(Meanwhile, the remaining heroes and bandits are riding on top of their fudge friend as he makes his way across the river.)

Jax: Gotta say, this is a lot more anti-climactic than I was hoping it'd be.

Gangle: What were you hoping for?

Jax: You know, like, one big, final battle. Bloodshed. Death. Chaos! Whatever.

Orson: (To Chad and Max) Are you sure they disappeared? 

Ragatha: And it wasn't that they fell off, or something?

Chad: (Stammers) I can't say for sure, but, uh, yes, definitely.

Max: It's not like the boss to vanish with the orange cat, along with cat sharing a body with a dog. Very unusual.

Pomni: -Well, that's... concerning.

Odie: (Whining sad)

Pomni: Oh, Odie... I know you want Garfield back. (hugging Odie)

Kinger: (Muffled due to the bucket being on his head) Well, how about we could ask Caine to find him.

Ragatha: (Hugging while comforting Odie) I'm more worried he's having the horrible experience.

Booker: And I think we left him behind.

Sheldon: And I guess we'll never see him again.

Kinger: It's a lot for anybody to go through. Don't take it too personally. I remember how long it took for you to adjust.

Ragatha: O-Oh. Yeah. I'm surprised you remember that.

Roy: Yeah, good job.

Kinger: (Normal voice after the bucket is briefly lifted up) Remember what?

(A distant explosion is heard. Jax steals the binoculars from Gangle to see the second tanker flying out of the river... And heading straight in their direction.)

Jax: Do you guys have a second truck that flies?

Chad: Yeah. Oh, wait. No, we don't. No, not at all.

(Cuts to Garfield, Cat, Dog, and Gummigoo screaming for 5 seconds, before the tanker gravity stops for 7 seconds. Garfield pops out of the window and looks down to the ground, before looking at Gummigoo)

Garfield: You know, I think I had a nightmare like this once.

Gummigoo: You have?

Garfield: Yeah.

(After 7 seconds, the tanker gravity starts to fall, while Garfield, Cat, Dog, and Gummigoo hug each other while screaming for 7 seconds. After 7 seconds, The tanker smacks down onto the monster's head.)

Fudge Monster: (Groans) Down I go. (He sinks down unconscious.)

(Gummigoo, Cat, Dog, and Garfield exit. Garfield, Cat, and Dog starts to vomit.)

Gummigoo: (Laughs) Couldn't keep it in, could- (He starts to vomit as well.)

Garfield: Well, at least our life has been saved by the miracle... (picks up a candy corn) Of candy. (Take a bite of the candy corn)

Ragatha and Pomni: (Runs towards him along with Odie) Garfield, Cat, Dog!

Pomni: Are you okay? What happen?

Garfield: Yeah, we're fine. And, we made a new friend.

(Gummigoo makes his way to his two compadres.)

Max: Boss! Where have you been? We got fudged.

Gummigoo: You don't wanna know. (He hugs his friends.) Good to see you, lads.

Gummigoo, Max, & Chad:

Garfield: (Saw Odie) Oh, I missed you boy. (Hugs Odie)

Garfield and Odie:

Gangle: Why are there two bad-guy trucks?

(Kinger goes over to the duplicate tanker and it starts to empty out syrup.)

Kinger: This one's full of syrup, too.

Odie: (licks some syrup on Kinger)

Kinger: (Chuckles) Thanks boy, I need that.

(Garfield, then starts to empty out syrup, while place it on paw, before he licks it)

Garfield: It really is syrup.

Gummigoo: Oh, yeah. Suppose it is. Well, uh, you don't suppose my mates here could, uh, take this one back to the village, could they?

Ragatha: I guess.

Orson: Since there's two of them, there'd be no real harm.

(Nearby, Jax is seething in the river.)

Orson: Well, maybe there'll be "blood, death, and violence" in the next adventure.

Jax: (Sarcastically) Ha-ha-ha-ha. How wholesome.

Garfield: (Walks over with Gummigoo) Oh, yeah. This is Gummigoo. He's gonna come back to the circus with us.

Pomni: Oh! Uh, i-is that allowed?

Cat: Well... his reality was completely shattered.

Garfield And we feel like it was the least I could offer him.

Dog: Opposed to just leaving him behind.

Ragatha: (Chuckles) Hey. That's good of you, three.

