Education: Before third world war, Vietnam education was confused at that time because it's was a socialist-type educated long time ago but there some reformist & teacher or student think Vietnam education is like an China Communist education because of it hole of small error like to many course, non-applied "realistic life" skill in some lesson, teacher salary lower unable to improve their life, noisy & violent student that wanabee gangster, the school authority was more weak & corrupted, some school are still poorly equiped and food/ health concern, even some cased of heroin & drug trading or using in school, every year there will 400.000 - 500.000 University or College student graduated but all of them jobless or willing don't have a job they dream because of it program so forcing student foucus what in the book without teaching about "realistic-life" skill & ability when they graduate go out and living their life. While Cambodia and Laos despite still poor but with the help from government both international Laos & Cambodia have fully education and school even College, University but still poor equip especially in countryside where some farmer family has few money to let their child goes to school but...it all change during President (Y/N) reformist, the Federal goverment abolish and amend a number of laws on education abolish & amend a number of law on national education and decide that it national education will follow it perfect model Japan, Finland, Western, Europe as creating a peace & hope atmosphere for every each student & teacher to enjoy an happy semester year in school as Indochina education are fit & light shining future for new generation that'll guide them to success to achive their dream.

Power Energy: The Indochina adapt & used green energy a type of friendly nature-energy to replace oil/ gas/ coal one and product what we use daily life electric & bio-gas/ oil. Most of green energy are made from Sun battery, Wind energy farm, energy dam, nuclear reactor, sea energy.
