Bridgette's POV...
I tap a pencil against my lips as my imagination started to conjure images of dresses. A client--Mr. Ricardo, a retired elderly man who came twice a week to Master's Dojo--had requested a pretty new dress for his granddaughter, Emillia. She is a beautiful lady with serene turquoise-hues and long strawberry-blonde locks (though it's more blonde than strawberry). I've met her a few times when I was really little. I wouldn't say we're best friends or anything, but we are close.
I always mused how she looked in photos--like a painted portrait of someone in the past. She didn't like having her photo taken, nor did she smiled a lot--which is the reason she looks like people from the past. But when she did it was lovely. Her gentle features light up and her eyes glimmer. This dress is for her birthday(party) so I plan to make her the prettiest dress I can! I remember she likes floral motifs and her top three favourite colours are green, white, and red--in that order. Well, I hope that hasn't changed.
"Ahha!" I exclaim. I just got the best idea! I quickly start to sketch the picture in my mind. Then started to put in the details. Finally, taking a few coloured pencils, I do some more touch-ups. I hold the drawing up, examining to see whether the colour schemes match. It did.
I smile happily. Now, I just gotta get all the materials. Hmm, wonder what fabric I should use? Satin? Silk? Or maybe cotton? So many choices, so little time. I take the drawing and attach it to a pinboard. "Bridgette!" A voice calls out. I turn to see my uncle slowly climbing up the stairs. It's not because he's tired or something; he just doesn't like to rush. "Yes, Master?" I reply, standing up. He glances at the drawing I made for a short moment, before looking at me with calm, wise grey eyes. "If you're already finished with your work, would you please help me in the cafe?" He asks.
I smile, nodding. When we first arrived here, I was surprised to know that it used to be an old, quaint but slightly broken-down cafe. Uncle decides to restore it, buying materials and fixing it himself--which explains why I didn't see him like, a week or so before moving here. He did a really good job! There are two or three bookshelves, simple but elegant furniture, and a few Chinese elements. The cafe still needs to be tidied up a bit and stocked though.
My uncle smiles gratefully. As I follow him, I ask, "When can we open?" Uncle closes his eyes for a moment before opening them. "Tomorrow or maybe tonight," he replies, ending with a light chuckle. I just nod. As we walk downstairs, I internally giggle at my uncle's decor. He had always favoured a minimalist style--with the exception of a few antiques. Uncle's also very traditional, following the old Chinese customs. That said, he isn't opposed to modern stuff or anything tech.
The top floor had only three rooms; mine, a bathroom, and a room where I could design my clothes--the one I was just in. Downstairs had 3 rooms--but 4 doors. There was a rather large kitchen, a training room, uncle's room--which probably has a bathroom connected to it--and the fourth door led to the cafe.
Uncle already hired some employees, but they'll be coming tomorrow of course. I'll be in charge of cooking. Designing will always be my main love, but cooking comes to a close second. I used to cook a lot with dad--he taught me a lot of recipes. I can also bake a little but nothing too fancy.
As uncle pushes open the door, I smile. 'I can't wait for tomorrow!' I think. Tomorrow is my first day going to school--I can't wait! Huh, I wonder what's everyone like? I hope I can make lots of friends...

Felix's POV...
(Since Adrien is a pianist, I decided Felix will be a violinist)
I close my eyes as I start playing my violin. It was specially made--the white wood hand-carved with black flowers adorning it. The patterns weren't so over the top that it was annoying nor so little to the point I'd wonder what's the use of them; the pattern was just enough. "Hey, Fé! Can we come in?" A cheerful voice greets--too cheery to be Plagg and the fact that it came from outside my room. I pause my training before reluctantly sighing. "Sure." My doors are pushed open wide as two people came in; more specifically, my two childhood friends (and yes, I do have friends. Thank you very much!).
