Rajveer's POV

Once they went away, I took a deep breath and started getting ready. But even though I tried not to think of her betrayal, I recalled everything, her face was flashing in front of my eyes.

I had liked her all my life, but her betrayal broke my heart. She could have told me if she loved Manik. I was not going to convince her to come back to me, however, I wanted.

I still remember when Mihir asked us if we could come to Surat to surprise Manik was feeling low being cut off from his family and friends there. We agreed to go, and he even asked us to bring our siblings as Mahi and he was also going.

We all were going there and that day I wanted to sit next to her during the flight to Surat so that I could spend more time with her but she was very reserved and lost in her thoughts. I don't know why but she was not looking into my eyes and somehow she looked confused, stressed, and guilty.

I wanted to talk to her but she was sitting with Roohi and Saanjh. So I thought of asking once we reach Surat.

We reached there and Manik was very happy. It felt so good to meet him after so long, I felt guilty that I didn't even miss him or talked to others, in all these days, maybe because my mind was occupied with someone else.

What shocked us the most was that a young and beautiful girl was living in his home. He was taking too much care of her. We all thought that there was something between them but he denied it hotly and said that she was Roshni, his ward.

He said there was nothing else between them...Bloody liar!!

What happened to him all of a sudden??

He was a decent man earlier but now it seems that he was also involved with both Myra and Roshni at the same time.

Oh, so that's why Myra looked so upset to see Roshni there and refused to eat anything while Manik, Sujal, and Viren all requested her to eat but when I asked her to eat she agreed. But why??

Was it because she was annoyed with him??

Anyway, we went sightseeing as we planned while we were there. After the dinner
Ron and I were going to our rooms to sleep when we saw Myra and Manik talking about something very serious.

I didn't think much about it at that time but I should have as I had never seen them talking to each other till that day. But then we all were guests here at his place so it was not unusual.

It seemed that he was explaining something to her desperately.

" Hey, beautiful!! " Ron said to Myra because he wanted to tease us and get her alone aside so that I could spend some time with her. He knew that I always liked her.
 
"  Hi !!" She smiled.

" You are looking very pretty today. Would you Like to go out on a date with me? " Ron winked at me and asked her.

Idiot!!

" Thanks,  but I dare you to say that in front of my brother. "  She smiled.

" Oh, I am not scared of him." He said.

" Really, let me go and tell him that Ron asked me to go out on a date with him, so can I can go on a date with Ron? Let's see how many punches you get for the reply. "  She smirked.

" Ron? Oh, no! I am Raj. "  He said.

" Oh, please... You are Ron. "

" Awww... You know me so well, by the way, are you having a secret crush on me? "  Ron asked and she looked at me with a shocked expression. I just smiled.

" What? No! "  She shook her head immediately.

"  Oh, don't be shy, love. I know you must be noticing my all habits and my gestures minutely because only then you can differentiate between Raj and me. " He teased again. 

" Oh, God!! You are so full of yourself. Viren would beat you to a pulp. " She said.

" I will handle him. Hey, come here, let's click some pictures." He pulled her and clicked a few pictures with her. I glared at him but he ignored me.

She was pushing him but he said something and she looked at me with a smile and let him click pictures.

" Hey, beautiful!! Can I talk to you for a minute? "  He asked and she nodded hesitantly. They went away and I followed them.   I  saw that Manik kept standing there waiting for her to return so that he could talk to her.

I looked at Manik at that time and could see that he was getting uncomfortable. But I could not even imagine that he was Myra's boyfriend.

" Tell me how can you be sure I am Ron, not Raj? " Ron was still teasing her.

" Obviously, I can say you are Ron because I have talked to him many times. "  She said looking at me.

Awww...

" Don't you find him boring? " He asked and she shook her head.

" No!! "

" Then come with me on a date and you would say that he is very boring, it's just that he has those irresistible good looks that he shares with me, that makes him bearable.  "

" No, thanks. This was what you wanted to talk about? " She asked.

" No, my brother was feeling shy about asking you out,  and clicked a picture of yours with him, so I asked you and clicked pictures..." He was saying.

" Shut up, Ron!! Enough, now get lost. I want to talk to her. " I said.

" You, get lost!! I was helping you and you are being rude.  "  He replied.

" Ron!! "

" Ok, fine!! Say please or I am not going anywhere. "

" Please, leave us alone. " I said and he winked at me and left immediately.

" Hi!! "  I said.

" Hi! " she replied.

" It was a beautiful day but could have been more beautiful if we could spend more time together. "  I said.

She looked a bit uncomfortable.

"  It would be a bit awkward with everyone around us. And you know Shaurya, he would tease us mercilessly."

" Ok, Please be by my side tomorrow as we are going to the beach and waterpark. "  I said.

" Why? "  She asked with a naughty smile.

" So that I can take care of you. "

" But I can take care of myself. "

" I won't let other men come near you. "

" Are you getting jealous? "

" Jealous? No!! Why would I be jealous? Just being cautious. "  I said though I was getting uncomfortable with the fact that everyone would be around.

" Let's see. Bye, good night. " She smirked and I felt uncomfortable as the naughty smile suggested that she seemed to have planned something.

It was morning and I was looking forward to spending more time with Myra. Since we both were here, I should use the time to strengthen the bond between us.

We were going to the beaches and waterpark so everyone was very excited, including me.

Everyone was very excited and enjoyed the rides. It was the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with Myra, I have been wanting to spend some time with her but she was a bit scared of rides.

Viren called her to be with him. But within 5 minutes she said that she was getting bored with him and joined the younger group. 

Oh, I wanted to be with her so I asked if I could join them everyone nodded and she smiled.

" Sahaj, take care of Myra, she is a bit scared of rides. " Viren said.

" Is, it?? Don't worry, I am here, will keep an eye on her as well. I hope you can trust me with your sister Viren. " I said to Viren.

" Of course, yes!! I can. You are very decent, though I would never allow your twin to be around her.  " Viren said and grinned at Ron.

I smiled at that, it was so easy as Viren approved of me. We all went on the roller coaster and before I could ask Myra to share the seat with me, Roohi asked her, I was thinking of a way to change seats with Roohi,  Mihir called Roohi to sit with him.

In a normal situation, I would not have allowed Mihir, but I knew Ron would keep an eye on them.  I took my seat with Myra.

Thank God!!

The roller coaster started and once it caught its speed, she shrieked. I could see that Myra was getting scared and held my hand tightly. I placed my other hand on her shoulder and drew her towards my body. It felt very good to be holding her like that.

Her grip was so tight that her nails broke through my skin making three half moons on the back of my hand.

" It's ok, don't be scared, I am here with you, and would not let you get hurt. Don't worry. " I said but she held me tightly and buried her face in my chest and I was feeling very good. I could not help smiling at that.

She kept holding me tightly for the whole ride and I wanted the ride to go on forever.

Once the ride was over, she took a long breath and loosened her arms around me. Together, we took other rides and enjoyed ourselves.

After that, we all changed into bathing suits or trunks and were waiting for the girls to join us.
