Too good to be true, Carter is pushed by Bentley.

"Not in my house." He laughs before shifting into Ace.

Carter laughs, then shifts into his wolf.

Him and Carter begin to tussle around, but even in human form Bentley is still superior. Well he is the Alpha.
"Lucy, I thinks that's the last of their guards. I'm going to help Carter, run as fast as you can and grab the flag." Luca says.

I stare at him for a second.

"Lucy, you can do this!" He says squeezing my shoulders.

I nod, and then he jogs out.

"Oh Bentley!" He says in a sly voice.

I sit for a second debating if i should go or not.

Pro is if i actually get the flag, that would be lit.

Con, my feet still hurt and I can get brought to jail.

Ugh.

What do I do? I might poop my pants. I'm so nervous.

I breathe in, then out.

We can do this. Show them Lucy. Show them your the best.

Alright, I can do this.

I stand up and look to see everyone.

They are all laughing , wrestling around. Theres a clear path way to flag it's almost like there's a carpet for me to walk on.

I finally gain the courage to run across to the rocks but as soon as my feet hit the gravel I come to hault.

There in all her dumb glory is Romona sitting on the rock in front of the flag looking down at me, with a big grin.

I sigh.

"Change you mind?" She says jumping down from the rocks gracefully.

I just give her a glare.

She then folds her hands and takes a step away.

"Go get it." She says shrugging with a smirk.

"What's the catch?" I ask folding my arms aswell.

She raises her eyebrow and let's out a chuckle.

"Screw it." I shout then set off running to the rocks.

Right before I can I touch them I'm yanked back in my shirt falling on butt.

"You didnt think it would be that easy now did you Lucy?" She says evily.

"I was hoping your as dumb as you seem." I say brushing the dust off my leggings.

Romona growls at me.

"Did I say something wrong?" I ask playing dumb.

"I don't get it. How could you be mated to Bentley?" She says looking at me disgusted.

"The same reason I don't get how someone as pretty as you can be such a bitch." I say getting pissed by her presence.

"As you think I'm pretty?" She says sarcastic.

"Dont forget the bitch part." I smile.

"Youll regret that human." She smiles walking towards me.

"No you'll regret it mutt." I spit.

Romona laughs.as she starts to walk in a circle position, I follow in suit.

"Regret what?" She laughs.

"Talking to my husband, and underestimating me." I say.

Romona cackles closing then space between us.

"You don't deserve him as husband. You aren't strong enough to carry his pups. You're nothing but a weak, stupid human!" She yells in my face.

I don't know built inside me but next thing I know my fist connects with Romona's jaw.

Suddenly everything is quiet.

Everyone around us has stopped, and is looking at us.

Then a terrifying growl from Romona fills the air. She takes a step back, her eyes filled with darkness.

She then shifts into a lean black wolf. She bares her teeth and walks towards me.

"Romona stand down!" Maritza shouts.

Romona growls in return and keeps stalking towards me.

Me being the dumb person I am tries to run away  but the only way to go is up the rocks. So that's what I do.

I've never climbed so fast in my life, I hold on to the flag pole for balance. I turn to look down at Romona but instead I see my life flash before my eyes as I see Romona's wolf in mid air coming straight at me.

She knocks me right to ground.

I scream out as pain fills back and arm.

I try to get up, but i can tell my arm is broken by the way I landed and so are a few ribs.

Romona's wolf is getting up, I look to see if anyone is there to help me , but the pile of rocks looks more like a wall. Harder to to climb, I wonder how she jumped that height.

"Bentley!" I shout as Romona gets on top of me crushing my injured arm.

She cocks her head read to attack growling.

I sense she's about to end my life, I close my eyes talking in a deep breathe but instead feel the pressure from my arm released.

I hear a menacing growl.

I open my eyes to see Ace standing protecively in front of me.

Romona a few feet away from us gets up and growls and looks like she's about to ounce at Bentley when she is tackled by Anna's wolf.

She tried to get up but Anna growls making Romona lock in place.

"Lucy are you okay?" I hear Ashton shout as him and the others finally surface from the rocks.

They try to come near but Ace  growls at them.

I cough and a warm bitter substance fills my mouth.

Blood.

Ace whips around and whimpers looking down at me.

"My arm." I cry.

I then feel someone touching my arm and I jump from the pain.

"Your arm is dislocated and you hand is broken." I hear Luca's voice say.

My vision is coming in and out.

Ace then goes behind a tree, and returns as Bentley in a pair of jeans.

"Baby are you okay?" He asks worried grabbing my not broken hand.

I just cry in reponse.

"The pack ambulance will be here in two minutes." Maritza says.

"I mind linked Dana to tell her to stop the game." Greyson says.

"Good." Luca says kneeling down beside.

I just cry as I begin to feel weaker.

My eyes start to feel heavy,and begin to fall.

"Baby don't go to sleep. Help  is the way." Bentley says moving hair out of my face.

I nod, weakily.

My eye are almost closed when I hear sirens and lights start to flash.

"What happened?" I hear a male asks.

"She was pushed from the top of the rocks." Luca replies.

"Do i have permission to touch your mate?" The voice asks closer to me.

"Obviously." Bentley snaps.

"Hi Lucy, my names Chuck. Can you stay awake for me?" The voice asks.

"Yeah." I mumble trying open my eyes.

"Where does it hurt?" He asks.

"My arm and my sides." I say.

"I'm going to apply son pressure to those areas, it might hurt." He says.

Before I can reply pain shoots on my sides followed by my arm.

"Five broken ribs two in left, three on right. Arm dislocated and elbow shattered. " Chuck says.

His touch then leaves but then I hear a box opening.

"Can you guys hold her mate back?" Chuck asks.

With hesitation Luca, Greyson and Carter pick Bentley up and push him against a tree.

"Let go of me!" Bentley shouts.

"Lucy i need to relocate your arm. You will feel major pain for at least thirty seconds then it will numb." Chuck says.

I nod turning my head away from him, I look at Bentley who is struggling to get closer to me.

Chuck beings to count, when he hits three my eyes shut and I scream. I scream so loud the whole world probably heard me.

I just keep screaming until I can't feel my arm anymore.

My arms are then folded across my chest.

"Myself and Ruben will now place you on the stretcher to head to the hospital."

I can speak so I nod, then I feel my body being lifted slightly and placed onto a flat surface.

I'm rolled on the gravel then I hear Bentley yell my name.

He must have gotten free from the guys because he's now at the bottom of my stretcher.

"You may ride with us in the truck." Chuck says as I'm pushed into the back of the Ambulance.

The door shuts and it's me, Bentley and Ruben in the back, Chuck driving.

The truck goes in motion and I feel sick.

I roll to my in injured side and vomit on the floor.

Bentley rubs my back as I let it all out.

"Sorry." I cry rolling back.

"Suprisingly your not the only one who vomited in here." Ruben says trying to ease the situation.

"I'm now going to give you an iv, you'll feel a little pinch but nothing to bad." He says lifting up my sleeve.

I feel a quick pinch then look at Bentley who looks so worried.

"Everything is going to be okay." I say to him closing my eyes.

He lets out an uneasy, weak laugh, and wipes a tear from my cheek.

"Probably not the best time to say this but you still look beautiful." He says brushing my hair back.

"Probably not." I smile before unconsciousness takes over me.

You guys I know this took a while for me to update , but i literally rewrote this chapter like 3 times!
