Logan made it to the gym Demi told him about, she was right, it's a boxing Gym, he used to box a lot when he was a kid, his dad said it would toughen him up but yet all he's done lately is feel pain about what happened, the only time he doesn't is in the ring, he's barely spent anytime with his kids because it just hurts so much, not just because their families been ripped apart but also because he's having to lie to them, Logan hate's lying so when he said he'd be at the Gym and ready to go, he made sure he was...

... Physically, he's ready but mentally, he's a ticking time bomb, the therapy the WWE... well, TKO, instructed him to go to has barely worked, Linda is great and she's understanding to his predicament but Logan's not the type to sit around and talk about his feelings and it took a close friend of his to know that, which is why she brought him here.

Demi: Hey, you're actually here.

... Logan put his stuff down on the nearby bench and by stuff it's a towel and bottle of water, he's been on workouts with Demi before and she doesn't know the meaning of "Chill Workout" she goes all in through the entire time, so Logan was prepared for whatever she has planned for today, clearly, so was Demi...

... Demi did the same as Logan, putting her stuff down nearby, the place is technically closed for the day but she knows the owner so he came to open up for her, when their done they'll leave and he'll come to lock up again so it'll be no bigger, Demi does have something cool planned that she thinks will help get Logan back on track with putting the important things first.

Logan: You have no idea how much I actually need this right now.

Logan's not a fool and he knows he needs help, asking for it though has proven to be harder then he figured it would, luckily Dem knows just how to get through to him, it's not talking in a room with some weird ticking nonsense, it's not sitting in a pub and drinking, it's lifting weights and punching things.

Demi: Where are the kids?

Demi looked around while doing little warm ups, she's planning on putting him through the ringer today, Logan's going to be aching tomorrow, at least that's the idea anyway, Logan's a tough cookie and he might not be as built as she is but he's got the stamina to keep up with most of her work out, not many people can keep up with her but that's why she enjoys working out with Logan, if it wasn't for him in the first place, she might not have changed her character as much as she has, Logan was a real help to her back in the UK, even if what they did was a mistake.

Logan: Jessica's parents are with them. I think they took them to Disneyland or something.

Demi hummed while listening to him, Logan dropped them off on his way here, they asked to keep them for most of the day and Logan agreed, he's not sure how long Demi's going to keep him here and he definitely doesn't know how long it will take for the stuff to be cleared from the house, Desmond told him to stay away for a few hours, Logan doesn't know who he's got to help him but that doesn't really matter right now, he just needs that stuff gone.

Demi: Really?

Demi didn't like Jessica, they've never really been able to see eye to eye, they did to begin with but then something happened and it caused Rhea Ripley to drop the NXT UK Women's Championship and travel to Orlando to become the Women's NXT Champion instead, she hated leaving Logan and the UK behind but at the end of the day, it was perfect for her career but she felt forced to do it, which is why she didn't look all that frilled about the fact he's still letting that bitch's parents take the kids for a while.

Logan: Look, no matter what happened, they're still the kids Grandparents and they have a right to spend time with them.

Logan defend the Harlow's because they are good people, when Logan and Jessica moved out to Florida for his career, they retired early and came out here with them, Logan's family didn't do the same, they probably still don't even know he's gone, the Kenway family were never close when he was growing up, they all just kind of went their own way, no matter Demi's thoughts of Jess, they love those kids and Logan's not going to stop them from spending time with Olivia and Luke.

Demi: Look at you being all grown up and stuff. I'm so proud of you.

Demi mocked him while standing from the bench and walking towards the boxing ring in the middle of the Gym, Logan needed to take a little longer on the bench, his trainer lace came undone while they warmed up, so while Demi's back was to him, he glanced at her while tying up his lace.

Logan: I hate you sometimes you know that?

Once done he stood back up and is now ready for whatever Demi has planned, she smiled though because she knows he doesn't hate her, he loves her more then he's going to admit because she's willing to put up with his bullshit and to do this for him, not many other will be able to hack it so there's no possible way he could hate her.

Demi: Good, because you're going to hit me.

Logan needed to do a double take on what she just said, he's heard her say weird things before but that's a new one even for him, Demi however climbed onto the apron and rolled into the ring, leaving a pair of boxing gloves on the side for him to pick up when he's ready, he needed her to be more specific though because he's not going to hurt her.

Logan: What? I'm not going to hit you.

Demi moved to sit on both her knees, Logan can now see the pads on her her hands, he still wasn't sure about hitting those on her hands either, sure she's a tough cookie but even he's worried of what he will do in this kind of mindset, Logan know's he's a little screwed up and he's really hopping whatever Demi has planned can help but he's not okay with causing her harm.

Demi: Not really. You're going to be hitting these...

