LuLu giggles as she holds hands with Dot as the Warner siblings and Scratchansniff walk into a bakery, her eyes get big at the many sweets and treats. A pink covered cake pop with sprinkles on top catches her eye

"Oo! Cake! Cake?" LuLu looks up at Scratchansniff tugging his pant leg while pointing to the dessert

"No little one we can't get it will spoil your appetite."
Scratchansniff shakes his head

LuLu gives a sad pout as she burst out crying "Cake! Cake! Cake! CAKE!!" She repeats the word over and over again while continuously tugging on Scratchansniff's leg while stomping her feet.

Scratchansniff looks around embarrassed as people looked at each or at him whispering and criticizing him

"Yakko make her stop!" Scratchansniff begs the oldest Warner

"No can do Scratchy she's going though the Tooney twos." Yakko shakes his head as his siblings nod their heads

"That's a rough stage." Wakko wags his finger

"I know I won't let my child behave like that." Dot looks Scratchansniff up and down with a raised eyebrow

"Alright Alright little one one cake pop please." Scratchansniff orders the cake pop and hands it to LuLu who quickly ends her tantrum eating it

"Sir what do you think you're doing!" A women walks up to him, she had a business suit dress on with a sleek back black ponytail with glasses resting on her nose "You can't just let your child behave like that."

"Oh no she's just a little cranky." Scratchansniff smiles sheepishly holding Lulus hand as she tries to run away. A little boy in his mother's arms looks at LuLu and sticks his tongue at her

LuLu frowns and starts barking foaming at the mouth trying to lunge at him scaring the little boy making him cry

"Down girl down heel!" Yakko holds her back

"Sit." Dot narrows her eyebrows pointing a finger to the ground

LuLu frowns sitting down on the ground.

The little boys mother holds her son close looking at Scratchansniff with a scowl.

"Well if you want that baby to be a well behaved child here's my card." The woman hands Scratchansniff a business that read ' Disciplinary Supernanny'

Scratchansniff watches her leave and looks back at LuLu being held by Yakko gives the little boy before the 'I'm watching you!' hand signal

LuLu giggles being carried by Scratchansniff who looks a little unsure but continues to walk towards a dull gray tall building, he knocks on the door

The door opens to reveal the same woman from earlier "Ah Mr Scratchansniff you've decided to seek help."

"Yes but I must worry you she is very clever and energetic." Scratchansniff tries to tell her but the woman brushed it off "With all due respect I'm Josephine Frosom I have six degrees in children psychology and three degrees in education, I think I can handle one toddler."

Scratchansniff holds up a finger about to speak but gets a door slam to the face

Josephine looks at LuLu who looks at her sucking on her pacifier she hands her to an employee "See that she gets settled in"

The large man nods as he walks with LuLu in his arms "Alright Young Lady your rain of misbehaving is over." He grabs for the pacifier but LuLu slaps his hand away "No! Mine!"

"Sorry you don't have a choice now give me the pacifier!" He grabs for it again but LuLu takes out a giant mallet and smashes him with it

"Ugh! But mommy I don't wanna go to school." The man mumbles dizzy

LuLu dust her hands and starts to walk away but bumps into a leg making her fall on her butt, she looks up to see Josephine with her arms crossed and tapping her foot with a frown on her face

"That is very naughty behavior and we do not tolerate that here." Josephine scoops LuLu up and walks down the long dark hall with the man accompanying her still rubbing his head in pain.

Other babies playing in a different room crawl or walk up to windows watching LuLu be carried down the hall

A little boy looks at her and slits a finger under his throat

Josephine finally makes it to a tall gray corner and plops LuLu down in the corner "You are going to sit here and think about what you've done."

"How long?" The man holds up a timer

"Five."

"Minutes." Josephine looks at him sternly, the man gasps dramatically "Five minutes?! Josephine don't you think that's a little ... harsh?"

Josephine looks down at LuLu who frowns back at her "Some kids have to learn the hard way do it." She nods to him, he takes a deep breath setting it  putting the timer down

"LuLu you are going to sit here for five minutes and think about what you've done." Josephine starts to walk away and here's the pitter patter of tiny feet, she looks down to see LuLu waddling pass her

"You are not to not move one muscle." She picks LuLu up and places her back in the corner

LuLu looks at her walking away

LuLu breaks the fourth wall looking at the audience with a raised eyebrow and disappointed look on her face

She obviously didn't know

Who she was dealing with.

