A week later - Elly's POV

I wake up and for once in the past 2 and a half years, I feel refreshed.

"You were out." Konan says to me and I smile nervously and she sits next to me. "How are you feeling after that capture?" Konan asks me.

"Mentally, I still feel the tortures Ibiki used, but, physically I feel better, some training and stretching should loosen me out a bit." I say and she nods.

"Let's go spar then." Konan says to me and I nod.

I get changed into a spar outfit of mine and I head to a training field with her and we spar.

"For not moving much the past 3 years, your still in good shape." Konan says to me and I nod and duck her kick.

"Thanks." I say and I attempt to kick her but she turns into papers and my kick goes through her. "Not to shabby yourself considering your made of paper." I say to her.

After a while we stop sparring and head back to her place and I put my cloak back on and Konan hugs me.

"I'm so glad your ok." Konan says to me and I hug her back.

"Yeah, I'm glad you came for me." I say to her and she nods and we sense Madara.

"You not strong enough to fight him, you should leave, I'll use your teleporting seal again when its over." Konan says to me and I look at her.

"Konan, you better come out of this alive." I say as I grab my bag and I put my cross necklace on.

"I will, don't worry." Konan says to me and I nod and teleport to a forest and I seal my cloak into a scroll and I put it away.

"Elly?"

"Shit sticks." I say and I turn around to look at Kakashi, Naruto and Yamato. "Triple shit sticks." I say and Naruto looks at me.

"She's good." Naruto says to them.

"No she isn't Naruto." Kakashi says to him.

Naruto looks at me. "She's good Sensei." Naruto says to him.

"Naruto, they don't believe your words because of what I did, remember, I have no future because to them, I'm a criminal, and everyone else in the villages think the same way. They're ninja who have battled against criminals like me, they don't trust us easily because they know that we can lie easily. I know how they think because that's all the Stone was, battle ninja, they don't think, they attack first, ask questions later, Kakashi over there is on edge, ready to kill me if I even move, Yamato is ready to restrain me for him." I say to Naruto. "So don't stand up for me or you'll get in trouble, ninja like them will think your siding with a criminal and kill you along with me. Its just how they are, how they were bred and raised." I say to him and I move to take a step back and leave, but Yamato uses wood to try and restrain me, but I dodge.

"Captain-"

"Naruto, don't, I said no. Let them believe what they want, and that is currently, I'm a criminal." I say and Naruto frowns at me.

I pull out my cloak and I show it to them.

"You don't need to worry about me anymore." I say as I seal the cloak in a scroll. "What you do have to worry about, is Madara, I can prove to you all I want that I'm not on his side, but its a waste of time. You won't believe me anyways. I'm not gonna waste my breath." I say and Kakashi looks at me, and I can see that he wants what I say, to be true.

"She's just gonna screw us over if we get in a tight spot with the rest of her pals." Kakashi says to him and I flinch and he notices.

"Sorry, but, they're all gone, Nagato, the leader, dead, Hidan, dead, Kakuzu, dead, Itachi, Sasori, Deidara, dead, I have no idea where Kisame is and Konan is back in the Hidden Rain finishing up her business there and she decided to believe in Naruto after Nagato's death, he resembles her childhood friend and wants peace as well, all that's left is Madara and Zetsu, and I hate them, Madara wasn't an original member and Zetsu eats people." I say and I sigh and close my eyes. "The organization I joined, that's not them anymore, before Madara joined, we were trying to achieve some peace for ourselves, we just wanted peace, Hidan wanted people to revert to Jashin, Kakuzu wanted to be wealthy even though he was a greedy son of a bitch, Itachi wanted nothing more than to have his kid life back before he was being a double agent for the village and then forced to kill the Uchiha so that the Hokage could live and the Uchiha wouldn't take over, I just wanted to say sorry to her and then die, but she wouldn't take me seriously, I don't want forgiveness, in fact I don't want a future. Everyone in the Akatsuki had their wishes, and we all wanted our own space where we could do anything." I say and I open my eyes again to look at them. "If your gonna kill me, just do it, I don't care, but I'm not going back into that hole again." I say and Kakashi looks at me shocked along with Yamato. "Us Akatsuki, we had human hearts, Deidara just wanted to show his art to everyone, Sasori wanted to make puppets, Nagato wanted peace and so did Konan, I follow orders from them, Nagato is dead, so I follow Konan's orders, and she hasn't given me any and instead told me to leave the place for my own protection against Madara, since, for one, I'm physically weak, for two, I haven't the slightest chance against him." I say to them and they look at me shocked.

"I don't think she's lying Senpai." Yamato says to Kakashi.

Kakashi looks at me. "She's a criminal, she's an expert at lying." Kakashi says to them.

"Yeah, I don't expect you guys to believe me. You wanted to know about the Akatsuki? Well that's as much as your gonna get, I have no clue what has happened over the past 2 and a half years since I was locked in Konoha's basement." I say and Kakashi rolls his eye.

"Yeah right." Kakashi says and pins me to a tree and I groan quietly. "You know more than what your saying." He says to me and I look at him.

"Kakashi-Sensei, stop it." Naruto says to him.

"She's weak Senpai." Yamato says to him.

"She has to talk." Kakashi says to them and pushes me against the tree harder.

"Look, I don't know what you'll gain by doing this. I don't have any recent information other than Madara is controlling the scene." I say and he looks me in the eye as he pushes me farther against the tree and I whimper slightly and that shocks him.

"She's not in good shape Senpai, she's weak because she hasn't trained or eaten properly and she's gonna dozens of scars from T&I." Yamato says to him and I manage a dry laugh.

