trembling smile and hugged him, "I hope so."
I pulled back and saw Leonard just staring at me a bit oddly.
Leonard blinked a few times, "Ahem, care to dance?" Leonard asked.
I smiled at him and nodded.
(Pig:) 🎶There's a moment in this journey that I gave up
My boots just couldn't walk another mile
And that cloud above me had no silver lining
I couldn't buy a break with my last dime🎶
Some of the pigs in outfits were on stage while one of the pigs sang. Leonard grabbed my hoof as he dragged me closer to the stage and danced beside me.
(Pig:) 🎶Oh, but when I saw you standing in the corner
I'da never thought that you would have my back
But then we rolled in like the thunder and the lightning
Threw some punches then we had a laugh🎶
The crowd around me all jumped up and down as they clapped with the beat.
(Pig:) 🎶Just some roughed-up desperadoes
Hanging tough through thick and thin
Kicking up dust wherever we go
I can see that you and me are gonna be friends🎶
The pigs on stage swung their tails to the beat. They turned around and started to do some side steps.
One of the pigs on stage threw a large hat towards the crowd, Peckinpah caught it and placed it on his head as he laughed.
(Pig:) 🎶Who'da thought we'd wind up here together?
It's crazy that we're standing side by side
Fighting just like two birds of a feather
Who's gonna tell us now that we can't fly?🎶
Leonard and I continued to dance together as we jumped on one foot and on the other as we danced to the beat.
The birds made some room for us and they clapped while we danced.
(Pigs:) 🎶Just some roughed-up desperadoes
Hanging tough through thick and thin
Kicking up dust wherever we go
I can see that you and me are gonna be friends
To the end you and me are gonna be friends🎶
Leonard smiled at me, "Here we go!"
(Pig:) 🎶Yeah, here we go🎶
Leonard suddenly locked his arm with mine and together, we spun around in a circle with the beat.
(Pig:) 🎶Hey, hey you and me
Different as different can be🎶
We switched arms and spun the other way.
(Pig:) 🎶You like to rock, I like to roll
You take the high and I'll take the low🎶
Leonard raised our arms up as I jumped around him laughing.
(Pig:) 🎶Woah, woah-oh, woah, woah-oh🎶
Leonard pulled me close as he held both of my hooves. As we continued to dance and started to sing together.
All the pigs on stage ripped off the bottom part of the outfit as they slid forward on their knees.
One of the bottoms landed on Matilda's head. She cringed where she stood.
(Pig:) 🎶Just some roughed-up desperadoes
Hanging tough through thick and thin
Kicking up dust wherever we go
I can see that you and me are gonna be friends
To the end you and me are gonna be friends🎶
The crowd jumped and sang along as they clapped.
(Pig:) 🎶I can see that you and me are gonna be friends, yeah🎶
Leonard spun me around wildly, he stopped and dipped me, leaning me back as we both stared into each other's eyes, smiling together.
🎶🎶🎶