The receptionist laughs to herself at her desk typing away at her computer talking with a headset on "Haha I'm tell you girl I can't wait for this blind date I'm going on tonight." She laughs filling her nails

"What?! What are you talking about thats not me?" She looks at a picture of a younger beautiful version of herself on the screen posing like a model "That's a spitting image of me!"

"Ten Years ago!"

She hears a shuffling and looks down LuLu crawls on the carpet heading straight for the door "Hang on second Barbara." She puts down the nail filled and presses a button on the side of the headset "Ernest we've got an attempted escape out at the front." She speaks into the headset

LuLu squeaks trying to push the door with her tiny little baby arms, a pair of giant hands grabs her making her squeal in surprise "Nice try kid but this place is unbreakable." Ernest carried her back to the corner setting her down

Hanging upside down LuLu walks on the roof with suction cups on her feet getting closer and closer to the door Josephine stands at the end of the hall with her arms crossed tapping her foot

"Back to time out young lady." She pulls LuLu off of the ceiling and carries her back

A box hops by the front desk, the door opens as the mail man steps inside "Delivery call!"

The receptionist picks up the box and starts to hand it to the mail carrier but Josephine holds up her hand walking towards it "Hold on!" She pulls out a box cutter and opens the box

"Reedom!" LuLu pops her head out cheering with Styrofoam peanuts in her hair, she looks around to see she is not outside and chuckled sheepishly going back inside the box

Josephine rolls her eyes and carried the box back to the corner

LuLu stands in a bathroom looking around to make sure no ones around

She smirks lifting up the toilet seat and bends her knees

She jumps midair about to jump in but a pair of hands grabs her before she could dive into the toilet, she tries to reach for it as she whines in desperation

LuLu sits in the corner hugging her knees rocking back and forth with her eyes red as her left eye twitches about to go insane if she there for another minute

What felt like an eternity the timer beeps

Josephine walks up to her and crosses her arms looking down at the toon infant with a raised eyebrow "Did you learn your lesson?"

LuLu quickly nods her head yes wanting to be rid of this daycare nightmare

"Good see that wasn't so hard." Josephine smiles picking LuLu up and carrying her to a room, she opens the door as LuLu saw babies miserable,

One little girl was painting with gray and black paint

A set of twins were pushing a gray block mimicking a ball

Another group of babies were sitting bored in front of a woman who reading a book to them "D is for discipline"

Josephine sets LuLu down on the phone and walks out of the room, LuLu waddles over to the window looking at the world outside as she saw a pair of kid playing at a playground and another set of kids getting ice cream

She sighs sadly wanting to be free of this toddler jail

"Wow five minutes I've seen kids crack down in one."

She turns to see a little boy about her age standing in front of her with his arms crossed impressed

"They call me Wesley 'Wise guy' Willams." The boy stretches out his hand for her to shake

"LuLu Warner." LuLu shakes his hand with a nod

"I saw how you tried to escape." Wise guy nods with a smirk "you've got heart kid."

"Can I tell ya something Wise guy?" LuLu asked

"Sure." Wise guy nods, LuLu looks around to make sure no one was watching as she pulled him to the side "While I was in the pin I got an idea." She gestured him to come closer "I think I know a way to bust out of here."

"Bust out of here you crazy?!" Wise guy looked at her wide eyed "No one we can bust out of here, they got this place locked up."

"We won't know unless we try!" LuLu puts her hands on her hips puffing out her chest with determination "With my plan no ones get sent to time out."

Wise guy thinks for a second and nods "Ok I'm in but we're gonna need some help."

Later on Ernest hands out cookies one by one to the babies "And gluten, sugar free vegan cookie for you and gluten, sugar free vegan cookie for you." He hands it to a girl who bites into the cookie and admittedly spits it out sticking her tongue out in disgust.

She looks around and leans over to the boy sitting beside her "Meeting with toon kid at sandbox pass it on."

"Meeting with toon kid at sandbox pass it on."

"Meeting with toon kid at sandbox pass it on."

