I couldn't stop replaying the very few moments from yesterday in my head . It was 8:30 a.m. today , Tuesday . 24 hours ago , Sangmin went to class for the last time . It was 2:47 in the afternoon , when we were heading to detention and about 2 hours later , he died .

Twenty years , gone just like that .

I slump down on my chair , fiddling with my pen . Even with Secret Specials to provide an update , the news of Sangmin's death spread like wildfire by dinner time last night . I got multiple texts from everyone .

" You okay ? " Eunbi comes to me and sits on the chair . I nod , but my head just feels outright dizzy and tired from too much thinking .

The bell rings meaning that homeroom is starting . Mrs.Lee clears her throat clutching the papers that she was struggling to read . " This is an official announcement from Seoul High's administration . I'm really sorry but I have to share this terrible news . Yesterday afternoon , one of your schoolmates , Yun Sangmin suffered a very terrible attack , the police didn't want to share anymore further . Medical help arrived immediately but unfortunately . It was too late ... "

A buzz comes out of my phone . Half of the class already had their phones out . Rules didn't matter , I guess . I pull my phone out and open ' Secret Specials ' . I kinda expected a notification for a new update that Sangmin was bragging about before detention yesterday , but there was nothing there except for last weeks' update .

' Everyone has already seen the perfect popular couple which are cutie girl J.GY and rich boy H.JS , but who knew that they weren't actually that perfect ?

Apparently , H.JS sat oblivious in the cafeteria meanwhile J.GY & L.YK got heavy in the locker area . Sorry H.JS , my man , you got played ... '

The thing with Secret Specials ... Word for word , everything seems to be true . Nobody except Sangmin could be allowed to post there , he had sources all over the school , he was choosy and careful about what he reported . Students denied or ignored it but it was never wrong .

I've never been on the app , I'm too clean for that stuff .

Mrs.Kim was talking " There will be a grief counseling today . You can leave class anytime. The school is planning to have a memorial for Sangmin after the Vollyeball game next month . We'll be providing more details as soon as they're out . "

The bell rings twice , we all get up to leave but Mrs.Kim stops me before I even stand up . " Jihun , can you please stay for a while ? " I nod and grab my bag as I went to her desk . " Jihun , the principal wants all of you who were in the room with Sangmin to have a counseling today . "

Great . This is just great . It's the first thing in the morning and we done have classes . Yet , I'm being called in for a counseling . I stop in the hallway seeing Yongha and Seojun . I can tell by their faces they didn't want to talk about what happened . Our group counseling starts at 9:30 .

Maybe I can catch a little break .

" Why are you wearing all black ? " Seojun asks Yongha as he takes off his shades , " I don't wanna attract attention . " We head to the cafeteria at the same time . The school was pretty empty with only a few teachers and students around .

" Guys ! Over here ! " Yunjin shouts to us . As I see everyone on the table that were in the detention room . So far , it was only Yongha , Yunjin and Hyunjae hyping up everyone's mood .

But as of right now , Haerin was writing an article for the school paper . Jaehwa was looking at his pictures from his phone and camera. Eunhye was reading a book while Minji was drawing on her notebook. Seojun was tying his shoes as Yukihara came and gave everyone candy . Yongha made everyone laugh while trying to lift the mood up .

Then I look at Yunjin who was looking at her phone , equally shocked .

" Could it be possible Sangmin was murdered ? "
