Next thing I know she punched me in the face cutting my lip with a ring of hers. I laughed spit out the blood and punched her harder causing her to stumble into her friend and they both fell.

"Bitch" the second girl hissed

"Come on that's all you got" I teased

"Oh that's it" the girl said and tackled me

She punched a few times before I flipped us and kept going at her eventually her friend grabbed my hair and threw me off. To which I swung my foot and tripped her then punched her as well before two pairs of arms pulled me back.

"Enough flower" Daphne said softly

"Bitch" I spit out the blood at them

"Trinity what happened?" Oliver asked rushing over

"They hit first" I said angrily

"But that doesn't explain why?" He asked

"They were talking shit about Matteo then turned it to be about me said you don't really care about me and neither to mum and dad that they abandoned me for a reason and your disappointed in me for being slytherin" I huffed

"Well I'm not, so you promise you didn't hit first" he asked

"She didn't" Theo said

"They just kept coming at her, it was self defense really" Matteo said

"Is that so Mr riddle" snape said as he stepped into view

"Yes professor" I said

"Then I have no choice but to take ten house points from Hufflepuff and ravenclaw and give you all detention for two days as for them four days" he said

"Professor that's not" the first girl began to argue until he glared at her warningly

"Of course professor I understand" I said and when he left I smirked at the two on the ground

"Let's go sunshine" Matteo said with a sad face

"What's wrong Matty?" I asked

"You didn't have to do that for me" he said nervously

"But I wasn't going to just walk by and let them talk shit about you" I growled

"I don't need you to protect me" he snapped

That hurt, two months of knowing him and he says shit like that, I looked at him dead in the eyes. Before I read his mind, he enjoyed watching me beat up those girls, he enjoyed how I stood up for him so why say this.

"You might not need it, but you didn't mind me standing up for you I know that and so do you, truth is you enjoyed it and your proud and grateful I said and do something because you can't hit girls but I can" I said softly

"Don't read my head please" he said sadly

"I didn't do much I just saw your current thoughts I wouldn't go digging unless given permission to do so" I said

"Promise" he said

"I promise you Matty" I said and we hugged

Time skip

My time with the group of friends I made was coming to an end, we promised to write letters and talk as much as we could. I was going with Matteo, Reggie and pansy to Italy this summer too. Mum and dad allowed it even with Oliver protesting but they said it was good I made friends of my own. So they happily allowed it, but first I had to return home to pack a bag for the two weeks long trip. So that's what I was doing now after having bid my friends farewell I returned home and started backing immediately. The four of us would leave tomorrow around 4pm for our trip to the house was in Italy. There we'd meet up with some of our other friends like Theo and tom, but Blaise, Daphne, Draco and Lorenzo were doing family stuff so it was only a few of us going.

Tom was going because he was the eldest and would be going into his fourth year at Hogwarts while me and the others will be in our second year after summer ends.

"You have everything packed?" Mum asked

"Yep, don't worry Theo's dad will be there so there will be an adult I promise" I smiled

"How, you little mind reader" she smiled

"Habit" I said softly

"Do you cheat on tests like that?" Oli asked

"No I'm just that smart" I smirked

"Oh I bet" he laughed softly
