SCP Foundation

It was a normal day at the Foundation, well as normal as it can be for them, considering all the weird stuff that goes on there. SCP-049 was happily working on trying to cure the Pestilence, having been given a new live test subject, a human female, that had been sick with a cold, agreeing to the new rule that he can no longer zombify people. He gave her a various mix of different herbs in a potion he'd created, figuring he'd start by curing the Common Cold. He waited for the young woman to drink it, then had her lie down on the bed for a while. The scientists of course watched in case she died from poisoning or if she turned into something other than a human. Even the narrator guy from SCP Explained watched.

After a while they got bored, all yawning tiredly since they were used to a lot of excitement, but since nothing happened, they decided to shut off the cameras watching the cell of the old Plague Doctor. Just then a portal appeared, and out stepped a cute young girl with blonde hair and blue eyes, holding a wand in one hand of sorts and a pair of scissors in the other. A boy wearing a red hoodie also stepped out, having went with her to keep her out of trouble, doing several different karate moves in case they were attacked, chopping the air with his hands. "Hi-ya!" He shouted, as the girl giggled. "Oh Marco! There's nothing dangerous here!" She assured him, not realizing they were being watched by the man in black robes, plus the security cameras.

"But Star! Remember what happened with Ludo?" Marco reminded her. "And with Eclipsa's daughter?" "We kicked their butts!" Star cheered. "And I kicked Toffee's butt, too!" "Yeah but what if something like that happens here? I need to protect you or your parents will be pretty mad if I don't!" Marco told her. "Uh, no offense, but I can take care of myself. I don't need you to protect me," Star reminded him. Marco deflated quickly like a balloon that had all the air let out of it, a sad look on his face. "Aw, but I want to protect you," he said, feeling disappointed. He knew she'd be just fine, and her parents trusted her to do the right thing, but he just wanted to feel useful.

Sure, Star was the one that opened the portal with her interdimensional scissors, grabbed his arm, and dragged him with her on yet another adventure, not that he minded. He loved her, and she loved him. They were boyfriend/girlfriend. But this place was creepy, and as he looked around the room, he saw a security camera with a red flashing light, he felt even more uneasy. Where were they? Why was there a camera watching them? And who, now that he turned his head to see, was the person in the black robes and beaked porcelain mask? He had so many questions, but didn't have time to ask them as a loud sounding alarm started blaring, causing him and Star both to cover their ears, waking up the patient on the bed. Whatever 049 had given them had turned them into a zombie anyway, as they sat up quickly, grabbing the two teens, holding them hostage.