"Hi, Felix. I hope we're not intruding?" One of my friends ask. Her name's Allegra Bourgeois, daughter of the mayor of Paris. I first met her when my family was invited to watch her perform live. She could play three instruments; the piano, flute, and harp (I envy her, occasionally). Although she is very talented at piano, she says she prefers playing the flute. She also likes classical music--just like me and dad. She has long honey blonde hair styled into a braid (A/N, like Elsa's braid but neater and longer) with hazel eyes. She's one of the few people father approves of. "No," I shake my head. Allegra lets out a relieved breath. She's always been considerate of others--if a bit shy.
"Great! How about you take a break? Then we'll all practice together!" My other friend exclaims. His name's Luka Couffaine. Unlike...well, basically everyone I know, Luka likes rock--even his favourite musician is the famous rock legend, Jagged Stone. I met him (Luka) a year or two after Allegra. It was mostly by accident but--though I'll never admit it, aloud--I am thankful for the encounter. Luka taught me some of the more 'modern' songs, like pop and rock. He also taught me how to play the bass--though I'm still a novice compared to him. Mother had approved of him--saying that Luka is a good influence. I neither agree nor deny the statement.
"Very well. Would you two like some refreshments?" I ask, trying to sound casual. I'm...not used to being 'casual', but being around the two people I trust most--helps. Before either of them could reply, a loud noise interrupts--more accurately, a loud and annoying meow interrupts. All three of us turn and immediately spot a black cat, lazily staring at us with its jade green eyes--Plagg. "Ah, Plagg! How are ya boy?" Luka exclaims, walking over to the black creature. He gently starts stroking--which causes Plagg to start purring.
Well, one thing I'm thankful for, is Plagg's ability to change forms--limited as it is. He can only turn into his kwami form and a normal-looking tomcat. He could just stay his kwami self and hide in my pocket, but turning into a cat simplifies some problems. Besides, I love cats--and though it pains me to admit, he is an irritatingly adorable feline...
Don't quote me on that. EVER.
"Well, someone's happy." Allegra quips, giggling at Plagg's antics. The girl takes a seat on one of the nearby sofas, silently taking out her harp and flute. I purse my lips for a moment before taking a pitcher and filling three glasses with water. "Hmm, we should get to practice," I announce, glancing at Luka who was crouched in front of Plagg. Allegra looks grateful that she isn't going to be practicing alone, Luka looks excited that we'll all be playing together, and Plagg looks disappointed that he's no longer being stroked. Luka stood up and flops unceremoniously down on the couch opposite Allegra.
Likewise, I take my place beside Couffaine. "Which instrument will you be playing?" I question, gesturing to the two instruments in her lap. "I...I'm not sure," she replies meekly. Luka suddenly claps his hands loudly, startling both me and Allegra. "The flute! You rarely play it, so you should take this opportunity to practice more!" Luka exclaims brightly. "I-I guess so...," the blonde girl mumbles. "Well, let's get on with it," I say. The two nod. I and Luka patiently wait for Allegra to keep her harp, before all three of us start playing our respective instruments. Despite the widely different instruments and melodies, our tunes mash beautifully into a lovely symphony only the three of us were capable of making.
8.05 p.m...
I let out a sigh as I absent-mindedly push the fish on my plate. It wasn't like the fish was unappetizing--on the contrary, it looks delicious. My eyes slowly look up to the head of the table; empty as usual. "Mreoow!" Plagg lets out a loud sound. He was seated on the chair beside me; father had surprisingly allowed this--and honestly? I don't really care to find out why. "If you want this fish, then no. You already got your's," I tell the greedy cat. Plagg huffs, and gracefully leaps off the chair. With all the swagger he has and a flick of his tail, he cat-walks away--to my room.
"Natalie," I say aloud. "Yes?" The solemn woman immediately appears by my side. "Will father be joining me for dinner?" I ask, glancing at the empty chair once more. "I'm sorry Felix. Mr. Agreste is unable to attend dinner tonight. He's busy working on his new line," comes the reply, as always. I sigh, pushing my plate away. Standing up, I turn to Natalie. "I'll be heading out." The woman's stoic demeanor breaks for a moment as her eyes widen with surprise, but she quickly composes herself. "Very well. I will notify the dr--," I quickly put up my hand. "No need. I will go unescorted, thank you." I explain.
