The old man - a mysterious man who is actually a member of the race of the dark folk, he was originally a battlemage who mastered the element of darkness and poison and yet is helping Albert in his quest to lift the curse.

Cedric - a treasure hunter that travels the eponymous ancient city to look for the treasures even though he takes care of the young girl and her mother.

Septiego - a famed swordmaster that served the king of azalin and teacher to Albert before being sent to the ancient city along with his men to lift the curse that plagues the kingdom, he returns back to the kingdom already driven to madness after witnessing his soldiers being eaten and killed by monsters and being exposed to dark magic of monsters before escaping.
