Today's finally the day they're rescuing Eri. Everyone has been grouped into teams and are now standing out front the Cleansers base. 8:30 am.

After some complications, the group manages to get underground. They end up at a dead end.

"I'll go take a look!" Mirio exclaims, walking forward to the wall. His head pops through.

"Lemillion-senpai, wait! You'll lose all your clothes again..." Kirishima calls out.

"Mirio's costume is lined with special fibers made of his hair. It's designed to be able to phase with him whenever he activates his quirk," Amajiki tells him.

Mirio comes back out the wall. "This wall was just thrown up to block the way! Though it's very, very thick."

Kirishima and Izuku punch through the wall before anyone can blink. Then the hallway begins to distort around them, preventing them from moving forward.

"All this is a stopgap measure! No matter how much he warps the passage, as long as I know the right direction I can get there!" Mirio shouts.

"Lemillion!" Sir shouts.

"Senpai!" Izuku shouts.

"They're just buying time, cuz they know as well as we do this is a race!" Mirio says, rushing forward.

Kivi grabs his shoulder before he can phase through the wall. "Wait, I'm going with you."

"You can't phase like I can," Mirio says.

Kivi sighs. "I don't typically use this cause I haven't practiced with it a lot, but I might be able to phase with you."

"What?"

"Carry me, and I'll handle the rest."

He immediately scoops her up and moves closer to the wall. "You ready?"

She places her hands on his chest and focuses on his energy to phase through as well. "Ready."

He runs through the wall, taking Kivi with him. Once they get out of the deformed hallways, Mirio sets Kivi down. They begin running down the hallway with Kivi in the lead to lead them to where Eri is.

"How were you able to phase with me?" Mirio asks. "That was so cool!"

"If I can match the energy of another person, I can temporarily borrow their power. Obviously not with mutant quirks though, can't just randomly have a bird head or tail. With emitter and transformation quirks it just depends."

"Neat."

"Makes me a little winded though," Kivi says with a deep breath. "Eri's right around this next corner."

The students slide to a stop, catching the attention of the two villains.

"Sorry to bother you but guess I've gotta ask after all, may I have a few words with you?" Mirio speaks up.

"It's them..." Chisaki murmurs. "You shouldn't have been able to get here so easily..."

"We took a short cut and came to rescue that girl," Mirio replies.

"...I see you pull your hero face after the circumstances dawn on you, hmm Mr. Student? At that time you noticed, but simply pretended not to, didn't you? She doesn't even wish to be rescued by you. To this girl neither of you are heroes."

"That's why we're here now," Mirio says.

"It seems I'm still not getting through to you, so I'll put it simply," Chisaki says. "You're just going to die." He along with the Cleanser carrying Eri walk away.

The two rush at the villains only to get a suddenly overwhelming feeling of drunkenness. Kivi falls to the floor as Mirio slams into the wall nearby.

Cackling is heard from above them. "You a little drunk over there~!?" a voice calls out from above them. "Wheee, your legs are gettin' unste–" He hiccups. "Gettin' really unsteady, right?!"

Kivi looks up through her drunken haze to see Sakaki Deidoro, one of the Cleansers they didn't see before, dangling from the ceiling. "S-Sakaki..."

"Same here!" he continues. "And that's why you can't walk! Don't get too close to me, or you might catch the drunkenness!"

Another Cleanser makes himself known and aims his gun at the two. He fires and Mirio dodges them using his quirk to phase through.

"What's your quirk?" the new Cleanser, Kivi recognizes as Nemoto Shin, asks Mirio.

Mirio answers immediately affected by Nemoto's quirk.

Kivi surrounds the drunk Cleanser in a quirk cancelling shield, getting rid of the drunkenness.

"What the hell?!" he shouts, drunkenly pounding on the shield.

Kivi and Mirio immediately stand up straight. Nemoto begins to rain bullets on the two. Kivi surrounds Nemoto in a barrier as well.

"I, who differ from the other sacrificial fodder am a singular entity among this organization! I've been permitted to tag along the capo and his ambitions!" Nemoto shouts, shooting the shield.

Mirio scoffs as they walk up to the shield covered men. "Ambitions!? Using his own daughter?!"

Nemoto shrugs. "Ahh. To carry things out smoothly, emotions are unnecessary. You of all people should know that."

Kivi drains all their energy, ridding the shields once they pass out. Mirio sinks into the floor and races in the direction Chisaki went. Kivi runs down the hallway just seeing as Chisaki dodges the kick Mirio aimed at him. Mirio aims another kick at the Cleanser, phasing it through Eri's head and tangible straight into the Cleansers face. The Cleanser releases Eri and Mirio catches her.

