[ Hospital, Surface | 21:39 PM ]

You and Lucas had chatted a little. Also, you were eating cheese puffs on your bed and watching TV.

"Hey (Y/N)? My shift is over so uh.. I'm going home now." Lucas said.

"Oh sure." You smiled. "Oh and by the way, can you give me your phone number? I'll text you when I remember something."

"No problem! Give me your phone real quick then."

You nodded and logged into your phone, to hand it to Lucas. He typed his number really quickly into your phone and handed it back to you.

"Well see you tomorrow then."

"Wait Lucas?" You asked and smirked when he turned around.

"Yeah?"

"So I had this joke about amnesia.." You grinned as your friend groaned. "But I guess I forgot how it goes." You snickered and ate more cheese puffs.

"OKAY THATS IT I'M LEAVING." He laughed and left.

[ Hospital, Surface | 3:42 AM ]

You woke up by your phone buzzing.

Lucas: Hey (Y/N)! It's me, Lucas ^-^

You smiled at the text you got and responded.

You: Hya
Lucas: Aren't you supposed to be sleeping rn?
You: Same 2 u

You typed, not really sure where you'd learned the language of texting.

Lucas: I found something interesting. I'll show it tomorrow (or today lmao)
You: Kay. You should sleep now though
Lucas: If you're gonna sleep too then
You: Never! Sleep is for the weak!
Lucas: R u suggesting something?
You: ...
You: Go to sleep k

Lucas went offline

You smiled and put your phone on the wooden nightstand next to your bed and began thinking. How where you even alive? You were told by yourself that the other you was dead.. Right? And that you should ask Sans if you had any questions.

Next thing you did, was turning your phone again and texting the skeleton.

You: Hya
You: Got a confused girl over here
You: Help me pls

Okay now you really weren't sure where you had learned how to write like that. A pling came from your phone. You looked at it and saw that Sans had replied.

Sanspai69: Aren't you bone-tired rn? I mean it's like 4 in the morning or something.

You snickered at the pun he'd made.

You: Nah I'm all right
You: I NEED ANSWERS!!
Sanspai69: k I'll be there in a sec hold on

What. You thought, while still grinning because of the pun he made. A blue light lit the room. It faded away, revealing Sans. Again, what.

"Hya." He waved and grinned.

"Wha- How?" You stuttered in disbelief.

"I can teleport. No biggie." Sans explained.

"I.. What?"

"Heh. Hey I brought these things called donuts!" He grinned, taking a small cardboard box out of his pocket.

"Nice." You said when he handed you the box.

"So?"

"So?"

"So? Any questions?" He asked and sat on the bed beside you.

"Yeah, about that.. How the heck am I alive?"

"It'll be a long story if you don't mind. You never explained it fully to me but I guess I figured it out on my own."

[  Hospital, Surface | 10:31 AM ]

You opened your eyes and yawned. You heard soft snoring next to you. Turns out, last night when Sans was explaining, you fell asleep. However, what you did understand, was that flowey and your soul had fused together and you had basically cloned yourself.

You smiled at the sight of the short skeleton leaning on your shoulder, fast asleep.

The door opened, revealing Lucas with two cups of coffee in his hand and a laptop under his arm. "Hey (Y/N)! How-"

You shushed him, pointing to sans and grabbed your phone to text the brown haired boy.

You: OKAY THIS ISN'T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKES
Lucas: What what what what
You: I'll explain
You: I said that I needed answers and then he teleported into the room with donuts.
Lucas: Nice. I'm carving for some rn
You: I felt asleep when he was explaining. I think he did too lol
Lucas: Want coffee?
You: Yes please!

Lucas handed you the coffee and wiggled his eyebrows. Sans seemed to be waking up.

"Where am I? Oh yeah.. Hey ba-" He stopped. "Bagel. Let's get some bagels. You want any?" Sans said in shock and jumped out of the bed.

"Nah I'm fine thanks." You snorted.

"Kay. Text me if you need anything then." Sans said and quickly teleported away.

Lucas laughed and choked on his coffee. "Dude."

"Yeah?" You looked at Lucas and drunk your coffee.

"I think he wanted to call you babe just now." He said, sat down and opened his laptop.

You choked on your coffee as well. "What?"

"Mettaton said you had a boyfriend right?"

"Do you think.. Me and him?" You blushed and hid your face in the white blanket.

"Yup." Lucas smirked and wiggled his eyebrows furiously. He took one of the donuts from the box Sans had left you. "Oh and by the way, check this out." He said and turned his laptop to you. You came closer to look at the screen.

'(L/N) Household Missing' The title read. 'Last night, the (L/N) household vanished. Mr. McNorthon confirmed that this was no normal case. The police is still searching for the family.'

"W-What?" You stuttered in disbelief.

"That's the only thing I could find when I looked up your name." He exclaimed and closed the tab, revealing him and some catgirl photoshopped in the background.

"Is that your girlfriend or something?" You smirked and wiggled your eyebrows at him.

"Psh! No!" Lucas said defending. "Okay maybe. But she's from an anime all right?"

"Lucas loves catgirls! Lucas loves catgirls!" You sung and laughed.

Lucas was hiding his face in the bed sheets when the door swung open.

"WHO'S GOT TWO TUMBS AND HAS GOT AN AMAZING BREAKFAST PREPARED?" The heroine in the door shouted and laughed. "THAT'S RIGHT, IT'S ME!" She said and looked at you and Lucas, still sitting on the same bed with a laptop and donuts.

