For every 5 entries in a category, one 'Place' will be available (rounded up).  For example, a category with 7 entries ((5 x 1) + 2) will have a 1st place and 2nd Place Winner.  A category with 23 entries ((5 x 4) + 3) will have 1st-3rd Place and 2 Honorable Mentions.

From among the 1st Place Winners of each category, the single 'Best In Show' will be chosen using the most balanced, fair, and unbiased method available at the time.

The results (and thus, all of the winners) will be publicly announced as an update chapter here as well! For each category, the prizes will be the same. Prizes are not compulsory, you may request not to receive any or all of your winnings.

Best In Show:

-Ultimate, supreme bragging rights!

-A 'Best In Show' sticker for the cover of your book, and your book alone!

-Your work will be placed in the 1st Place Winners List (a reading list I will create on my profile).

-I will read the entirety of your winning book (no chapter limit). Note that if it's extensive, this might take me a while!

-I will comment regularly as I read your book. You may choose between critical or solely encouraging comments.

-I will send a note to all my followers with your username and the winning book title to let them know how awesome it is.

-If desired, I will check out, at a minimum, the first chapter of up to two other designated books of yours (must be on same account).

-I will follow you (absolute minimum two months). Your judge(s) may choose to follow you after the close of the contest as well.

1st Place:

-Awesome bragging rights!

-A 1st Place sticker for the cover of your book.

-Your work will be placed in the 1st Place Winners List (a reading list I will create on my profile).

-I will read at least 5 chapters of your winning book.

-I will comment regularly as I read your book. You may choose between critical or solely encouraging comments.

-If desired, I will check out, at a minimum, the first chapter of one other designated book of yours (must be on same account).

-I will follow you (absolute minimum one month). Your judge(s) may choose to follow you after the close of the contest.

2nd Place:

-Cool bragging rights!

-A 2nd Place sticker for the cover of your book.

-Your work will be placed in the 2nd Place Winners List (a reading list I will create on my profile).

-I will read at least 2 chapters of your winning book.

-I will comment regularly as I read your book. You may choose between critical or solely encouraging comments.

-Your judge(s) or myself may choose to follow you after the close of the contest.

3rd Place:

-Bragging rights!

-A 3rd Place sticker for the cover of your book.

-Your work will be placed in the 3rd Place Winners List (a reading list I will create on my profile).

-Your judge(s) or myself may choose to follow you after the close of the contest.

Honorable Mention (if appropriate):

-Bragging rights!

-An Honorable Mention sticker for the cover of your book.

-Your judge(s) or myself may choose to follow you after the close of the contest.

For all entrants:

-Your judges or myself may choose to follow you after the completion of the contest.

-Every entrant may request the score cards and comments on their entry by his or her judges.

Entrants: In order to collect your prizes, you must be following the  PRJs for your category, including any announced during the course of the contest.

Note that I reserve the right to change the prizes at any time as needed or deemed appropriate.
