It's a two years since amber left to help the aliens find their new home.

After graduation I became alpha is the pack again and wynter and Wyatt decided to go to college with our friends but I declined.

I spent half of my time taking care of the pack that chose to stay and the other half being depressed in my room

When amber first left I thought she was right she would come back and we would be together but as the days turned to months and months turned into years I was convinced that amber wasn't coming back and that she and Aspen mostly got together

Some of the elders think I should move on and find a new mate and I tried but I couldn't my heart still belonged to amber even if she was a million light-years away.

Amber pov

I missed Willa and my sister and everyone else back home I wish I could go home but we still haven't found utopia

I don't get. We have the map so why can't we find it Ali said sounding frustrated

I don't know maybe we missed something Alan said

You know I have been doing alot of thinking. Why didn't your grandmother just tell us that one of her grandchildren was our map?  why make our search so difficult? Aspen said

Maybe she thought there was
something to learn by staying in Seabrook for a while. I said as the mothership accessed the mind probes and showed what happened when the zombies first came to Seabrook and when willa and the pack came looking for the moonstone

I miss your friends, but not the discord in your people. In utopia we will never have conflict. Alan said

But sometimes you need it I said

Need it? Ali asked

Yes. Look what happened
once we overcame our differences. I said

This is true. No one spoke up while our planet suffered Aspen said

All because we didn't want to create disharmony and now our planet is gone Ali said

Harmony isn't silence. Unity isn't sameness. Love is powerful. It can handle disagreements. Alan said as I thought for a moment then smiled

I know where my grandmother wanted her people to live. The most perfectly imperfect place there is. I said putting in the coordinates for Seabrook

Yes. You have found our new home. Alan said

Willa pov

Since graduation Addison made us promise that every year on that date we would meet at the froyo shop

After we got us something we sat around our usual table and talked about what we had been doing for the past year since the last time we saw each other

I miss amber wynter said looking at her empty chair

Me too I said looking at the mood ring she gave me. It turned back that night amber left and it's been like that ever since.

I'm sure she will be back soon Bree said as when heard a noise and saw a blue light flash

When it faded away it revealed amber and the aliens

Amber!! Me and wynter said as she smiled and hugged us and kissed me

I missed you guys so much I said

We missed you too we said

But what about utopia? Addison asked

Seabrook is our utopia Alan said

But Seabrook isn't a perfect place Addison replied

It's not. It's messy, emotional...Full of surprises. Where change can happen. Aspen said as I had my arm wrapped around Willa's waist

Where someday can be today I said as we looked at each other before kissing each other again

What a perfect place to call home. Now I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm just one proud mothership. I love you kids. Mothership said

So, yeah. The aliens are moving into Seabrook. And even though our community is stronger than ever, and we're breaking down barriers every day, there's still more to learn.

So whatever the future holds for our monster of a town, we'll be ready for it. Because Seabrook's not about perfect. It's about progress. Which means we'll always welcome the unexpected
