Amity charged forward at Belos, roaring like a lion as the tendrils shot forward.

The tendrils all struck into various parts of Belos' body, causing him to scream in pain before being slashed across the face by both claws and blade.

"I'LL KILL YOU!!!" Amity shrieked as she thrusted her blade arm forward before getting swatted off by one of Belos' tendrils.

"I see you're too far gone! VERY WELL! I'LL PUT YOU OUT OF YOUR MISERY!" Belos exclaimed as the claws on his tendrils opened up and blasted the same beam that killed Spider-Witch.

Amity effortlessly dodged them all, her vision coated in red and her mind blinded by rage.

She then dashed forward, slashing two of Belos' tendrils in half and causing him to fall onto his feet.

Belos' tendrils, however, just started to regenerate and he quickly whipped around and blasted at Amity again as the rabid hero charged at him.

Amity just leapt into the air and raised her claws over her head, aiming for Belos until another tendril from the ground grabbed her leg and swung her back onto the ground.

Belos was lifted again by his tendrils and prepared to blast before he cried in pain when an explosion suddenly enveloped him.

Eda was flying into the air, screaming as she fired missile after missile.

Belos' new armor was protecting him from the full force, but the pain was still evident. He then launched himself forward, his own arms turning into blades as he slashed at The Iron Owl.

And just from the single slash, Eda's armor broke apart. The armor had been damaged so much already, and Belos was already stronger than her even without the powerup given to him by The Titan's heart.

Eda fell onto the ground, falling unconscious. Belos then looked around before his eyes widened when he saw Amity was missing.

As if he was being stalked, Belos cautiously looked around...until he saw his enemy lunge at him from the shadows, swinging her blade...

...and cutting off his arm.

Belos watched his arm fall onto the ground and he screamed in pain only to be kicked in the face.

"YOU TOOK HER AWAY FROM ME!!! I'LL END YOU!!!" Amity shrieked as she charged at Belos once more.

Voices.

There was an endless well of nothing but voices. Luz could hardly make it out...and when her eyes opened, she could see herself floating towards a light...no, she wasn't floating.

She was being pulled up. Was she underwater? Had she never escaped her watery fate at The Raft?

But then, once she could properly see once more, she began to cough as she stood up. She coughed and coughed before looking around. "Huh...? W...where...am...?"

She then felt someone or something right beside her and looked...before her eyes widened.

Standing right beside her was a creature with raggy, dark gray fur. He had a tail, large wings with several holes in them, a familiar looking skull on his head, a strange worm coming out of one of his eyes...and he was rather chubby. He was only wearing sweatpants with the four gylphs on them, a purple t-shirt, and a brown robe.

Once Luz started to process, she looked at the creature's face more. "...King?"

The creature chuckled. "No. But he does get his good looks from me."

Luz's eyes widened further and she stepped back. "...OH, TITAN..."

"Oh! Me!" The Titan laughed.

This was the god that killed other gods? King and Orion's father? The one whose very carcass formed The Boiling Isles? The source of her magic powers?

But then, The Titan offered his hand for a handshake. "It's an honor to finally meet you, Spider-Witch."

Luz was confused for a moment before she smiled softly, slowly shaking the god's hand. "Y...you're The Titan? L-like...The Titan-Titan?"

"My real name is unpronounceable." The Titan chuckled. "So, yes. I am The Titan."

Luz laughed. "I-I've seen some crazy things, but...but I didn't think I'd meet a god!"

"Small g." The Titan said. "My kind is not nearly as powerful as many assume, and neither were Orion's."

Luz just smiled before she looked around. "Wait...if you're here...and I'm here...d-does that mean...t-this is...?" She muttered as she began to sink into the water again, but The Titan quickly pulled her back up.

"O-oh, no! Nope, don't wanna do that." The Titan said. "No. This is not the afterlife. And you aren't dead. Not yet."

"...then...where are we?"

"This is the In Between. A realm that's in between every single realm in the entire universe." The Titan said. "And possibly even beyond. I've been stuck here for some time and not even I know the complete ins and outs."

