His lack of weapons he makes up for in armor. His armor is thick but his lack of weapons means he can be easily captured if he doesn't have support. He joins the axis but spends a lot of time in the sakura empire when he is ordered to be there by nagato it becomes his personal station and nagato makes him her body guard. Roon disapproves of this but is busy with other stuff to care much. The sakura empire girls make fun of him all the time every single one except nagato, mutsu, and kaga.
