Few hour ago after the battle and first hostile contact between Indochina and White Fang during previous event in Town Yorkville, at Camp Ba Đình despite they rescue their men but they receiving hundred of refugees that's lost their hometown and now they have to take care this refugee crisis.

Meanwhile President (Y/N) along with some of his staffs went to Menagerie for first open diplomatic relation with Menagerie- a island of large Faunus communities but soon they realized this diplomatic trip may went "little bit" heated due to an "incident" at Town Yorkville but let's just hope that incident will be cover as classified. While the Menagerie Faunus peoples even the whole Remnant kingdoms may be get more awe & surprise even shock to see these strangle folk that secretly from parallel world......

   On a busiest normal day of a fisher mens ship, an old 50 year old Faunus father are busying receiving the heavily fishing net and many much more fish in it. With the help from his two child's. Youngest boy and his Big sister who helping their old man catching a big bait but they face the resistance....

Fishermen daughter: You okay pop? You sure you can handle it?

Joseph: Well it kinda complicated and confused.....all of these green-uniform soldiers who help us on that ships was all human but their racial skin with facial figure and height are different. We see some of them are tall some are short , their skin is white some are black and those who short is yellow tan skin, a few of them have a beard....but they speak some unknown languages and sometime they speak the same language to communicate with us when they help us fix the ships engine.

Joseph: Yes all of them humans....but not from any Human kingdom from Vale, Atlas, Vacuo or Mistral we know they are strange folk. When they help us get  the engines back on they escort us to Menagerie water line and then withdrawn back to somewhere heading West again

Joseph: Just like I said, after they help us they both return to the West behind our back....but I don't sure where are they coming from all I know one of their ships and aircrafts catch our SOS signal...so my guess that they are from somewhere at West sea or some kind unknown land. Some are friendly waving at us but some of bit acting provoked but was stopped thank to their Militia and Menagerie Guard. I don't blame thought to be honest we the Indochinese may be the first one to settle a diplomatic relation with Menagerie just to support the Faunus. It seem like, the Remnant Kingdoms don't even want a peaceful coexistence with the Faunus.

   But after this visit, I highly expected it will be much more better for Faunus as well our peoples to live under same house. Right now, we are in the meeting room of his house as they begin to questioning about my country while we waiting for my friend......

Meaning that, we do have a system from local to judicial here despite just only have one party faction and our island Defence Forces with Militia that represents us and whole Faunus too.

   With what Ms. Khan said....I think their case with their governmental system are somewhat similar back to our world around early 2000s to 2010s, some old small nations that have limited recognition from the worlds even UN....their status may like Palestine or either Taiwan even Kurdistan...but due to their only party faction is well know a extremist terrorist I may have to think twice

   After the agreement by handshake from the Indochina President and a Faction Leader. Sienna said farewell to (Y/N) as she immediately return to her White Fang Palace to have a summit meeting with other important members of her Faction. (Y/N) didn't know that, on her way back she secretly smile as her heartbeat skip and run as she having a LOT of thought about how a human like (Y/N) yet so kind and wiseful....she also having some dirty horny thought too.....but she didn't know that something danger and sound like some sort a fox growling. Stalking her from behind......

   President (Y/N) say goodbye to Sienna, he then patiently wait for his colleagues to come here while he have to setting up a series of planning about what to do next, the jobs and important tasks to handle in both domestic and foreign affair too.    (Y/N) colleagues are being escorted by Natalia "Vodka and" other two of President bodyguards on President orders to guild & protect the delegates to Belladonna House where they have meeting to discuss paperworks, legal matters and offer a treaties or a pacts to sign with the leaders of Menagerie.

   The soldiers, crews, sailors and officer of the aircraft carrier naval fleet. The ACF Group 3 will soon land and docked at one of the Menagerie Naval port after it administration allow our fellow Indochinese of the Navy to land at their dock and visit Menagerie as an act of exchanging culture and friendship in peaceful.

   Unbeknownst to President (Y/N) and others......his fox friend Li have happen to wander around the Menagerie Capital for learning it history and culture. And of course, she still keep an eye on her master (Y/N) to protect him from unknow danger. Still her rival friendnemies Lilan report her about a tiger Faunus woman name Sienna Khan took "interest" for their master? Both are now in spirit-form to stalking Sienna for their lover safety.

   So now the world will slowly soon know all about the existence of a southern land. An island nation that no one know called Socialist Federal Republic of Indochina had already expose itself to thousand eye on them and as well they're now soon enter setting up diplomatic relationship with Menagerie Authority while have to sign a future deal with the White Fang just to drop it hostile act. Every corner of the world of every kingdoms of Remnant soon the people of Remnant know the expose, the existence such of nation that will bested all of the four kingdoms. Will the spirit of Indochina can replace Atlas become a world only superpower state, a guardian with shine beacon of democracy and liberty of this world?
