Bio: The gaur (Bos gaurus), also known as the Indian bison, is a bovine native to South Asia and Southeast Asia. Their ancestors were brought to Sigmonia around several thousands of years ago and managed to survive in their new home. They are now found throughout the lowlands, jungles, savannas, shrublands, prairies, highlands, mountainous plateaus, temperate forests, alpine meadows, scrublands, tropical grasslands, river valleys, steppes, alpine grasslands, moorlands, boreal birch forests, bamboo forests, pine forests, wetlands, redwood forests, temperate woodlands, temperate rainforests and marshlands of Sigmonia. They are one of the most largest bovids that ever lived in Sigmonia. Gaurs are known to be aggressive and fight off predators with their large horns in order to protect their herds at all costs.
