"Hey oli what house are you in?" I asked

"Gryffindor but it doesn't matter what house your in I promise to always protect you" he said

"What if I'm a slytherin?" I asked softly

He sighed softly but nodded

"Even then, I shall protect you" he said as we walked into the pet shop

"Oh he's lovely" I said looking straight at an owl

"You like him?" The shop owner asked

"Indeed I do" I smiled

"He's all yours if you'd like, Mr wood you ok" the shop owner asked

"Yeah, we'll buy him" Oliver said

"Thank you oli" I squealed then hugged him and took the owl in its cage

"So what's the most exciting thing you'rere waiting for?" Oliver asked as we walked

"Hmm the train or the black lake I heard they have giant squids in the lake" I said

"They do, dangerous creatures but yes they do" he smirked

"Awesome" I giggled

"Is it alright if we head to the manor, mum and dad would love to meet you" he said

"I have nowhere else to be so sure" I said

"Great let's go then" he said

"I can teleport us" I said nervously

"Really?" He asked shocked

"It's an ability of mine" I blushed

"That's so cool, yeah let's go it would be so much easier" he smiled

"Ok just think of the place and I'll take us" I said

He nodded and began thinking of home and I easily teleported us there in a split second.

"Mum dad I'm home" oli shouted

"Oh....oliver is that her?" Genesis asked softly

"Yes hello" I said softly

"Oh my baby" she rushed to hug me

"Oliver oh dear our baby girls home" Jacob said hugging me as well

"Can't breathe" I choked out

"Apologies my dear" genesis said

"I'm sorry for the confusion about why you weren't here to begin with, it was dangerous at the time due to you being a Mesmer shifter and all" Jacob said

"Wait she's a Mesmer shifter?" Oliver said shocked

"Yes silly how else would I have teleported us here" I giggled

"Do you know what other abilities you have?" Jacob asked

"Shifting, nonverbal magic, telekinesis, mind reading, teleportation, and I can speak to snakes that's all I know so far" I said brightly

"You mean to tell me you speak parseltongue?" Oliver asked nervously

"If that's what speaking to snakes means then yes" I smiled

He looked at Genesis and Jacob with a nervous expression and I looked into their heads feeling left out on something. Suddenly an image flashed through my head, tom riddle and Matteo riddle speak it, Voldemort speaks it, it's said to be an evil trait. And that is end up in slytherin with evil witches and or wizards.

"You think I'm evil now, don't you" I said teary eyed

"Shit" Oliver said sadly

"I get it, I'm a freak I've been told plenty of times so just say it, if you don't want me here I won't stay but you have to say it and I won't stay" I sniffled

"Honey you aren't going anywhere not for a long time" Genesis said

"You promise" I asked

"We promise" Jacob said and Oliver nodded in agreement quickly

"Ok" I said with a soft smile

"I wonder what else she can do" Oliver said

"There's a book I have it might tell us" Jacob said

Well maybe I should start saying mum and dad, but it feels weird, they only just met me, I only just met them and they're already promising me things. First oli promises to protect me no matter what and now they promise I won't go anywhere for a long time. How am I meant to believe that, I've been through this before the Jeffery's weren't my first adopted family. There was the coopers and the sterns before them and they fostered me for a while before passing me back to the orphanage. Then the coopers fostered me and promised the same thing when in reality a family member of theirs was very cruel and twisted and let's just say he wasn't my favorite ever again. Then the Jeffery's actually adopted me, raised me for a total of 8 and 1/2 years before they called me a freak.

Told me I wasn't wanted but they couldn't give me back to the orphanage and then the letter came. I was beyond excited even if Agatha and Abraham refused to allow it, but now they had no choice I was with my birth family and they won't find me. They can't get to the wizarding world not without me and probably not possibly either. But for that I will never forget and the coopers, the sterns I won't forget them either. The sterns were abusive, I caused too much trouble they would tell the orphanage, but then the coopers grabbed me to foster me. Then their uncle Joshua raped me, beat me and nearly killed me if it weren't for Angela one of the other older children was there to stop it.
