I have gotten dozens of questions that have been directly answered already in the text of this book, in an easily accessible fashion. Please look for an answer to any questions before leaving a comment, and most definitely before messaging me.

Please do not ask me how to enter, for example. That is an insult to how much work I've put into trying to organize this contest, as well as an irritant. At this point, for questions like that, I may or may not choose to reply at all. It's not a good indicator of the quality of your writing if you cannot read and follow simple instructions.
