I woke up in the apprentice den with Shizu, Rocky, and Itsune. I sleep there for now since I don't have a place yet. Ara told me I would get a mentor today. I yawned and stretched as Ara walked in. Ara, good morning." I greeted with a bow. "Hello Yuki, you can call me mother if you like. So, had a good night's sleep? You have a lot to catch up with today." She replied sounding tired. "Yeah, it was ok..." my voice trailed off. "Well, why don't you go eat a few things and I will go get you a warrior prepared for you." I dazed off thinking about Fang. I quickly replied, "oh, ok, I will go eat."

Ara walked out then I. The wolves were busy chatting and eating. I joined Shizu, Itsune, Rocky, and Haku to eat some deer meat with a few mice. "Hi Yuki!" Shouted Rocky. "Oh, hey!" I yelled back. Oh, you probably don't know my other three siblings. Let me describe them to you. Ok, Shizu is a few days younger than me. He is very quiet and shy. Itsune was born an hour later after me. She is adventurous and curious to know new things. Rocky, is a month younger, so he is the youngest. Be is very playful and talkative. Haku, is sometimes a little intense, but he can learn to be relaxed.

Everyone was eating, but then we heard a high howl. I knew at once, it was Ara using my instincts.
All wolves in Spirit clan, come to the high rocks. The wolves left at once to hear what Ara has to claim. "As you might all know, we have gathered here to give these apprentices thier mentors. Alright, the first one is Yuki. I need you to come please." "Oh, ok. " I said nervously. I walked up to Ara, my mother, and bowed gracefully. "Your mentor will be Fang." I looked frantically for him. He showed up willing to train me to become a warrior. "Will you, Fang, teach Yuki all you know and train her to become a warrior." She asked him bravely. "Yes, I will." He bowed gracefully at Ara. "Then, Yuki, is that fine with you?" This time she asked me. "Yes, I am willing for him to teach me." I said confidentiality. "Good, now that you two are working together, you can stay on the left side of the rock." Fang and I walked to the left rock. "Now, I need Rocky....." Her voice trailed of as I thought about me and Fang working together.
