Today is the day, everything is all set and ready to go with Alexis' and Logan's engagement party, Logan has the ring, Alexis hasn't seen it yet, but he's going to ask her to marry him in front of everyone, a bit over the top but Logan wants to show them all how much he loves Alexis, with all their friends coming.

Logan: All set?

Logan asked as he finished his task then turned to Duncan, Colby and Fergal, the guys came here early to help them set up while the girls are in the house doing a little less of the heavy lifting and more of the decorating, Logan didn't want Alexis doing too much as well.

Colby: We're ready. Are you?

Logan shrugged not really thinking about it to be honest, he's not really the sort of guy to plan stuff out, he kind of just does things then worries about the affect later, although he doesn't think this will be a bad thing.

Logan: It won't happen if her dad tells me to piss off...

Logan's a little old fashioned and although Alexis said he doesn't need to, Logan doesn't want to give that ring to her without her parents at least giving him the green light, he's seen how close Alexis is to her parents the last thing he wants is to cause a rift between them because she married a guy her folks don't like.

Logan: ... Plus, I'm the only one here who's not engaged or married. So, I need to change that.

Colby's married to Becky, obviously, Fergal's wife Vero is lovely, even Duncan and Pam are engaged, they got engaged a few months ago but as far as Logan knows, they haven't got anywhere with the plans, it's difficult to travel around for WWE then plan a wedding, it's not easy.

The guys continued to get to work, setting the backyard up for today, Logan isn't really nervous about this, he's met Bob and Angela before, they seemed to like him enough but whether they liked him enough to let him marry their daughter is another thing entirely, it was all jokes and laughs though till the guests started to arrive, they picked a day where all their friends from across RAW, Smackdown and even a few from NXT are here, Brianna was invited by Duncan but Logan didn't care as she brought some of her friends, all one's that seemed to really be friendly.

Cathy's here, Jackie and Kayla with her, Natalya arrived with her sister which Logan didn't expect but isn't going to turn her away, Gionna was already here from last night, the rest of the Judgement day arrived, Cody and Brandi with their daughter, everyone who was invited are here and since they kinda invited everyone they actually liked, it's a good day.

Alexis: My parents are here. You gonna do this?

Logan nodded to her giving her a kiss then going back into the house, it's amazing that all of a sudden he can feel like a entire building is on his chest, Logan doesn't normally feel nervous but this is a do or die sorta thing, if they say no then he's screwed.

Bob: Logan! You. Better not break my daughters heart...

Logan just smiled as he didn't even need to ask him, apparently Bob and Angela were already frilled to see Logan marrying their daughter, Logan still did ask though just to make sure and it confused them but after Logan explained to them that he just wanted to make sure everyone was happy about it.

Bob: ... Welcome to the family, son.

He cheered while patting Logan's upper arms, then pulled the man into a hug, only Logan didn't hug back because it all hit him like a freight train, Logan's never had a family before, his mum died when he was a kid and left him with a small fortune, then he grew up in a care home, no brothers, no sisters, no actual, loved ones, he watched around him as his future parents in law joined the party again, Logan just looked around to everyone smiling and having a good time, he's literally a man that has all the money in the world but nothing at the same time, so he walked away from the party to take a second.

Everything that's going to happen all flooding his head, a wife, daughter, friends, family, people who look up to him, people who will rely on him, everything he didn't have before, he's got now, so he walked into the garage leaning on the nearby cabinate taking deep breaths.

Logan: I can't lose. I've got everything now...

Logan smiled to himself before, Duncan, Colby, Cody and Allen had followed him to see him in the rough looking place he's in, they all laughed and joked telling him that it's all crashing down and it was, so he joined in with the laughs and joy, just them all alone, till Allen got a little adventurous.

Allen: Hey, what's this?

They all looked to see Allen tug on a car cover, Logan went to stop him but before he could, the Phenomenal One ripped the cover off the car, showing the guys in the room what Logan was hiding in his New York garage...

... It's a special edition SP Automotive Chaos, one of which Duncan has seen before, making the giant 6'5 man turn to look at Logan a little pissed about still seeing the car there, Cody, Colby and Allen however were actually loving it.

Colby: I've never seen a car like this. Why are you hiding it?

Logan looked down while they admired the car that Logan bought a while ago, he hasn't drove a car in a long time, this is one of them, he did sell most of them but this one was a custom job, it's only fit for him and no one else so it was pointless in trying to sell it.

Logan: I'm not hiding it, just wanted to keep it safe.

Logan walked over to it and looked in through the window, Duncan watched moving to stand with the often guys, all admiring the car, Duncan however knows a little bit more about this monster then the others do, Cody however wanted to know the states.

Logan: ... This little item will cost around about $12 million. 0-60 in 1.9 secs, just over 2,000 hp and a max speed of over 310 mph. Which means that no one has actually been able to reach it's limit.

