"Why did you stop me?" I yelled at my wolf. I do not understand why he loves that filthy dragon after what her kind has done to Amaya.

'She's our mate, you bastard! I won't let you kill her, I love her' He yelled back at me. Love? Does he know what love is? How can he love a dragon blood?

"You do not even know her Rico, you just met her today and you love her? Are you even listening to yourself?" I said to him angrily.

'You are the one who needs to listen to yourself Eros, she's your mate, and all you've caused her since you found her, is pain. She's scared of you, scared. You'd never do this to Amaya.' Rico said, he was hurt. First of all, that lady isn't scared of me, she's tough and I can see it in her eyes, I'd have to do something to scare her.

"Don't you dare ever compare her to  Amaya," And with that statement, I blocked the link between us. I slumped on my bed, I cannot love another woman, I shall never give a dragon blood Amaya's place in my heart.

Suddenly, I felt a message coming through my mind-link, 'Alpha, she's in the guest room.' It was my Beta.

'Thank you, Kelvin, you're dismissed for the day' I said through the mind-link and he thanked me before blocking it. 

I got up and snapped my fingers, I easily teleported into the guest room where I saw her laying on the bed peacefully. She looked like she has never been this pleased in her life, she grabbed a pillow tightly to her chest and snored calmly. I took calm strides toward her, this time I got to scan her body. She looked tired, her body had bruises and her feet had dry blood on them. The wound on her head and arm still seeped with fresh blood that stained the sheet of the bed.

I slowly lifted my left arm and touched her soft, silky blue hair, she shivered at my touch. She was awake, "I know you are awake, open your eyes!" I said to her. She shuddered once more and her eyelids slowly lifted, revealing her rapture blue eyes.

"Get your hands off me," She said, She sounded very brave, I began to regret not killing her. Her words made my wolf unblock the link between us. I knew that he wasn't happy that she didn't want him touching her.

'Move away from her Eros, don't hurt her' My wolf pleaded.

"I wasn't planning to." I snapped at him and then focused my attention back on her.

"What is your name again?" I asked while standing to my feet.

"Rihana, your worst nightmare," She said softly while sitting up and placing her head on the headboard, she had her famous smirk on her face, she's a very stubborn lady.

"Rihana," The moment her name rolled out of my lips, her face softened a bit but she quick to maintain a scowl, I couldn't resist the urge to roll my eyes.

"I'm forced not to kill you, If I had it my way, your head would have been rolling on the floor by now," I said venomously, my wolf whimpered in my head. She hissed loudly, I could see that she doesn't care about dying.

"What are you going to do to me?" She asked boldly. Her voice came out in a whisper though.

"Good question, I'm going to suppress your fire. I can't have you residing in my pack with it." I said to her, her face tensed up a bit. She was scared, finally.

"You can't do that," she said.

"Oh love, I sure can," I said. I raised my hand in the air and hurled an enchanted shield between her and her powers. A scream left her lips. She looked really weak. She tried generating fire but failed, which made a smirk roll onto my face.

"Now you can't hurt anybody," I said to her. She was quick to pick and throw the vase that laid at the side of her bed at time, I was brisk to get a hold of it.

"Why are you doing this to me? I don't want to be here!" She yelled furiously. "Let me go now, I mean no harm to your pack." She said. My wolf whimpered at the thought of her not wanting him.

'Don't let her go Eros, I'll die If she leaves' Rico said. He sounded really scared.

"I won't let you go, you'll remain in my pack so that I can keep an eye on you. You are a dragon blood and you are not to be trusted, how sure am I that you are the only surviving dragon blood." I said, my words seemed to fuel her anger. This lady is nothing like Amaya, she's very rough and extremely rude!

"You are going to remain here and become my pack's maid," I said I didn't feel any remorse about making my mate suffer, I hate dragon blood and I shall do anything to ensure they suffer.

'You can't do that to her! You can't make their Luna their maid.' Rico snarled at me.

"Shut up, she's not my Luna and isn't theirs. She's a dragon blood, a filthy one." I snapped at him and he immediately cut the link between us angrily. I felt relief knowing he wouldn't interfere with my decisions for now.

"Do you accept to be my pack's maid?" I asked, she stared at me intently and rolled her eyes.

"Whatever, as long as I get free food and shelter," She said, I couldn't believe her words.

"Can I get water?" She asked and I nodded while snapping my finger. A cup of water landed on the bed and she immediately rushed towards it, she drank it at once without putting the cup away from her mouth. I stared at her in amusement, with my arms folded.

"Thank you," She said while dropping the cup of water on the side of the bed.

"You shall begin your pack duties tomorrow, you are in charge of the kitchen and serving everyone their breakfast, got it?" I asked and she nodded with a bored expression gracing her face.

"Good girl, and if you prove to me that you are unworthy of being in my pack, I'll have to kill you," I said, she nodded her head.

"Whatever." She said. I glared at her for a while and then rolled my eyes, I snapped my finger and teleported out of her room.

The next day came in a blur, I was awakened by the chirping of birds. I got up feeling energized, I went to the bathroom and took a very warm bath, when I was done, I got dressed and teleported into Rihana's bedroom.

She was awake and looked cleaner than yesterday, she looked like she had taken a bath but she was still dressed in the clothes from yesterday, they looked torn and dirty. She was wearing a white dress that stopped at her mid-thigh. "Good Morning," She greeted lazily. I didn't respond to her greetings and snapped my finger, a maid's uniform fell onto my arm. She looked shocked, my powers seemed to amaze her.

"Get dressed, you have a lot of work to do today," I said to her softly. She didn't look like she wanted to get out of bed.

"I said get dressed!" I growled, for the first time, I saw nervousness in her eyes.

'You stupid hybrid, stop yelling at my mate.' Rico yelled. He used the insult I hated the most, calling me a hybrid. Yes, I am a hybrid. My mother is the queen of demons, that's the reason I have powers. I inherited them from her before she died.

I decided to ignore my wolf and focused on my supposed mate.

"What is wrong with you? I said get dressed, you runt!" I yelled at her.

"I'm on my period you bastard, the shits are fucking stained." She said and my face immediately formed a scowl.

"Dragon women have periods as well?" I asked, she rolled her eyes, I considered it as a yes.

I lifted my head to stare at her, she looked confused but she was good at keeping her composure, "I'll have some maids bring you a pad, if you try to hurt them, I'll know and I'll kill you." I said to her.

"I won't hurt anybody in this pack, unless they try to hurt me, I don't even wanna be here." She said.

"I did not let you stay here because I want you around, trust me, I would very much love to kill you. But, someone is forcing me to keep you here, so I have no choice." I said. I could feel my wolf rolling his eyes at me right now.

With that said, I teleported out of her room and mind-linked some maids to help her out. I hope I'm not making a bad decision by keeping her with my pack. I can never trust a dragon blood ever again, not after how they had brutally murdered my ex-mate. I can never forget the pain they put me through, never.
