~Sirius POV~

"Sunshine, can you stop?"

Silence.

"Jade?" I turned around to find my sunshine in a pool of her own sweat and mumbling to herself. I tried to shake her awake but she didn't budge. "Jade, it's only a dream. It's all a dream."

"Don't take them from me. Please. Take me." I heard Jade mumble and I continued to shake her awake. "Not my boys, please. Not my boys."

"Sunshine please wake up." I said on the verge of tears.

"James do you have any idea what she's dreaming?"

"Nope but judging from what she's mumbling, it can't be good. Sirius is gonna have a hard time waking her up."

"Why?"

"Her nightmares are always really bad. Usually, I just wait until she starts moving and then I start to shake her awake. But then again, she's not screaming like she always does."

"So what? We're supposed to sit here and watch Sirius' heart break because he can't wake her up?"

"I'm dead, not a magician. I can't enter her dream and force her to wake up. But I think I can drop Padfoot some hints."

"Do it! He's crying!"

"Oi, Pads! Lay her face up and shake her. That always works, I think."

"YOU THINK!?"

"Yes. If that doesn't work then I dunno. Just keep shaking her gently. She'll wake up."

"Jade please. It's just a dream sunshine. No one is taking your boys. Remus and I are right here." I cried still shaking her. Her nightmares never got this bad before.

Suddenly, Jade screamed and woke up a shaking mess.

"Sirius?"

"I'm right here, sunshine. I'm right here." I wrapped my arms around her and she started to cry. "It's okay. No one's gonna take your boys."

"Where's Moony? I want Moony." She sobbed.

"You want me to get Moony?" I asked and she nodded. "I'll be right back, okay? I pro-"

"No more promises. I can't take any more." She cried and I nodded.

I walked down the hall to the room where Remus and Solis were sleeping.

"Moons? Wake up. It's urgent." I whispered.

"Is Voldemort here?"

"No."

"Bellatrix?"

"No."

"Jade killed somebody again?"

"Merlin's ballsack, Remus. No she didn't, you fucking dumbass."

"Then it's not urgent." Remus mumbled and I rolled my eyes.

"It's Vixen. She had another nightmare." Remus sat up and looked at me wide-eyed.

"Okay, that's very urgent. You should've started with that." He stood up and I rolled my eyes.

"You didn't let me finish my sentence." I mumbled and he glared at me. We walked back to my and Jade's room to find her a crying mess on the bed. "Sunshine? Moony's here."

"How bad was it, Little Vixen?" Remus asked sitting down next to her.

"Y-you two w-were- it was bad." She sobbed and I sat down pulling her into a hug.

"You don't have to tell us if you don't want to, Vixen. It's okay." Remus assured her and played with her hair. "How often?"

"Seventh one this month, third this week." I said pulling Jade onto my lap.

"Shes about to have a panic attack. She can't stop shaking, look." Remus said moving closer to her. "Vix? I'm gonna need you to take deep breaths okay? Think you can do that?"

"I-it hurts, Moony. Make it stop." She sobbed and I fought the tears that were forming in my eyes again. "Siri, make it stop."

"Sunshine, just focus on my breathing okay? Just focus on me for a minute. Then the pain will stop. But I need you to focus on my breathing okay?" She nodded shakily and tried to imitate my breathing. "That's it, sunshine. That's my girl."

"Gently ease her back to reality. She's shaking less now, which is good." Remus ordered and I nodded. "Also, give me that glass and her wand. She's gonna want some water. She'll be on edge for a few hours but a Dreamless Sleep with some chamomile tea should help her just fine."

"How do you know all this?"

"Twelve years living together will teach you things. She used to get really bad nightmares the first few years, to the point of her having an anxiety attack while sleeping. Not a fun experience." Remus shrugged and handed her some water. "You feeling better, little Vix?"

"I think. Sorry for waking you up, Moony." She mumbled and I wiped her tears.

"You know that I don't care about that, Vix. It's you we're talking about. Want me to go get the Draught? I think Fleur's still awake with Bill and Charlie so I can ask them to make some tea. That okay with you?" She nodded and Remus kissed her forehead before leaving.

"Sorry." She mumbled and I laughed. "What?"

"Only you would be saying sorry for having a nightmare. I should be the one apologizing for not waking you up sooner, but you kinda didn't cooperate with me on that." I shrugged and kissed her.

"I tried to wake up but couldn't. I couldn't take it. Seeing you and Moons like that." She started to cry again and I rocked us back and forth trying to calm her down.

"You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to, sunshine. We'll understand."

"Bella and Greyback killed you both. Regulus was there too, same with Prongs but they were dead. They were taking their sweet time with the two of you. I tried to save the both of you but I was too late. The second I moved, you two were dead. They were going after Marls and Reggie when I woke up." She said wiping her tears and my heart clenched. "Seeing Prongs dead again was too much and seeing the life leave the both of you was the icing on the cake. I can't take it. I can't have my family taken from me again. I won't let it."

"We're not gonna let it happen, sunshine. Remus and I are here to stay." I assured her and she started sobbing. "Now what?"

"Bam Bam used to say that to me after a nightmare. And he left me alone. My soulmate left me alone." She sobbed and I looked to the ceiling crying too. "I want my Bam Bam back. I want him to tell me everything's okay. It hurts."

Tell me what to do, Prongs. She's broken and I don't know what to do. Tell me how to fix my sunshine again.

"I wish I could, Pads. I wish I could wipe her tears again. Just be there for her, please."

"Auntie? Remus told us you had a nightmare again. We brought you some tea." Charlie knocked on the door and entered followed by Bill and Fleur.

"You three were already awake?" I asked and they nodded.

"I couldn't sleep, same with Fleur. And Bill went to check up on George and then joined us." Charlie shrugged and sat down on the floor and handed Jade a mug. "How bad was it?"

"Really bad, I assume." Solis yawned walking inside. "Rem was searching for the Dreamless Sleep and woke me up. Luckily, I always carry a few for situations like this."

Solis handed me the vial and I nodded in thanks.

"Moony? Where's Moony?" She mumbled.

"Here, Little Vixen." Remus said walking in and sitting down next to her. "Take the potion, Vix. You need to sleep. We'll be right here when you wake up."

She nodded taking the potion and drank the tea. After about fifteen minutes of her crying, she finally fell asleep and we all sighed in relief.

"She should be out for a few hours at most. What happened?" Solis asked.

"She dreamt that Greyback and Bella killed us, Moony. Prongs and Reg's dead bodies were there too. It was too much for her." I whispered and gently laid her down on the bed and kissed her forehead.

"Her mind is betraying her. She's hellbent in getting revenge." Fleur said looking at Jade.

"Did she mention James?" Bill asked and I nodded. "Then it must've been pretty bad."

"She always does that when she has a nightmare, Sirius. Prongs was the only one capable of calming her down in an instant. Whatever we do won't compare to the tranquility she felt with James. I learned that the hard way." Remus said kissing her forehead. "For now, we let her sleep. She'll be okay. Vixen just needs to sleep."

"It broke my heart, Moony. Her calling for James and me not knowing what to do. It broke me." I mumbled wiping my tears.

"It broke me too, Padfoot. Thank you for being there when I couldn't. And thank you Moony for saving her from herself."