Logan walked around the car smiling with pride about it, not many have the opportunity to get a car like this so Logan was a little proud Duncan still watching him while the music from the party is still going on without them, apparently no one has noticed their gone yet.

Cody: Why keep it locked away? To you 12 million is nothing but me...

They all agreed with Cody smiling a little to his words while they all continued to admire the car, it's the only car in the room so why he kept it was curious to them, so much so that they didn't notice Logan's mood change while he just stared at the car.

Logan: Because it scares the shit out or me.

That caught there attention, Logan doesn't usually get scared of things and the things that does scare him, he does them till he's not scared anymore, this however is different because this shit nearly killed him a couple of years age.

Duncan: This guy wanted to be the one to find the top speed, so he took the car to the track. You know what happens when a car goes near 300 mph then the downforce stops doing it's jump?

They didn't need to hear anymore else since they have seen pretty bad crashes from races, Logan however just kept looking at the car, his right hand shaking a little as flashbacks from that day came rushing through his head, Logan got the car fixed and left it here till he found the courage to not only drive again but to drive this car again.

Allen: Shit, man I'm sorry. I didn't...

Logan waved it off as he felt bad from bringing back old memories, no one actually ever knew what happened, they just know it w as a car accident, only a few people know that it was Duncan who pulled Logan out the destroyed car and probably saved his life, in return he pretty much lives rent free at which ever house he wants, although he seems to spend most his time elsewhere anyway.

Logan: Let's just, ah... Let's just get back to the party, yeah?

The guys agreed, helping put the cover back over the death trap, then they went to walk back to the party, only before they left the garage, Logan turned to them while shutting the door again slightly so no one can hear them, they probably couldn't over the music anyway but just in case.

Logan: Oh and not a word to Lex about this. She'll freak if she found out I still had that thing.

They agreed not to mention it in front of Alexis that he still has the car that he told everyone he had scrapped, Duncan was the most pissed that Logan kept it but it's not for him to break the record, he just wants to concur his new found fear of driving, only he wants to do it in that car, nothing else.

Logan: You ready?

Logan asked with a smile as he found Alexis talking to a small group of friends, Natalya and her sister Jenni, Sydney, Cathy, Becky and Gionna, Alexis nodded though excited about this, so excited in fact that they both missed the looks some of the girls are giving them, Logan called for everyone's attention though while pulling her into the middle of the near football field size garden.

Logan: ... I haven't had the best luck in the family side of life but one thing I am lucky for is getting to spend time with you...

Everyone stood around them while Logan said his little speech, to be fair, he didn't pre plan this, this is just everything he's wanted to say to her since he was able to make his come back to the WWE.

Logan: ... You've saved my life. You've giving to me with both hands, a reason to keep going and eventually a beautiful baby girl that'll be our princess...

Alexis was getting a little touched by his words, Logan's usually really good with his mouth but not so much in the speech department but when he tries, like really really tried and digs down deep, he can make your heart melt.

Logan: ... I'm never going to be able to repay you for all you've done for me. But I want to use the rest of my life to try...

Logan reached into his pocket and pulled out the little old velvet box that so many people could recognise, he moved down to one knee then opened the box making their friends and family gasp a little to the ring inside...

... Alexis' right hand instinctively covered her mouth keeping in the gasp while Logan took her left hand in his right, he didn't need to feel nervous because he already knows the answer, he just wanted to do this in front of everyone they care about.

Logan: ... Alexis Kaufman. Will you let me spend the rest of my days with you and be my wife?

Everyone around them looked between the duo while Alexis was really letting those tears fall, she couldn't keep this in anymore, even though she knew it was coming, she still wasn't ready for this moment or his words.

Alexis: Yeah, yes I'll marry you.

Their friends around them clapped while Logan put the ring on her left ring finger, he then stood up as she held his face, pressing her lips to his, only thing is the moment was interrupted by their friendly neighbourhood giant.

Duncan: Hey, Logan. This guy says he knows you.

Logan looked over to where Duncan has just walked out the back door with someone behind him, Alexis and the others looked between them, not knowing who this guy is, Logan doesn't know either so he just shrugged.

Logan: I've never seen him before in my life.

Logan hasn't but thought there was something about him that seems familiar but nothing that makes him go "Oh, that guy. I know you", so Logan wasn't sure who he is or what he wanted, he didn't look that old, maybe 18 possibly younger, he seemed nervous as well, so when he just spoke with everyone looking at him, he kinda stuttered a little.

???: My-My Dad's Mark Mitchell...

As soon as that name was said, Logan's mood changed from happy and excited having just been officially engaged to pissed and angered, almost like John Wick did when that guy killed his dog, everyone watched though while Logan walked closure to him, no one sure of what to really say.

Billy: ... I'm Billy Mitchell. I'm your brother...
