It has been a month and the attack seems to be happening soon!

All warriors were called and all the women and children were sent to the safe room. But not Ash....he is a warrior first and Luna second. So he is at my side and his mother is with the boys.

I look at the others, fathers and mothers brothers and sisters willing to give their lives for our pack and I feel a strenght go through me that I have never felt before. The thought of my father in law leading rouges against his son and grandsons.

My pack is strong and we will win but I pray to the goddess that no lives of my pack are taken.

My son link me: dad they are at the borders now I can feel gramps stay safe

Me: sure son and thanks.

I wonder if Ash can feel him too but before I can ask my border patrol sends word confirm what Olli said to the me.

Everyone is now serious and takes their positions as shit is about to happen.

Suddenly my small group is partially surrounded with growls and a wolf that larger than normal but still smaller than mines steps forward and changes into Ash's dad. The shock on his face is laughable.

I know that he thought that this was going to be a suprise attack.

Ash's dad: I guess that there is a traitor in my group then

Jake: Why are you here, you and your mate were banished

Dad: I want my other mate and family back. My son owes me

Ash: Owes you for what old man?

Dad: For raising you and the sacrifices that I made for you give me your company and all this goes away.

Ash shakes his head but does not answer, since the man is clearly mad.

Me: As you can see, we have more warriors so just give up and leave peacefully......we all only get one mate why do you think you're special.

Dad: I love both of my mates and I will kill you to get them.

Me: Ok I see now.... you promised the rouges mony you don't have hoping that Ash would just cash the cheque you made ( I was smirking at the end).

He growled and I looked around at he rest of the rouges...they were not a real pack but they were willing to die for money.

I changed into my wolf effectively ending all conversation. I towered over him showing what a true alpha looks like and his warrior wolf is no match for me.

And the fighting syarted when the insane wolf rushed foward going directly for my throat while using his weight and flexibilty. My wolf dodged the attack and countered by biting him on his shoulder of his right front leg.

I could not see all that was going on  but I knew that there were battles going on all around me, my focus had to remain on the wolf in front of us.

I can see why he was head warrior of the pack but he will not defeat me.