"Hi Undyne, hi Alphys." You said and smiled.

"H-Hi." Alphys said and waved while she was walking into the room as well.

"Who's this punk?" Undyne said and tried to look intimidating at Lucas.

"I-I'm Lucas, hi." He quietly said and stood up to shade Undyne's hand, only to get fist bumped by her.

Alphys sat down on the bed next to you. Suddenly, the lizard hugged you. "I-I'm so glad that y-you're back."

"Me too." You said and awkwardly pat her back.  

Alphys sat up again and looked at the laptop and gasped. "Ohmygod."

"What is it Al?" Undyne said and walked to the laptop as well. The blue fish lady's face shone up. "PUNK THIS IS YOU WITH MIKAI!"

"Y-Yes?"

"DUDE! DO YOU LIKE ANIME TOO?" Undyne said.

You looked at their hopeful faces and laughed. Lets see how this escalates.

"Yes of course!" Lucas face lighted up as well.

"D-Do you l-like mew mew kissie cutie?"

"Duh! I wouldn't have gone trough all the trouble of photoshopping me with mew mew if I didn't, now would I?" Lucas said and tried to sound extremely smart.

"Can you photoshop us with the girls too?" Undyne asked excitedly.

Okay what is going on?  You decided to just sit back and enjoy the show for as long as it would last.

"Of course I can! Just send me a quick picture of you both and I'll do it! What are your phone numbers?"

Smooth. You chuckled as Lucas took out his phone and gave it to Undyne and Alphys, who quickly type their phone numbers into your brown haired friend's device.

"Punk! This question will determine if you could be our friend or not. Did you like the second season?" Undyne said and stared at him.

"No offense, but I think it was trash."

The faces of the monsters lit up.

"Lucas, pal, you can be our friend." Undyne said happily and fist bumped him once again.

"I think I-It was trash too!" Your lizard friend stated.

"Sure! Wait..." Lucas said and looked at you with the biggest shit eating grin on his face you'd ever seen.

"Do you think what I think?" Undyne grinned and looked at you as well.

Lucas nodded. "(Y/N), we will introduce you to the world that is anime."

"AND PRACTICALLY BRAINWASH YOU WITH IT! JUST LIKE MY BABE OVER HERE DID WITH ME!"

[ Hospital, Surface | 7:32 PM ]

After watching the whole season 1 of mew mew kissy cutie, and possibly have been brainwashed, twice, the monsters left. You were alone with Lucas again, eating the 'breakfast spaghetti' Undyne had made for you.

"So.. have you remembered anything yet?" Lucas asked and looked at you while he was eating spaghetti.

"Nope." You said. You'd gotten the chance to examine Lucas' facial features a lot more. He had light blue eyes, a tiny nose and a scar down his right eye. "How did you get that scar by the way? Looks cool."

Lucas was really quiet for a moment. "Only a battle scar." He said, trying to sound as manly as possible. "I'm sorry.. I gotta go." Lucas said and got up, to grab his stuff and walk straight out of your hospital room.

Had you said anything wrong? Nevertheless, you felt bad about it. Why were you kept in this hospital anyway? It wasn't like you were sick or anything.

A blue light lit the room again. It was Sans. He sighed.

"Heya." You said and waved.

"Hey."

Wow well this is awkward.

"Spaghetti?" You offered.

"Sure." Sans replied and sat down on the bed.

You stood up and got the same spaghetti on the plate and set it in the microwave. Undyne had probably thought you would stay here for years, seeing the amount of pasta she'd made.
Your hospital room was nice. You had a tiny kitchen, a bathroom, a bed to sleep in, and a butler named Lucas. (Not that he actually was your butler tough).
The microwave was done heating the spaghetti. You opened the microwave and grabbed the plate.

You burned your hands. "ARGH! MOTHERFUCKER!" You cursed. Applause for (Y/N), you weren't wearing any oven mitts.

"Babe you all right?" Sans said, rushing over to you.

"Yeah hold on." You said and hold your hands under the faucet, which was already streaming with cold water.

"Jeez you scared me there for a sec." He said and grabbed the plate from the counter top.

You gave him a fork and a knife and sat down on your bed since that's the only place you could sit in this room. Sans sat down as well and sighed again.

"Had a rough day?"

"Yeah.. I have this shitty office job and I'm just tired of it y'know? All the people who discriminate monsters, because they are different." Sans said and took a bite from the spaghetti.

What were you supposed to say in such a moment? "They are discriminating monsters?"

"Yeah.. Asgore's on it. Not that I think it will work though. Humans are humans."  You nodded. "So have you remembered anything?"

"Not one bit."

"Sucks.. So who's that guy you constantly are with?"

"Who- Oh Lucas! He's my doctor.. Well, not that he does something though. We mostly play games or try to figure out something about my past life." You said and remembered how he had left so suddenly.

"Mkay. Oh by the way, we wanted to throw a party because you aren't death and stuff."

"If that means that I can get out of this dammed hospital bed, then I'm definitely coming." you mile.

"I guess you could. It's tomorrow by the way. I'll text you the info later."

"Sure. I'll just, y'know.. Hang around.. All alone." You wiped a fake tear.

"Hey I could stay if you want to?" Sans offered.

"Nah, I'm only joking with ya. It's fine. I've got this glorious cell phone after all." You said and smiled at him.

You spent the rest of the night with Sans, making puns and talking about your life in the underground, as well as your friends there.
Eventually, Sans had to leave to read his brother a bed time story.

So here you were, lying in the same white bed once again.
