Sapphire pov

Walking out to the garden I see my big brother, Iori. "Big brother Iori!" I yell out and run to hug him. He hugs me back. "Hi Flower, what are you up to?" He asks me. "I was just getting some fresh air." I smile at him.

~~~~~~~later, a few hours~~~~~~~~~

I walk back inside and go in the elevator. I go upstairs to the living room and see my big brother Kaname. "Kana?" I say. "Hello little lady, what are you up to?" I smile at him. "I was gonna get something to drink." Kaname stands up and walks to the kitchen and grabs me my cup and pours me some fruit punch that Ukyo made for me.

He walks back over to me and hands me my drink. I smile and take it. "Thanks big brother Kana!" I walk to the couch and sit down as Ukyo walks in with my medicine. "Just in time Sapphire." I look at him and try to run away. Masaomi catches me at the top of the stairs. "Masa no!" I yell. "You need to take your medicine. You need it to stay healthy." I pout as he carries me back downstairs.

We get back to the couch and he sets me down and Ukyo hands me my medicine. I take it and take a drink of my punch. "Done." I say. My three oldest brothers smile at me. I look over and see Yusuke, Ema, and Subaru walking downstairs. "Welcome home." We all say. I jump up and run over to my brother's and give them a hug. Ema opens her arms for a hug and I just walk away.

Ema pouts as I walk away. I turn to Subaru and jump in his arms and then on his shoulders. I look at my brothers and smile. "Kana! I'm taller then you now!" I laugh. Masaomi comes over, takes me off of Subaru and places me on the ground. I walk to the couch and lean on Yusuke like I always do.

Slowly my brother's that live at home come back. Suddenly my eyes get covered and someone says 'guess who.' I smile and guess. "I know your voice Fuuto, you cant fool me." I take his hands off my eyes then jump over the couch to hug my twin brother. "Welcome home, Fuuto!" I say. He place a hand on my cheek and smiles at me. "Thanks sis." He says. I take his arm and pull him to the couch.

I make him sit next to me then lean on Yusuke and place my legs on top of Fuutos lap. Ema sits next to Fuuto and tries to lean on him. He pushes her away. "Don't lean on me, I didn't say you can!" Fuuto yells at her.

She stops trying to lean on him but stays really close. "Can you move away from me I need my space." Fuuto asks but, Ema doesn't move. Fuuto gets annoyed and pushed her away. "I said give me some space, just because you live here now doesn't mean you can act like the queen of this place. The only queen here is Sapphire." Fuuto says. Ema looks hurt that he said that.

Ema stands up and walks over to stand in front of me. She grads my arm and pulls me up and pushs me into the table. I land with a yelp. Ema then sits on top of me pulling my hair. Masaomi and Kaname pull her off of me. My other brothers all run to my side as I sit there gasping for air. She had put her leg on my chest. Masaomi makes sure Kaname is holding her back and runs to me. "Sapphire your gonna be alright." He pulls out his phone and calls for an ambulance then calls someone at the hospital to make sure the ICU is ready.

~~~~~~~~~In the hospital~~~~~~~~~~~

Masaomi pov

Inside the ICU lays my little sister. That brat Ema hurt her. My younger brothers all stand outside looking in the window. Sapphire has a breathing mask on to help her breath. "Masa-nii is Nee-Chan going to be okay?" Little Wataru asks me. "Nee-Chan is going to be fine in about a week." He nods and holds my hand. We stand there for a few more minutes and I send everyone home. All of them leave but Fuuto, Yusuke and Tsubaki.

"You all need to go home." Fuuto shakes his head. "As long as that girl is there I'm not going back, I'll hurt her other wise." Fuuto says with his fist clenched.  I put my hand on his head. "She's going to be alright in a week, you can visit everyday if you want." I explained to him. He and the others reluctantly go home with me.

The next few days Sapphire spent in the ICU, to help her lungs become stable. Then she was moved to a room where she spent the rest of her time. She came home on a Saturday. To surprise her we made a welcome home party for her. As for Ema she was grounded by myself and her father, he plans to get her, her own apartment close to us but not with us. That's the only way to keep Sapphire safe.

~~~~~~~~~~A few hours later~~~~~~~~

Sapphire pov

I walk into our home with Masaomi, we go upstairs and into the living room only for me to see a party waiting. "Welcome home Sapphire!" All my brothers yell. I look around and see all of them even Natsume and Hikaru, I walk over to them and hug each of them.

They hug me back and show me a cake they got for me. We all sit down and eat it. We spent a few hours laughing and having fun. Then we all went off to bed. Masaomi made it so I use oxygen at nighttime or when I need it. I walk to my room that I share with Fuuto. We hug good night and I tell all of my brothers good night then the Asahina house is silent. Little did I know Ema was planning something.

As you can tell I don't like Ema so I'm making her mean, and the brothers won't fall in love with her. You'll see in the story what I mean.