"You're...stuck here?" Luz asked.

The Titan chuckled. "Sort of. I've just been trying to keep an eye on my children until I finally decide its my time...it's why I chose you."

Luz's eyes widened and she gasped. "So...you sent the spider!!! We were right!"

"You're a smart girl." The Titan laughed before he lifted his hand.

And then, from his hand, it showed a much younger version of The Titan clashing against a figure in a long cloak, likely one of Orion's family members.

"You already know this, but Orion was banished from his family for not wanting to collect innocent species like his siblings, The Archivists. I took him in and raised him as my own...and then, the war between our races began. Near all-powerful beings fighting each other to the death...and needless to say, that is exactly why I'm here."

It then showed The Archivist stabbing The Titan with a special sword of some kind, while The Titan just roared the same sonic waves that depowered Orion. The two then fell, likely having died.

"Even with The Archivists being gone after my death, I couldn't move on. Not only did I fear for my children's lives...but I could sense something. A great evil to come in the future."

"Belos." Luz confirmed.

The Titan nodded. "So...I observed both my children...and your world. I looked for a champion. A hero that would fight this great evil when it emerged...and I have to say. You almost failed the test!" He laughed.

Luz's eyes widened. "I-I did?!"

"Yes. When you started to goof off with the powers I gave you, I was worried. Unsure if you would use the gifts I gave you responsibly...but much to my relief, you did...even though it came at a cost. I'm so very sorry about your loss." The Titan said, his eyes softening.

Luz's eyes softened as well and she sighed. "It's...it's okay...I still miss him, but...I'd say this whole place is proof he is in a better place."

The Titan nodded before properly facing Luz. "And now, the battle with the great evil has truly began...it's time to go back."

Luz's eyes widened. "Wait...you can send me back?"

"And not just that." The Titan grinned as his hand suddenly began glowing with all the gylphs. "You are defending not only your world, but mine...you've helped so many. Let me finally help you. Take my hand and you will be given power that can even counter Belos' stolen power."

Luz looked at him. "...you're...sure you can give that kind of power to me?"

"It's not going to last for very long...but even if it did? You've proven you know that with great power,"

"Comes great responsibility." Luz said before shaking The Titan's hand. And then, she was suddenly enveloped in a golden orb that began to float.

The Titan then smiled as he let go of her hand. "...tell my boys their dad loves them. And kick some butt for me!"

Luz smiled wide before she looked up as the light started to blind her.

Amity roared as she kept slashing and attacking Belos, trying to plunge her blade into the demon's heart. But no matter how hard she fought, it seemed the only finishing blow she truly dealt was cutting off his arm.

"ENOUGH OF THIS!!!" Belos roared as one of his tendrils extended, grabbing Amity and beginning to crush her.

Amity roared in pain, watching as two other tendrils opened their claws and aimed the blast at her.

"GOODBYE, WITCH! AND GOODBYE, BOILING ISLES!!!" Belos boomed...before suddenly?

A gigantic purple and golden light shined behind him. Belos' eyes widened and he whipped around, still holding onto Amity.

The light shined brighter and brighter before finally dissipating...and there stood Spider-Witch, but her suit had completely changed.

She seemed to have actual fur on her suit, with the fur itself being a dark gray, accompanied by gray parts across her suit. Her cape was now from her waist and matching the same color as the fur, with the edges of the cape almost looking pointy. She had boots and gauntlets with bones wrapped and styled around them, as if to serve as extra armor.

And finally, she had large bone-like spider legs sprouting from her back and large horns on her head.

"IT...IT CAN'T BE...!" Belos muttered.

Amity's eyes were wide. "...Luz...?"

Spider-Titan grinned and then stretched her limbs. "Alright! Being dead's given me enough vacation time! Time to kick some bad guy butt!"

Belos tossed aside Amity and quickly blasted at his nemesis. "NO!!!"

Spider-Titan smirked as her spider legs launched her into the air. She then spun a giant spell circle of some kind, which shined with a spider logo...before blasting Belos with a gold and purple beam.