At playtime all the toddlers gather around the sandbox "Alright guys the first thing we gotta do is get their attention." LuLu points to an x in the sand with a shovel "Group Whine that's where you come in." LuLu points the shovel at five toddlers who saluted at her like a soldiers

"Next we're gonna need something to tie them up with." LuLu thinks for a moment she tries to a little girl jumping rope with a jump rope "Jumpy think you can handle it?"

Jumpy responses by automatically stopping and swinging the rope around like nunchucks and stopping straighten it in front of her with a determined grunt.

"Good." LuLu nods with a smile

"Uh you forgot about someone .. the big mouthy lady in the front." Wise guy raises an eyebrow giving her a 'duh' look

"Way ahead of you." LuLu smirks as the ground starts to shake, all the babies looked up to see a giant baby with spenders stomping in front of them "Knockout." LuLu smirks folding her arms

"Why do they call him knockout?" Wise guy asked

"You'll see." LuLu wiggles her eyebrows

Knockout grunts with a side smile cracking his knuckles

"Alright guys let's do this." LuLu smirks as the toddler put all their hands together in a circle

Josephine and Ernest walk around the playroom as the kids 'play' LuLu rolls a ball back and forth with Wise guy when she saw their back were turned she gives a thumbs up signal to group whine

The five babies all give thumbs up and starts screaming and crying getting Ernest and Josephine's attention "Aw what's wrong kids?" Josephine knees down in front of trying to calm them down

Wise guy puts a finger on his nose and blows a snot bubble towards Jumpy as a signal, she nods and gestured to six other babies to follow her lead as they all march behind the two adults with jump ropes

Group whine start to calm down "there now that's better." Ernest coos the babies as he stands up turning around where he and Josephine sees all the babies smirking at them with jump ropes with LuLu in the front with a smirk

"Attack!!!" LuLu orders with a toy sword

The babies tackle Ernest and Josephine yell out in surprise as they get tackled

LuLu gestured Wise guy and Knockout to follow her to the door as the other babies tie the adults hands and legs up in rope behind their backs

"Grr you all are naughty naughty babies!!" Josephine yells angrily trying to get loose "When I get out here all of you are so much trouble-" Josephine is cut off when a little girl shoves a pacifier in her mouth, a boy digs in Ernst pocket pulling out a set a key and throws it to LuLu who swiftly catches it

LuLu climbs on top of Knockout's back and puts the key in the lock, she turns the door knob opening the door, she hops off as her, Wesley, and Knockout tip toe down the hall

They look around the corner to see the receptionist clipping her long yellow disgusting toenails with a pair of nail clips

LuLu looks at Knockout with a nod "You know what to do."

Knockout grunts narrowing his eyebrows, he pulls on his diaper like he was pulling up pants as he stomps around the corner towards the front desk in front of the receptionist who suddenly looks down at him confused

"Huh? The heck how'd you get out of the playroom?"

Knockout takes a deep breath and puffs out his cheeks as his face turned red while he loudly grunted

Suddenly a green aroma passed by the receptionist nose, her face turns green as she groans from disgust and passes out from the smell

"Phew! And that's why they call him Knockout."  Wise guy and LuLu look at the receptionist who passes out

"Well see ya on the other side kid and thanks." Wise guy shakes LuLu's hand, she shakes Knockout's hand as she waddled towards the door

She reaches out for the door and the door automatically opens.  Scratchansniff looks around the room and looks down to see LuLu

"Hehe Scratchy! Scratchy!!" LuLu giggles reaching out for him to her up

"Hello little one what are you doing out here?" Scratchansniff picks her up and looks at the receptionist on the ground "Hmph that's so unprofessional, sleeping on the job you kids could wander out in the street." Scratchansniff shook his head and turned around walking away

"I hope you learned about being bad." Scratchansniff wags a finger sternly at LuLu

She nods with a smile and reaches into her pocket and pulls out a picture drawing of her and Scratchansniff  inside a big red heart

"Awww is this for me?" Scratchansniff smiles joyful looking like he was going to cry as he looks at the picture, he didn't notice Josephine and Ernest gagged trying to get his attention in the window still tied up

"Aww aren't you a good girl." Scratchansniff smiles

LuLu pulls out her pacifier putting it her mouth, she sucks it giving the audience a wink with a sly smirk
