It had been a year since I had been emancipated. I was now the Lady Peverell, a title that I took very seriously. I tried my best to mend the damage my family had caused with the Malfoy's. I was currently having dinner at Malfoy Manor, which had become a second home to me. Or third if I counted my job at Gringotts. Redhook had pulled some strings and got me a decent job as the person who was put in charge of helping other people become emancipated. It made me a lot of money that Redhook invested for me. I was soon becoming richer than my old family had ever been. I was snapped out of my thoughts by something Draco had said, which made me laugh. Draco was like an older brother to me. "So, Victoria, are you excited to start Hogwarts?" Auntie Sissy asked me. I nodded. "Very. It'll be nice to put all my practice to good use." I was currently studying on my own at the level of a fifth year so this year should be a breeze. "I'm just waiting for my Hogwarts letter." "You should go with us to Diagon Alley then, Toria." Draco said with a grin. I smiled at him and nodded. "That sounds great." I said. Once we were finished I walked over and gave them each a hug before apperating back to my own manor. It was a beautiful building just outside of Godric's Hollow.

When I walked in I was greeted by Rosie, one of my house elves. "Welcome home my lady. A letter has come for you!" She said excitedly. "From Hogwarts?" I asked. Rosie nodded. "Yes my lady." I raced into the living room area and sat down, looking at the letter Rosie had given me.

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

"That seems like a lot of books, but never mind that. Won't bother me at all." I said proudly to myself. I pulled out a piece of parchment and a quill and began to write. "Dear Professor McGonagall, I would be honored to attend Hogwarts this year. Sincerely, Lady Victoria C. Peverell." I whistled for my barn owl Carina and she came.

I tied the letter to her leg and she was off. I walked up to my beautiful room

and changed into pajamas

before going to bed.