Belos' eyes widened as the beam hit him and sent him into a crater.

Spider-Titan then landed and began spinning several of the same spell into existence. She then swung into the air. "C'mon, Belos! Magic over here! Waiting to be cleansed!"

Belos growled and quickly stood back up, only to be blasted again by the spells. His new armor was slowly coming apart, with chunks of it falling off.

Spider-Titan then teleported right beside Belos. "Whatcha doin'? I'm waiting!"

Belos' tendrils shot at her, only for Spider-Titan to simply teleport away.

"Here, Belos! Here, boy! I got some magic for ya!" Spider-Titan cried, waving rapidly.

"DO YOU EVER STOP TALKING!?!?" Belos shrieked as he blasted at Spider-Titan with all four of his tendrils.

Spider-Titan grinned and spun around another spell-circle, creating a forcefield that protected her from the blasts. "No! No, I don't!"

Belos roared as he increased the force of the blasts...before suddenly, they stopped. Belos' eyes widened and he looked at his tendrils. "W-what!? What is going on!?!" He exclaimed as his voice started to return to normal.

"The thing about The Titan's heart is that unless you somehow attached it to yourself? All that fancy power's only temporary!" Spider-Titan laughed as the forcefield faded.

Belos stood back as his armor finally crumbled right off his body. He then began to run, launching himself towards his machine and the heart.

Spider-Titan grinned and then webbed the villain's leg, pulling him back over and then socking him across the face with all her might.

Belos fell down, utterly unconscious.

Spider-Titan then webbed the machine, which lit it ablaze, the heart included. She then quickly teleported over and took King and Orion out of the machine.

King had fallen unconscious, but his eyes slowly began to open. "...L...Luz...?"

"Hey there, King." Spider-Titan smiled before seeing Orion beginning to wake up too.

Orion rubbed his eyes. "...hey...you...you got horns..."

Spider-Titan laughed. "I do. Rest up, baby brothers." She said as she set the two down, right beside Eda.

Then, finally, Hunter flew over from where he was swatted away. "I'M HERE! TIME TO END- Luz? Is that you!?"

"The one and only!" Spider-Titan laughed. "Like the new suit?"

"...y-yeah! Looks nice!" Hunter said. "Wait...did you take down Belos already?!"

Spider-Titan grinned. "Yeah, you missed it!"

"...Luz?"

Spider-Titan turned and her eyes widened. She quickly pulled off her mask, struggling a tad due to her horns. Her hair was now much more fluffy and big, and her eyes were now black with golden pupils.

But Amity recognized her girlfriend in a heartbeat as she slowly began to walk over, her body shaking and her mask peeling away. "L-Luz...?"

Luz smiled and quickly walked over, gently cupping Amity's face. "...I love you, Amity."

Hearing the last words being repeated to her, Amity broke. She began to sob, hugging her girlfriend tightly as if she was going to fade away again. "I-I...I-I love you too!"

Luz just hugged back, stroking Amity's hair. "Shhh...shhh...I'm here, batata. It's okay."

Hunter flew down across them, taking off his mask. He was clearly confused as to what he had missed while being unconscious, but he then saw Eda begin to wake up. He quickly rushed over, helping her up. "Easy! Easy..."

Eda groaned before she saw her sons and gasped. "KIDS!!!"

Orion and King's eyes fully opened and they looked around, confused. But then, their mother pulled them into the biggest hug she could muster. The two quickly hugged back, slowly losing all their confusion.

Luz then saw the spider on her chest beginning to glow before both her and Amity were enveloped in a golden and purple light again. When the light disappeared, Luz was back in her original Spider-Witch suit.

"...awww...I liked the fluffy look." Luz pouted.

Amity laughed, wiping her eyes which were still spewing tears. She then cupped Luz's face and kissed her deeply.

Luz's face reddened, but she kissed back, wrapping her arms tightly around Amity's waist.

The Boiling Isles was saved. And it was quite possible that none of the witches and demons who lived there would even realize it, but that didn't matter to Spider-Witch. Not one bit.