Jax: UGH! Let's take this DUMB truck to the DUMB kingdom, I guess!

(Back at the kingdom, everyone is cheering for the return of the heroes and their maple syrup.)

Princess Loo: Thanks to you brave knights, our kingdom will once again thrive. I'm sure it was no easy task.

Jax: (Still angry) You have no idea.

(The portal back to the circus opens.)

Princess Loo: Farewell, brave knights. Have fun executing that bandit fella!

Garfield: (Dishonestly) Oh yeah... That is what we're doing.

Cat: Yeah... we'll execute him.

(At that moment, a distant explosion is heard. Jax looks down at the key he's holding as a mischievous grin widens on his face.)

Jax: Oh, hey! Maybe I didn't leave the gate unlocked for nothing after all.

(Rumbling occurs.)

Ragatha: Uh, what? I-I thought he was dead! 

Orson: You still did that?!

Princess Loo: Okay, wait. (The Fudge Monster chuckles as he nears the kingdom.) Y-You did what, now?

(The gang quickly make their way through the portal as the monster nears more.)

Jax: Well, love to help you again sometime! Bye!

(The gang arrive back at the circus.)

Orson: (Take a deep breath) Well Jax... now that we are back in the circus, how many sandwich do you want?

Jax: Just one.

Orson: ONE SANDWHICH! COMING UP! (Punch Jax all the way up. sending him flying, before Orson laughs at this)

Caine: Welcome back, my little hard-shelled hamburgers!

Gummigoo: So, this is the circus, huh? I could get used to this.

Caine: Oop! Looks like one of these guys made it through. (He snaps his fingers...)

Gummigoo: Wait, wha- (...And he vanishes.)

Garfield: 

Cat and Dog: 😦

Garfield: Caine... WHAT DID YOU DO?!

Caine: I know you guys love your NPCs, but if I start losing track of who's a human and who's an NPC, who knows... what could happen... (He says as he acts like this may have happened before.)

(With the hopes of giving Gummigoo a new life rendered all for naught, Garfield gets upset for losing his new friend.)

Garfield:

Caine: Welp, I'm gonna go drink water! It's been a while since I've done that.

(He leaves. Zooble reappears.)

Zooble: Sheesh, I thought he'd never leave.

Ragatha: (She, Pomni, and Odie Walks over to Garfield, Cat, Dog) I'm really sorry about that, boys. 

Orson: At least you tried. 

Pomni: Can Gummigoo be back in a future adventure? 

Ragatha: Yeah, I know Caine sometimes likes to reuse NPCs.

(Zooble walks over and places a hand on Ragatha's shoulder.)

Zooble: Got everything ready.

Ragatha: Hey Garfield... You wanna join us for Kaufmo's funeral? We like to have a little funeral service to remember the people who abstract. 

(An upset Jax walks off, while rubbing his chin.) 

Ragatha: And after the funeral, maybe a lasagna will make you fell better.

Garfield:

Garfield: Yeah... Thank you Ragatha.

Ragatha: You're welcome. And this one just got pushed around a bit with Pomni's arrival and everything.

Kinger: It's the least we can do to honor their memory.

Wade: And we're gonna miss him.

(The gang sans Jax have gathered around to hold a funeral for their fallen friend, Kaufmo. On top of a chest lay two groups of flowers on the left and right. In the center is a framed photo of Kaufmo. Ragatha walks up to speak in remembrance.)

Ragatha: Oh, man. I always think I'm prepared for these things, but then you set up the picture and, well... (Her voice begins to quiver.) I'm already breaking.

(As the funeral goes on, Ragatha continues saying her words in honor of their late friend. Soon, Gangle holds up a drawing of her and Kaufmo, after which, she breaks down in tears. Next, Kinger says what he has to say, and even Zooble speaks to remember Kaufmo. Next is Garfield talking about a relationship with Kaufmo, then the rest of characters talking about a relationship with Kaufmo. Finally, Pomni silently watches all of this while comforting Odie, as she remembers her nightmare from earlier, while also remembering that, as rough as things seem now, she has friends with Garfield, Odie, Orson, Roy, Wade, Booker, Sheldon, Cat, Dog, Norbert, Daggett, Gangle, Zooble, Kinger, and Ragatha that care about her and are always willing to help her out of trouble, no matter what happens..)
