Things didn't go well as Cynthia panicked on seeing Alex and the blood that was flowing from his face. She could not bear it. No. Even though he had hurt her quite badly she could take it no more to know that Alex had been hurt and she had this guilt about the fact that she left him alone because of the fight. She hated herself more than anything else in the world.

She turned to Lily with Alex sitting beside her unconscious. And she screamed..
"I thought that just like all the other kids in this world I would give you a fair chance. Although you was neglected by all the couple's that had come to adopt a child all of them turned their backs on you thinking that you would give their family trouble and thinking that you are a lunatic. But now I myself right here regret the desicion I made to adopt you. You kept pushing us pushing us Alex told me to send you somewhere where you would be fine. But I didn't listen. And because of that Alex and me is paying the worst price there is."

Lily opened the door of the moving car. And just fell on the ground and ran as fast as she could. Cynthia sat still as a rock on seeing it. She knew that it all had happened again because of herself. She was just shocked on the reaction that Lily had given her by running away.

Cynthia was helpless she couldn't run to Lily because then Alex would be alone and he is in the worst condition maybe on the verge of dying. She put a finger underneath his nose and found out that he was still breathing but only slower by the minute.
His warm breath had changed to become slightly cold.

She was worried. But then when she thought of staying in the cab that would also be a problem because although Lily was lunatic or possessed she could do anything to herself and Cynthia would be responsible for that and that guilt also would then be there.

In the state of confusion Cynthia was sitting in the cab with tears rolling down her cheek softly. The cab driver had stopped when he saw her crying he asked,
" Miss are you okay? That girl jumped and so I stopped should i start or go back."
"I don't know."
"Ok miss I will take your husband to the nearest hospital and get him treated I'll wait until you come and for now I'll take you to the forest and drop you there so you can search for your daughter."
"(Sob) Thank you kind sir for offering to do this for me I hope it wont be of any trouble to you." "Miss it is my pleasure."
"Really your doing the most biggest help that anyone could ever do for me in this situation."

The cab driver smiled and then drew to the forest. Cynthia's eyes was still filled with tears. And she lay on the chest of Alex and the tears from her eyes rolled down and made the small part of alex's shirt wet over there. So as she lay right where his heartbeat was. 'By the Grace of God' she thought because the heartbeat was actually normal and luckily it wasn't fading away. The cab came to a stop.
"Thank u sir for helping me out."
"Sure thing miss."

The cab then left with Cynthia's husband,Alex. It drove quite fast that within a few fraction of seconds the cab wasn't in sight anymore.