Demi hit them together twice before jumping to her feet in one quick motion, her agility hasn't faulted in the years that's for sure but he didn't want to hurt her, even if it's just on her hands, Logan's not that kind of person, the idea of hurting her, or any other female in his life has just become much more prominent since what happened, happened.

Demi: ... Come on. You used to do boxing right? So show me what you got.

Logan looked from the gloves then to her, Demi seemed pretty heart set on this so Logan figured "screw it", he can keep his cool enough not to hurt her, he's not that much of an asshole, just a little closed off right now and a little aggression might be able to let that out, it didn't help that Demi was having fun with this...

... Logan chuckled at her while she indicated for him to get into the ring with her, Logan did just when he put on the gloves, their not tight because otherwise he won't be able to get them off, so thanks to Demi still sitting on the ropes, he was able to climb in, sure boxing rings have straps to stop the ropes from extending but this isn't a proper boxing ring, it is a box standard ring, it doesn't really need to be much more for a Gym.

Demi: Really? If you're not going to take this seriously...

Demi shrugged when Logan throw a very lazy punch, Demi wants to help him but if he doesn't want to help himself or take this seriously then he's not going to get better, he's just going to get worse and worse and worse, project that aggression onto his kids and eventually wind up alone, Demi doesn't want that for Logan and honestly neither does he so before she could leave him behind, he gave up fighting against her and just decided to go with the flow.

Logan: Alright, alright, alright, alright. I just don't want to hurt you.

Demi sighed, slipping on of the pads off and running her hand through her hair, she was going to tie it up but figured she'd just leave it, it's not going to really be getting in the way at any point, so once she got herself ready, she slipped the pad back on and decided to remind Logan that they've done something similar once upon a time.

Demi: You've hit me harder before now come on. Your girlfriend left you, don't you wanna get a little payback?

Logan took a deep breath when she said that, she knew she was pressing his buttons and that's exactly what she's planning to do, he gets angry, he punches the pads, get that aggression out and maybe, just maybe they can have their friend back with those awesome little kids, all positive and happy again, not to mention reminding him about him hitting her harder than a few punches to the pads, not in an abusive or fighting way, it was all in good fun.

Demi: That's better! Come on! She left you! Left those kids!! That pisses you off doesn't it...!

Demi has been wanting to say a few things about it for a while now, ever since she heard about Logan being alone, sure Logan hasn't always been perfect to Jess throughout their life together but he'd never leave her on her own like that, so she yelled these things to him while he really started hitting at the pads, it even started to hurt a little but she can see in his eyes that it's working, she hoped it would but she never actually thought it would, so he didn't hold back and really tried to drive it home.

Demi: ... She left you and it's all your fault!!! Ah!

When she did, Logan really hit her hand and it hurt, like a crazy amount, Logan stopped and stepped back a little panting while Demi took the pads off as fast as she could, holding at her left hand which he hit with his right, Logan has a really strong punch, Demi's strong and can take a punch but that actually really hurt her, Demi's kind of impressed to be honest more then made he hurt her.

Demi: Jeez... when you're done with Wrestling you should take up boxing again.

Demi chuckled over to him thinking she'd try and lighten the mood with a little joke but Logan didn't laugh, hell, he's barely even moved since taking the step back, Demi tried shaking the feeling into her palm, even blowing on it to try and relieve the stinging but before she could ask if he's okay and still good to go, Logan mumbled something.

Logan: She didn't leave me...

Logan looked down to the run down mat as Demi looked up to him, she wasn't sure what he said since she went back to blowing on her hand because he really hit her, God save anyone if he actually punched them with that right hand because he could do some real damage with that thing, Demi though wanted to know what he said.

Demi: Mhm?

With a little hum she asked him to repeat himself while now trying to shake a little feeling back into her hard, Logan still hasn't moved over then he fell back a little now gently rocking back and forward on the ropes, Demi can't really tell because he's still looking down to the mat but it looked like he was crying or something, his eyes are definitely watering.

Logan: Jessica... she didn't leave...

That time he was clear as day, so she is now confused, if Jessica didn't leave him then why is he so caught up on it, why is there a group of friends at his house bagging up her crap, why hasn't she been seen in weeks and why does he keep getting small panic attacks when he sees that house, all different questions that are running through her mind right now, but she can't ask them all, so she found one that covered nearly all of them.

Demi: Then what happened? Where is she?

This time Logan did look up to her and he was definitely crying, not hyperventilating or anything like that but she can see his eyes filled with tears and the odd one trickling down his cheeks, he didn't even make an attempt to stop them, just looked at her with this pain in his eyes that is so powerful, it wasn't there, he hid it so well but seeing his eyes now, it's really breaking her heart, only nothing could have prepared her for what he said next.

Logan: She's dead...
