"Where are the 3 rings?" All traces of lovey – dovey green eyes were gone. There was now a harshness to his voice. Arianna thought quickly if she had ever heard of 3 rings. "3 rings, 3 rings...." She kept murmuring to herself, hoping something would come to mind. "Yes sweetheart, The 3 Rings. Perhaps the The might –"" Huh!" Arianna gasped. "The 3 Rings!" She suddenly had a flashback to when she had heard it.

She had been very little. She was sitting by the fire place, and it was almost her bedtime. Her daddy was telling her a story. "Once upon a time, 3 kids got together on a cold dark night in the middle of the woods. The blonde haired one brought out her find of the day: a wide, silverish metal object, shaped like a wide C. Then the brown haired kid revealed his find: the same object. While still staring at those ones, their older friend, the blue haired one, showed them her prize: and X, with tips curved towards the center just a smidgen. The 3 kids looked at each other in amazement; they had naver found something so cool looking! After thinking a moment, the blue haired girl placed her X on a smooth rock. Staring at her friends finds, she thought they could go together. Excitedly, she motioned her friends to try to fit the pieces to the sides of the X. She stood back and watched them for a bit, them looked up. She thought she detected rain in the air; frowning, she hurried her friends as she climbed a rock to see if she could see anything.

Suddenly, as the blonde yelled out they had finished it, a beam of light so bright it could have been seen galaxies away shoot out of their creation. Shocked speechless, the blue haired girl suddenly felt it pulling her towards it! Yelling in fright, she fought the urge to let go of the rock she was holding on for for dear life, hoping, praying, the light would go away. Moments later, it did, and she dropped to the ground, no energy left in her. Before the light was completely gone, she felt an almost spirit like feeling pass into her. Then it was gone, and she chalked it up to weirdness. She rolled to her back once she got enough energy to do so, and stared at what they had created. She then remembered her friends. Yelling out for them, she got no reply. Tears welled up in her eyes as she realized that with the strength that thing had, there was no way her friends would have avoided being sucked in. then she got made at the thing. She tried to smash it, break it, but nothing. So, if it was indestructible, she decided to name it. Hard as she tried to come up with a horrid, terrifying name, all she got was Infinity Ring. So that's what she called it. Though, when she separated them, she called them her 3 Rings. Or The 3 Rings. That was easier. Then she though, can I get my friends back out again? Or will they be trapped forever? There was only one way to find out. Try.

Try as she might, the blue haired girl could not get her friends out of the 2 C shaped rings for years. Years of attempts and failure followed her everywhere, though she carried the burden secretly; she had told no one of that fretful night. She would often go out secretly at midnight with the 2 rings, just to look at them, trying to discover their secrets.

Then one day, she got into a knife fight with a town bully. Not being a skilled fighter, the bully k –"At this point in the story, Arianna father had stopped and looked at his innocent daughter, whose eyes were large with anticipation of what was to come, and decided not to finish that sentence just for her. "Well, the poor blue haired girl, uh, was finished by the mean town bully. He dragged her to an old alley where he knew she would never be found and left, happy that he wouldn't have to deal with her anymore. But then, in the alley, she felt a warm glowing. It started with her hair, and then went to her head, then all the way down to her feet. It then brought her up to a vertical position so she could walk. She had just been brought back to life, completely whole! She discovered she was immortal. She would and could never die. Knowing this, she dedicated her life to trying to find her friends. Blue hair would stop at nothing to save them.

But one day, while eating dinner, she heard a noise from her room. Her little brother was there, examining his find. It was the 3 Rings. Gasping, Blue hair picked up her little brother and put him to sleep. That night, she asked 2 of her most trustworthy friends to help her with something. She brought them to the woods in her backyard and told them everything. She then gave them the 2 C shaped pieces and told them to hide them in places no one would ever know or think to look. They were to make no maps, and tell no one, except their kids. They had to tell their kids; it would be the only way anyone would ever know where they were. They separated that night, and they never saw each other again. As soon as the opportunity arose, Blue hair left her home. She could never watch her family grow old and die with her never changing.

After 100 years, she realized she also had perfect recollection. She could remember everything she had done in the past 100 years. So, after a while of searching, she found a bottle of 'forgetence', it was called. So, she took it, and it helped; now she only had foggy remembrance of some things. After that, she was never heard of again. She has been looked for, but now, there is hair dye, and since the only thing we know about her is her hair color, is it not very helpful.

Arianna's father had then closed the book and said, "Well sugar cakes, that is a secret family story, you are not to tell anyone else, you hear?" At that, young Arianna had nodded, not really getting anything her daddy had said, but hopping that nodding was the right answer. It was. She was then put to bed and never heard the story again.

"Flower, my baby, you are not responding to meee." Arianna was brought back to reality, the black room, the green eyes. "Ye, yes sir? Uh, yes, the 3 rings things, uh, no, I have no idea what you're talking about, hee hee. Nope, not a clue. Very sorry sir, but you got the wrong girl. Now, if me and my sis could just go home now, yeah, that would be great." She replied, remembering her father warning never to tell anyone. "Oh my, she knows nothing, what am I to do? The man fell back against his chair and threw his arm across his forehead. "Why did I kidnap them in the first place?" The fake concern and regret was so obviously in his voice, Arianna wondered if she was in a play. "She knows nothing. Then her sister will know nothing. Then I will know nothing. But, except for one small detail: how do you think I learned about The 3 Rings!" Arianna was startled by the harshness in his voice. He leaned forward and brought his face within inches of hers. She had no idea how to respond; what was she going to do?

Suddenly, in the hall, there was a shout, followed by 2 thuds, then 2 more thuds. The door slammed open, and Arianna was blinded by the sudden burst of light. Green eyes gasped any yelled,"How did you get in here?!" It was followed by a gasp and a quick fist fight, then silence. She was then grabbed by her arm by a strong fist, and heard a voice saying, "Come on, get up, let's go before his thugs come back!" "Hey!" she said and he started to drag her away. Her light blindness had gone away, and she looked up to see a distressed young man of about 27 looking towards the door with a nice looking face and brown hair. With no more time left to admire his features, and as he was still kind of trying to drag her, she asked him," Ok mister, who are you? Why are you here? Why are you rescuing me? Have you –" "A man trying to save you, now come on!' he started pulling her again, but this time she went with him. With nowhere else to go and no other ideas, she didn't have much of a choice. "Wait!" she yelled when they reached the end of the first hallway. "My adopted but loved like a real sister sister! We have to get her!" For the first time the man smiled. "I know. That's where I'm going. Join me if you want, but if you don't, be warned, I'll never understand." "Uh, ok..." Grinning, the man took off across the next hall. "Catch me if you can!" he yelled over his shoulder, laughing. Excited know, and realizing they could finally get free, she took off after him, wondering what would happen next.