"A criminal must be punished right? That's all you guys believe, criminals can't change and good guys are good guys, well sometimes the criminal, is the good guy. Try Danzo, your blinded by the fact that he's in charge now right? He's the one who ordered Itachi to kill the Uchiha, he's the one who made Nagato kill Yahiko, he's the one, who turned all the people who were supposed to be good, bad." I say and Kakashi looks at me shocked. "Orochimaru, pawn, Itachi, an unfortunate pawn, Kakashi, pawn, Nagato, pawn, me, pawn, I could go on, and on, and on, and no one would believe me that it was Danzo who made the Akatsuki what we are. Criminals, as you all say." I say and he looks at me, still shocked before its replaced with anger and I start getting dizzy with how many times he's shoved me against the damn tree behind me.

"Your wrong, I wasn't used and Orochimaru went rouge of his own will." Kakashi says to me.

"Senpai, stop." Yamato says to him.

I take a deep breath in and a start glowing green, healing myself and that shocks everyone. "Why do you think Orochimaru went rouge? Hmm? Because his parents died because of Danzo." I say and I push Kakashi off me. "Look, I don't want to get violent, it isn't going to help anyone." I say and the green glowing stops and Kakashi looks at me with forced hardened eyes and I frown with a sad look. "Konan hasn't used my teleporting seal to let me know its fine to come back, Madara must have gotten her as well." I say and Naruto looks at me shocked. I grab my bag and I look at them. "Adios, I'm gonna head off now, it was nice talking to you, even though I was against a tree most of the time." I say and teleport to the next town over and stop in a restaurant and Kisame is there. "Really?" I ask and he looks at me shocked.

"You look, like crap." He says with a smirk.

I roll my eyes and sit down. "Yeah, I know, did you know there were over a hundred different torture techniques?" I ask him and he raises an eyebrow with a smirk.

"Where the hell have you been?" Kisame asks me.

"In a hole, under Konoha, being interrogated and tortured and chained and all that jazz." I say and he looks at me.

"You don't have a scratch on you." Kisame says to me.

"Yeah, Medical Nin-Jutsu, did you forget I could use that?" I ask him and I take his fries. "Starvation, one of the torture techniques." I say and he rolls his eyes amused. "I'd say that went on for about a month along with sleep deprivation that was on and off every other month or so. The drip technique where they drop one drop of water on your forehead, over and over again, every couple minutes." I say to him.

"I could have dealt with that." Kisame says to me.

"Not if you were dehydrated, starving and sleepless, when your about to fall asleep, the drop hits you and keeps you awake." I say and he just rolls his eyes.

"I could do it." Kisame says to me.

"You should try it sometime, I'll help." I say and I finish off his fries. "What has been going on lately? Konan told me nothing." I ask him.

"So you met them already?" He asks me.

"More or less, for like 20 minutes with Nagato, who then used his rebirth spell and killed himself while bringing everyone in the Leaf back from the dead. I slept for a week straight at Konan's place after she dyed my hair blue, Madara appeared and Konan told me to get away, and the reason being is because if he saw me, he would have killed me instantly." I say and Kisame nods.

"So Konan is." Kisame says to me.

"She hasn't used my teleporting seal to tell me to come back, and its been a while now, so I can only assume." I say to him and Kisame nods.

"Just the two of us then and I was sent on a mission from Madara to get the Eight Tails." Kisame says to me. "I could bring you back." He says to me with a smirk.

"One way ticket to hell, I'm not rushing myself yet, whatever is gonna happen next will send me there quickly." I say and he smirks.

"Both going to hell, might as well enjoy the little time we have left." Kisame says to me and he explains everything that's been happening

"Got it. Well, you do what you were gonna do, I'll get killed by the Raikage for sure." I say and he smirks as he pays his bill.

"See ya if I come back alive." Kisame says to me.

I salute him with my fingers and he leaves.

I order a lot of food and the waitress looks at me shocked and about a half hour later my food comes out and I eat quickly, all of it.

Once I'm done I cringe at the bill, but I pay it with the money I pick pocketed from Kakashi and I head out of there.

I head into the forest and I start training and after a while Madara appears before me and I jump back.

"Elly, your back from the dead practically. You look better than you did after you left Konoha for the second time." Madara says to me.

I grab my bag as I look at him. "Its amazing what food and training can do. You here to kill me? Like you did to Konan?" I ask him.

"She died trying to kill me." Madara says to me. "And yes, I suppose so if you are against me like the great nations." Madara says to me.

"Why would I take orders form a lollipop loser? I take orders from Nagato and Konan, now that they are gone, I have no leader." I say and he appears behind me and in an instant, I'm in the land of Iron because of my teleporting Jutsu and I Nelly get beheaded by the Raikage. "Ah! Truce!" I say loud enough for him to hear and he stops right in front of me. I release a breath of relief. "Alright, this was unintentional. I was getting away from Madara." I say and the two guys behind Lord Raikage look at me.

"Elly Senju, member of the Akatsuki." The blonde says getting on edge.

"Former member of the Akatsuki, besides, why do I have a reason to stay with them when the only reason I stayed with them was because they were good in the beginning before Madara took over and I was captured and all my friends were killed." I say and the Raikage growls. "So much for escaping death only to lead to another." I say with a sweat drop and I duck quickly as he tries decapitating me.

"All the Akatsuki need to die! Former or not." Raikage says to me.

I hold my hands up in front of me. "Yeah, the originals are dead. My friends are dead damn it, so get that through you thick skull and listen to when people talk. You village ninja are arrogant so get off your high horse and stop Madara. I'll help out where I can. Now, I have to finish getting back up to full strength since yeah, I'm not finishing that sentence, again for the 5th time this week." I say and I teleport around, training.

I then stop at an inn. I place a hand on my tattoo and I put my warding up to make my chakra hide so Madara can't track me.

I head inside and I get a room and I sit against a wall.
