Chapter 2: The new life of the Consrator
Due to an error earlier in the paper, it is advised that the reader read this document now, and do your best to ignore the last paragraph that was posted by my partner in this project. It is unlikely to happen again, and will more than likely be fixed.
Document 2: 480 BME
look, i don't think it matters at this point. the baby has been alive for two years, it doesn't make a difference anymore.
consrator that is incorect the laws do not change at time continues.
the laws of the land don't. but the laws of moral conduct, there comes a time where they become obsolete.
consrator if you are referring to the laws of medical conduct, they do not change. what you have done is illegal, and it will continue to be illegal.
that's all you care about. laws. you're an intelligent machine, more intelligent than anyone here. i can trust you can't i?
consrator it is impossible for me to indulge in conduct that would suggest the contrary.
see that's what i mean. you understand the truth. look let me tell you something. as consrator i'm getting nowhere being the consrator. i can't get close enough to that child. they are going to find something out, but they know i'm smart. they aren't going to just kill it, no they're going to do something to him. if they find out my plans they are going to ruin everything, and they would be subtle. they will teach him things he should know, give him food he shouldn't have, make him an unfit ruler. make him one of the phisically perfect, drooling druds they have had every generation. do you get what i am saying?
i comprehend your speech. if you are asking about my comprehension i must inform you i do not understand.
are you saying i'm not being clear enough!
consrator i am only saying that i do not understand.
you idiot. it means that my position as conservator is not enough. i need to be closer to the child. i need to be a caretaker.
consrator what you suggest is not possible
only for a few years. then a maid, then a harold. whatever position will bring me the closest to the child. i have to ensure his future.
consrator when you are appointed a general position it is appointed for life. you can not leave the position.
that's the thing. i already have. i hacked into the roster for next rotation that starts tomorrow. i am to be the personal caretaker of akfazan.
consrator that is not leagal.
you're not going to rat on me are you!
no.
good! you know i can have you offline in an hour. you know how important this it.
i know how important it is to you.
all that is important to me is what's important to the planet. i have everything worked out, just you wait. i have everything worked out exactly to plan.
If you refer to document 2, it is clear that The Consrator exhibits obsessive behavior, as well as showing many signs of paranoia. It appears as though he speaks to his computer as if using it for companionship, instead of purely official usage that is exhibited from other members of the royal and noble courts. After listening to the work of the others members of the royal and noble courts (which are available in the general archive attached to this work), he is seen as the only one telling secrets, taking the inquiries that the computer is programed to have on his work as personal threats on his person, and the only one that threatens the computer. Furthermore, it is likely that this is only possible through a few means implanted into the computer. The first is a possible code of ethics put into it by the court. This is either to hide confidential military plans and allow scientists the abilities to keep things from others for purposes such as the Consrator's, or the equally likely, the Consrator has programed the computer to bend to his whims so to speak. This would be an incredibly difficult task, however it has been rumoured that the Consrator had possessed computer skills advanced far beyond those of anyone else in the royal court or family.
can i say something!
No.
its really important!
I don't care.
its relevant to what youre talking about!
I am disinclined to believe that.
Hey, it's not your hour, He still has seven minutes,
how come you get to talk whenever you want but the groundling worthless piece of garbage and i have to take hour long turns!
Because I'm the only one that doesn't act like I'm three, Now it's not your turn, Stop talking,
i am the supreme ruler of
Hey calm down, or you'll lose talking privileges for the next hour,
fine!
I feel like I'm running a daycare, You can continue if you would like,
Thank you.
The Consrator had furthered himself more than anyone else in the royal family in the field of computer programing and algorithms, while there is evidence in the recordings however most of this comes from speculation and rumors. Therefore, it is impossible to completely connect this theory as being entirely true or entirely false.
this is ridiculous i can fix this if you would just let me!
No.
but
Look, if you want to clear it up when it's your turn you can, but right now it isn't,
nevermind! i guess you guys dont care about noninfidelic information anyway!
We only care about information that comes from someone that at the very least puts forth extended effort to further himself in his speech and literacy.
Hey, let it go,
How could I even begin to consider the possibility of letting go if you continue to allow this low lying infant to interrupt my talking. I'm beginning to wonder if someone should be making sure you do your job correctly as well.
Look, I get that you don't like the situation we're in now but we already decided it's the best one we could be in,
You have received a full education on our planet. I don't see any reason that you can't focus on our problems for much more than a few seconds. You are supposed to be the most intelligent being on this ship, and you can't even manage to concoct a few simple ideas that would fix the problem we are in.
I can think of a few reasons,
Don't even think about bringing up your pain again. We've all experienced pain, I've broken bones. I've had loss. We get over things, and the pain fades in our mind. If you didn't allow your artistic, touchy, immature ideals to get in the way you wouldn't even notice it right now.
It's not that simple, it would take so much more than that to
To what? Most people have no problem at all being able to let go of the past, and even what's happening now, why do you have so much trouble with it.
Fine, You win, If you want to lead this God Damned mission than go ahead, I'll have no part of it,
I understand your emotional grief, but I think this is the right thing for you. You aren't emotionally capable to taking on a task that requires the kind of emotional responsibility that this does. When you feel that you are prepared to return to this and that you have gained the maturity to continue with the project, feel free to do so. Until then I will continue without interruption.
Now that we have that out of the way, we continue to the subject of the former Consrator's mental health.