Natalie's eyes soften with worry. I sigh. "I'll be fine. I can take care of myself--and I have a guard-cat to protect me." Natalie cracks a tiny smile. She knows how protective Plagg (the Cat) is of me. Huh, I guess that's why father allowed me to have him as a pet. "Plagg!" I proclaim. The black feline slowly struts towards me. I scoop him up into my arms and head out. Then, I pause for a second. "Natalie, have you and father ate? And will you be working overtime?" I question. The woman raises a confused brow. "No, not yet. And yes." She answers calmly. I just nod. "Oh, and Felix. If you really do wish to walk unescorted, I suggest you change," Natalie adds, gesturing to my clothes.
I nod again in agreement. I guess that's true; I don't want people recognising me and ruining my night. Well, time for a change of wardrobe--and then scenery.

Bridgette's POV...
After half an hour or so...
Done! I look around the cafe with a wide grin. Clean as a whistle! Absolutely spotless! And...any other phrase which means clean! I jump up excitedly, squealing. I did it! And it only took...uhh, what time is it? I glance at the clock. It was 8.40 p.m.! Wow, I took roughly an hour and a half to clean this place up--granted, I did take breaks but still. That's a long time. And here I thought I was the Queen of Clean. I let out a disappointed breath.
Suddenly, I hear a knock at the door. I spin on my heels quickly. That's when I spot a figure in dark attire patiently waiting outside. I hesitantly walk towards them. "Are you open?" They ask once I was in hearing range. Their voice is rather muffled. Oh, that's why! They're wearing a mask...and sunglasses? At night?
I shake my head quickly. "Uh, sorry about that. And no, we--," I start but suddenly his (I'm finally close enough to see, and hear) stomach interrupts. The boy quickly looks away, embarrassed. I couldn't see his face behind the mask and all, but even I can tell that he's blushing.
I smile softly. "Come in." I unlock the door and open it for him. He nods in gratitude and hurriedly takes a seat, still not looking me in the eye. How cute. I skip over to the counter and grab a menu, before going to the masked person's table and giving it to him. "Are pets allowed?" He asks, gesturing to chair the chair opposite of him. There was a black cat happily sitting on the chair, studying me curiously. "Oh, hi there~," I coo to the black furball. "Can I pet it?" I ask. The guy gives a half-shrug. "Ask him," he gestures to his furry companion.
I blink. "Umm, can I pet you?" I ask again, awkwardly, to the cat. It--he meows...in approval maybe? I slowly reach out my hand and give him three soft pets. Oh, he really did sa--err, meow yes! And his fur is so soft; and pretty too!
"I'd like to order now." I quickly stood up straight, ready to jot down his order. "Omelette Au Fromage and a cup of espresso, no milk, no sugar." I quickly write down the order. Suddenly, the black cat lets out a loud and angry meow. The boy groans. "Ugh, fine! Decaf," he adds. Well, it is almost night; and it isn't advisable to drink caffeine so late. "And, what would you like, sir?" I ask, looking at the feline. He tilts his head curiously. Then it turns to stare at his owner. They share a silent exchange. "He wants a saucer of milk--lactose-free if you will. If you don't have it, then just give him some plain water. Oh, and a plate of cheese--soft cheese; camembert if you have any."
I blink, a bit overwhelmed. I nod and head into the kitchen. After what I guess is 15 minutes or so, I come back out. Balancing all the plates--which isn't as hard as it sounds--I slowly walk towards the table. The guy seems mildly surprised that I could carry all the plates, even the cat! Well, I feel offended--but I'm a professional. I take a deep breath and put on a bright smile as I approach the table. "Here you go~," I chirp. "A plate of Omelette Au Fromage and cup of decaf espresso--no milk, no sugar--for you," I say as I place the plates down. "And of course, for you," I turn to look at the black feline. "A plate of camembert and a saucer of milk--lactose-free."
