"Girl, you look like your ready to pop." Karlie Ann says as she and Dana approach me.

"I feel like a whale." I say closing my eyes.

It's been two weeks and my stomach has grown insanely fast and very large.

"You have a big pup in there." Karlie Ann adds.

"I know, and he or she loves to eat." I say rubbing my belly.

"I can't wait to meet him or her. A baby Lucy." Dana says smiling.

Bentley beside me clears his throat.

"Baby Bentley." He says smirking.

"Bentley, I've tried to contact Camilla, but her line is dead. I don't know if she has returned or if she is still away. But I'm kinda worried with her back in the States." Karlie Ann says looking at Bentley.

Bentley nods.

"I'll try to get in contact with Alpha Winston to make sures she's okay." He replies.

I try to stand but almost fall, luckily Dana and Bentley are quick to my side.

"I have to pee," I say taking wobbly steps.

They both begin to escort me to the bathroom when pee literally surges through me.

"Are you kidding me?" I say turning red with embaraasemt.

I look at Bentley who's eyes have gone wide.

"I just peed on myself." I say stating the obvious.

"Babe that's not pee." He says.

I tilt my head and look at him when pain shoots from my stomach.

"Your water broke and your going into labor!" Dana shouts.

I just cry out in more pain.

I'm then lifted off my feet, bridal style and rushed out the front door by Bentley.

I cry in pain every few minutes from contractions, but I'm finally placed on a bed in the Pack hospital.

That was literally ten minutes, a normal forty five minute jog.

Doctors starts rushing in, nurses asking dumb questions, and family and friends arriving.

Soon an IV is placed in my arm, a nightgown replaces my clothes and I have on hospital socks.

A man in a navy nice dress shirt and grey pants enters the room and everyone moves out of his way as he nears me.

"Luna Lucy, my name is Doctor Paolo. I'll be delivering your child." He says as a nurse places a coat on him.

Bentley goes to say something ng, probably to argue for a female doctor but I cry in pain.

"Sir shes fully dialated, and this baby wants out." A nurse says fast.

"Well then let's get going." He says clapping her hand.

"Alpha Bentley, would you like to deliver your child?" Paolo asks.

Bentley looks shocked at first but nods.

"I'd love to." He says as a nurse prepares him with proper clothes gloves and mask.

"Alright so I need two people to hold her hands." The docket says.

"We got this." Says Dana and my mom walking forward each grabbing one of my hands.

"Alright Lucy, when I say 'go' You're going to push for ten seconds, then breathe. We're going to keep tho cycle going till the baby is out. Can you do that for me?" Paolo asks.

"Just get him out!" I cry.

"Fair enough."

I take hold of Dana and my mother's hand and prop my knees up.

"Ready go,"

I squeeze the life out Dana and my mom's hand, and push as hard as I can to get this baby out.

After ten seconds I fall back into my bed with is reclined up.

"Go,"

We repeat this three more times till  I hear a small cry.

I open my tear filled eyes to see Bentley holding a precious little baby in his big hands.

Tears falling down his eyes, Bentley locks eyes with me and smiles.

"It's a boy," he says almost as a whisper.

I smile and rest my head, finally able to get him out when another pain surgers through me.

"What's happening?" Bentley growls as Dana lets go of my hand and grabs the baby.

I then feel hands on my stomach.

"Well I'd be damned, there's another one in there." The Doctor chuckles.

"Twins?" My mom and Bentley say at the same time shocked.

"Yup, let's do it again." He laughs.

I wish I could take his tongue it rip it out, this isn't a time to joke. I'm in terrible pain, I feel like my insides are being pulled out.

After ten minutes of pushing, my second child is born and it's a girl.

The nurses clean them up and bring them back over to me and Bentley.

Both of our children are equally beautiful.

They both have dark hair, and have tan skin.

I really want them to open their eyes, I want to see what they look like.

"So what are we naming them?" I ask softly.

"Well for him, I like Roman Dean," Bentley says smiling.

"And Aidan for the princess?" He asks.

I tilt my head.

"Well we already have an Aidan in the family, me and the girls we brainstorming some names and I was thinking how about Sterling?" I say looking into his eyes.

Bentleys warm brown eyes fill with love and tears begin to fall.

"I think those are beautiful names." He says kissing my lips.

"Sterling and Roman King. Name a more iconic duo." I say laughing.

"Gosh I love you." He says kissing me again.

"And I love you, and these little cuties as well." I say kissing Sterling who is Bentleys arms then Roman.

Roman slowly begins to open his eyes revealing beautiful grey eyes.

I gasp.

"He has my father's eyes." I say tearing up.

"Hes going to be quite the ladies man." Bentley laughs waking up Sterling who opens her eyes.

"Woah." He says looking down at our baby girl.

I look down at her to see she has the same eyes as well, only lighter.

"I can't believe this." I say smiling at my two children.

"What?" Bentley says looking down at me.

"I'm a mother of two." I laugh.

"Dont forgot Bronx and and Brooklyn." He chuckles.

"Oh dear, how could I forget?"

"Yes sir, Alpha Luca and Luna Anna are going to be visiting Bentley and Lucy in morning. I was asked to accompany them. I'll make sure to speak with Zalina for the plan."

"Good Job. Make this an easy mission."

"Absolutely, just need Zalina to pull through."

"I'm proud of you Antonio," my father says on the other line.

"Thanks dad."
