Ta-da.

We have officially come to the end of "The Air We Breathe, The Love We Share."

It's sooo exciting!

Yay!

*throws confetti everywhere*

Thank you all sooo much for reading this story and voting and commenting and being so encouraging and supportive. I really appreciate it and I love all of you to bits.

Thank you!

I feel like I have to apologise for a few things though. This story is extremely cliche and gets so cheesy towards the end. I did give a few warnings beforehand about the unrealistic plot of this book so I hope none of you guys minded that.

Apart from all the Russian assassin / rescue-and-kiss stuff that I put in *chuckles nervously* I'm quite proud of this book and really enjoyed writing it.

Once again, thank you all for your support. I really, really appreciate it.

So, before I go, I decided to put together a little Q&A just for fun and if you'd like to participate, please do so. I love receiving feedback from my readers as it helps me to become a better writer.

*heaves a deep breath* here we go -

1. On a scale of 1-10, how relatable was Jo's character?

Author's Answer: For me, Jo is one of the most relatable characters I have ever written. She loves the beach and hanging out with her friends. She hasn't got a great taste in modern style but she laughs at herself all the time. She is socially awkward and is such a dork around the boy she likes. While she doesn't like school or most of the people that go there, she excels in other sporty activities. She is, basically, 99% me.

2. Do you agree with Jo's decision when it came to lying to Camden about her family?

Author's Answer: Hmm. This is a hard one. I understand both sides to the story. Camden hates the Marsden family because of what happened to his mother as a little boy and Jo didn't want to push Camden away by revealing herself to be the daughter of the wealthiest business-man in Hawaii. To be honest, I can't really say 'yes-or-no' to this question. It's just too complicated.

3. Who was your favourite character (apart from Jo or Camden)?

Author's Answer: Ah! That's easy! I LOVE Spencer! When I first plotted out her character, I could see an easy-breezy sassy city chick who was funny and really friendly. Sometimes, as I was writing her famous catch-lines, I had a good laugh. She's so cute and loyal and protective - the bestest best friend anyone could ask for!

4. Did you feel even the tiniest bit sorry for Andrea / Sabrina when she died?

Author's Answer: To be honest, as I was working on her backstory, I felt a twinge of sympathy for her and what she had to walk through. It'd be really scary. I don't know if I could do what she did and survive. But, when she was taking the knives out of the bag, I snapped out of it and realised that, even still, she didn't have to go around killing people. I didn't feel sorry for her when she died. I felt relieved.

5. What is your favourite thing about Camden?

Author's Answer: Mm. Crap. Just one thing? This is hard. Well...I love how caring he is. Even though he struggles to show it sometimes, he has a big heart and he cares for people like Daisy and Jo and Spencer. It's beautiful to see how he acts this out everyday. I wish I could be with a real-life Cam!

6. What would be the place of your choice for a holiday?

Author's Answer: Hawaii is definitely high on the list but I would also like to see New Zealand and Italy. It's a really hard choice between those three but I think I'd have to go with Hawaii (hence the reason the book is semi-set in that location).

7. Have you tried a unique Australian food and, if so, what was it?

Author's Answer: Well...ahem...I live in Australia so yeah, I eat Australian food all the time. That question was more for my readers to respond too as most live in the USA and other parts of the world. But, if I had to give an answer for that, it'd be honey, jam and cheese sandwiches (which are a novelty for Aussie kids btw) or Weet-bix (a very Australian breakfast) or Vegemite.

8. Why did you decide to make your main character an Australian?

Author's Answer: You could look at any book out there and eight out of ten times you'll find that the characters are American. I don't have anything against that at all but I wanted to do something a bit different with my story and, being a proud Australian, I thought, "Why not?"

9. Did the story run smoothly and where plot-holes and dead-ends avoided?

Author's Answer: Again, this is more a question for my audience. I have tried, to the best of my ability, to avoid plot-holes and dead-ends and similar issues because I know how annoying it is to read a story, that could've had potential, and find that it is choppy and doesn't make any sense whatsoever. I don't want my readers to look at this story and think the same thing so I'm searching for an honest answer with this one.

10. Would anyone like a sequel to be in the runnings?

Author's Answer: Ahaha *laughs awkwardly* well, it could be a possibility but there isn't much else to write about, to be honest. I tied up all the loose ends and finished with a cheesy ending (a no cliff-hanger zone here). Unless I think up a completely new plot, there isn't much chance that I'll make a series out of this story. To be honest, I'd prefer this book to be a standalone. But everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

Well, that's it peeps.

This is officially the end.

Thank you so much for stopping by and reading this story. It means the world to me. Again, thanks for the support and encouragement. Whenever one of my books gets a high jump in reads or votes I get so damn excited and inspired to write more. So, thank you all for contributing to that!

Thank you (that was from Jo, by the way).

Okay.

I have to run.

So long. Farewell.