Both the boy and cat nod in gratitude, before digging in. I watch them for a minute. Well, this is a bit awkward. I take a seat at a nearby table. "Oh, umm...," I start, trying to break the silence. "I like your outfit." I finish lamely. The guy pauses for a moment, lightly glaring at me. Finally, he nods. He wore an opened black sleeveless hoodie with cat ears on top, a white v-neck shirt with dark grey sleeves, and a pair of simple black slacks. He was also wearing a pair of silver-grey cat-eye sunglasses and a black mask with a Chesire smile printed on it, but he took both of them off when he started eating. He's a really stylish guy.
"I...like your cooking," he says in such a soft voice, I thought I imagined it. I grin. "Thanks!" The boy continues eating in silence. Now that I look closer, he seems familiar...not sure where though. He has sun-kissed hair and seafoam green eyes, with splashes of light emerald. "Excuse me, you seem familiar; have we met?" I tilt my head gazing at the stranger. Both he and the cat flinches, then the blonde looks at me as if I just asked what country is the Eiffel Tower in. "You don't...know me?" He asks for clarification, pointing to himself.
I quirk a brow. Am I supposed to? Ah, what if he's like some sort of food critic? Or, a representative from my new school? Ugh, if that's so, then I probably just embarrassed myself. Great job, Bridgette. I snap out of my thoughts, once I noticed I was zoning out and the stranger was looking at me oddly. "Sorry, I don't. Um, who are you?" I question, smiling nervously. The masked boy ponders for a moment. "No one of your concern," he replies simply. I puff out my cheeks angrily. Well, that wasn't helpful!
"Oh, and pack three cups of coffee to go." He states. I flinch but quickly nod. I skip to the coffee machine to start making the beverages. After I finish the task, I place the three takeaways on the blonde's table. "Okay! Is that all?" I ask for confirmation. He nods. I tell him the total, and he pays roughly twice the amount--he even said 'keep the change'!
Without much difficulty, he carries the three cups. The black cat jumps down from the chair and struts beside the blonde.
As the two exit, I couldn't help but smile at them. They're adorable! I wave them goodbye. Unfortunately, once they were out of sight, I just realised--I never asked his name!

Felix's POV...
After the 20 minute walk back home, I notice my bodyguard waiting outside for me. There were eyebags under his dazed eyes--he was tired. "Hey," I call as I come near. The man quickly snaps to attention and pushes the door open. "Here," I say, handing him one of the cups of coffee. He blinks in surprise, taken aback. Hesitantly, he takes hold of the beverage, staring at it as if it was some foreign item. I bite back a chuckle. So, I quickly head inside.
"Felix," Natalie calls out. I stare at the woman for a moment. She was currently standing near my room's door. "How was your outing?" She inquires. I force a smile, which I'm sure looks terrible. "Good enough. Oh, and here." I nod, before handing her two cups of coffee. "One's for you, the other is...for father. You both need the extra energy," I state. Before she could reply, I push open my bedroom's doors. I look over my shoulder. "Good night."
As I finish closing the door, I tiredly collapsed on my bed. Plagg's feline form, curling up beside me. My eyes soften as I brush his soft midnight fur. Hmm, cats really are majestic and calming creatures...
I let out a yawn, my eyelids feeling heavy. So, I close them. Goodbye today, hello tomorrow. Hmph, the fact I'm more cheerful when I'm half-asleep is concerning...heh
*BONUS!* (short)
3rd person...
Around 10 p.m., Felix's door is gently pushed open. Gabriel Agreste walks in. His sharp features soften at the sight of his only son. Silently, he walks over to his child's bed. Plagg opens one eye, staring intently at the man with his bright green eyes. Gabriel gives the feline a gentle pat. Then his own son. The boy stirs but stays asleep. "Thank you, son." The man whispers, his voice slightly hoarse. He gives his son another soft pat on the head, before leaving as silently as he entered.
Plagg watches as the man exits. 'I knew it, he does love Felix. And vice versa,' the kwami thinks, as he stretches in his feline form. 'Too bad they're too stubborn, and they don't know how to show affection.' The cat yawns, opening his mouth wide. "Like father; like son, I suppose...," the kwami mutters, an amused note in his voice. Then he curls up into a ball once more. It's time to continue sleeping.
