Mariam touched the side of her neck and saw blood on her finger tips.

Ali came looking for her. He looked at her and sighed in relief but soon noticed the blood on the side of her neck. His heart broke seeing the pain laced in her eyes.

Mariam. Yeh kaise

Ali whispered. Unable to find words he walked to her and touched the side of her neck where the blood marks were gently. Mariam hissed.

Ahh.

A painful moan escaped her lips. Ali held her by her wrist and pulled her a little closer. Their hearts raced. He bent down a little and chanted something under his breath. Her scar healed. She looked at him. He looked up to meet her eyes. Their hearts raced, breathes got heavy. She cupped his face with her hands. They looked into each other's eyes with so many unspoken feelings that their eyes teared up.

Tum theek ho na?

Ali asked her wiping a tear that rolled up on Mariam's cheek.

Mariam whispered. She nodded her head in positive.

Mariam,s head spun. Her vision got blurry.

Mariam whispered slowly. She held her head and was about to fall loosing her consciousness but Ali held her in his arms.

Mariam.... Mariam ankhein kholo.

Ali said worriedly tapping her cheek only to realize that she's burning in fever.

Ya Allah Mariam ko toh bahot tez bukhar hai.

Ali said to himself. He picked her up and walked towards Mariam,s chamber and placed her on the bed.

Ek katori main thanda pani aur patiyan le ker aao.

Ali said rather ordered.

Rahim was about to say something but stopped as Ali gave him a sharp look.

Suna nahin kya?

Ali asked, his voice was dangerously calm but his eyes held pain. Rahim nodded and went from there.

5 minutes later!!!

Rahim came. Ali took the tray from his hands and dipped the cloth in water and kept it on her forehead.

Later Mariam opened her eyes. She looked at Ali.

Mariam tum theek ho na?

Ali asked her worriedly.

Mariam who had opened her eyes but wasn't in her senses looked at him and smiled. She held his shirt in her tight fist looking at him innocently.

Ali gale se lagaiye humein.

Mariam said innocently.

Ali looked at her shocked.

Mariam main.... aapko kaise gale lagaun... Matlab.

Ali hesitated.

Aap kaise matlab?

Mariam exclaimed making a face.

Agar aap Aliza ko gale laga sakte hain toh humein kyun nahin.... Hum toh phir bhi AAPKI MARJINA HAIN. Woh Marjina jo aapki yadasht jane ke baad bhi aapke khayalon mein rehti hai. Woh Marjina. Woh ladki jis ke sath aapki taqdeer judi hai.

Mariam exclaimed with her sleepy eyes barely open. She moved towards him and kept her head over his chest.

Ali,s heartbeat doubled hearing her confession. He looked at Mariam shocked who was sleeping peacefully like a child keeping her head over his chest. Unknowingly, he wrapped his arms around her petite frame. He made her lay on the bed and interlocked their fingers. He placed a soft kiss on her forehead making her smile in her sleep. He smiled.

Mujhe kuch yaad Kyun nahin hai? Ya Allah madad kar Meri.

Ali prayed. He was still shocked upon realizing that His Marjina was in front of his eyes and he couldn't recognize her.

He slowly left her hand and stood up. He covered her with the quilt and went from there.

Ali was confused, sad, shocked and what not at the shocking truth.

Ya Allah yeh kya ho raha hai mere sath.

Ali thought holding his head.

Kya mujhe Mariam se poochna chahiye? Nahin abhi nahin, per phir main janun ga kaise?

Ali thought. His head started paining. He went to his chamber and found Aliza there.

Aliza moved towards Ali and smiled. She cupped his cheek with her hand.

Ali aap theek hain na?

Aliza asked softly while cupping his cheek with her hand.

Ali smiled a little.

Ji shehzadi main....

He was about to say something but stopped feeling a sharp pain in his head. He held his head. His breathes got heavy. Aliza panicked.

Ali kya hua?

Aliza asked panicking. She rubbed his back to calm him but it was of no use.

RAHIM, BANO, NOORI JALDI AAO!!!

Aliza shouted on top of her voice. The trio came running, panic and fear written all over their faces.

They were about to say something but stopped seeing Ali,s condition.

JAO JA KAR SHAHI HAKIM KO BULA KER LAO.

Aliza shouted on top of her voice. Her scream was so loud that everyone (excluding Mariam as she was sleeping due to fever) gathered in Ali,s chamber within a minute.

Ali,s condition was worsening as he was getting some blurry kinda black and white unclear flashbacks in which there was a girl and boy kind of having nok jhok with each other.

Aaaaaahhh!!!!

The pain was growing unbearable for him. At last he ended up screaming his lungs out and fainted.

Ali... Ali....

Aliza panicked. She tapped his cheeks to wake him up but it was of no use