"But why?! Stop...! You can't... That man will kill you!" Eri shouts at him.

"I'll never let him make you sad ever again. Everything's fine now! I'll be your hero!" Mirio tells her.

"...How filthy," Chisaki growls, picking himself off the floor. "Come back here, Eri. Don't you care if he's killed? How many times must I tell you before you understand? You were born to destroy others."

Kivi releases a dark chuckle. "Chisaki, you should know better than anyone to not underestimate an opponent." Her eyes are revealed to be a dark purple color, meaning her dark side is being released.

"Mister, y-you can't! He's gonna–"

Mirio cuts Eri off. "Don't listen to him!"

"I'm always telling you the same thing: Whenever you start acting selfish like this, then I've gotta go and get my hands dirty," Chisaki continues, wiping his face with his sleeve. "Every single one of your actions is destined to kill people. You are a cursed being."

"How can you say such a thing to your own daughter?!" Mirio shouts.

"What? Ah, right. That old story. I don't have any children." He uses his quirk on the ground, forming it in his own twisted way.

Kivi grabs Eri into her embrace and surrounds them in a layered shield, bouncing them around as it repels any attack from going through. Mirio phases through everything.

Kivi hugs Eri close to herself. "Everything's going to be just fine Eri. I will protect you. We won't lose. I promise."

"You'd put even her in harms way!?" Mirio shouts.

"Yep," Chisaki responds. "It doesn't matter if Eri breaks if I reassemble her in time, I can bring her back to life. And Eri doesn't need to come out of it pristine, since I can revert her back to her original state anyway. Trust me, Eri, and her body, know that first hand."

"Motherfucker," Kivi growls, setting Eri down and stepping out of her shield. Kivi lets the shield begin to radiate any calming energy she can conjure to let Eri know she's gonna be okay.

"What are you two going to do if Eri gets hurt? Because in this situation, I'm the only one who can heal her," Chisaki continues to taunt.

Kivi grins. "And that's where you're wrong, asshole. I can heal her. I can even rid her of her current scars. What are you gonna do now smartass. Lemillion, take care of the extra over there. I call Chisaki."

Mirio looks over at the Cleanser getting up in surprise. He thought he kicked him hard enough for him to be out. "Dammit."

Kivi looks to Chisaki in a terrifying grin. Her hair disappears and is replace by her natural glowing tendrils. "There is one thing that truly pisses me off, Chisaki. That is hurting children."

"Don't you dare call me by that name so flippantly! I threw that name away!"

"Well that's too bad, Chi~sa~ki~!" Kivi says, now hovering up in the air. Her skin begins to disappear as purple begins to shine through. A skin barrier covers her body as Chisaki continuously smashes her with spikes from the ground.

Nemoto returns, pulling himself through a crack in the wall and begins to attack Mirio with the other Cleanser.

"How are you not getting hurt?!" Chisaki shouts.

"Because nothing ever gets through my shields," Kivi replies, hovering tall above him. She begins to endlessly wail on his face not giving him any chance to touch her, packing all the stored energy she has left into the punches.

Mirio eventually finishes off the two Cleansers and turns to Kivi in shock. Her whole demeanor has changed into a vicious animal. "Xantara! Stop you'll kill him!"

"That's what I'm planning to do!" Kivi growls, lifting him up by his throat and squeezing it.

Izuku suddenly bursts into the room with Aizawa following behind. Aizawa takes in everything that going on and stops Kivi's quirk, which immediately breaks her out of her daze. He releases his hold on her and her appearance returns to normal. She teeters a bit from exerting so much energy.

She immediately surrounds each villain in a quirk cancelling shield, sucking each of their energies into sleep. She regains her energy, but she is still too tired. She can't always be restored. All the other heroes enter the room.

Izuku immediately goes up to Eri.

Aizawa walks up beside her. "You were beginning to lose control," Aizawa murmurs to her.

Kivi shakes her head. "I know. I... All I could imagine was my younger brother in Eri's place. I couldn't handle that."

"It's a good thing I caught you in time or you know what would happen to you," Aizawa says, stuffing his hands in his pockets.

Kivi shivers. "I know."

"I swear you're going to give me gray hairs," Aizawa sighs.

Kivi turns to him with a sly grin. "That's something a dad would say."

"Don't–"

"Too late, dad," Kivi replies sing songy. "Dadzawa."

He sends out his scarf to wrap around her, but she throws up a solid shield, so he can't see her. "I'm giving you up for adoption."

She releases the shield. "You wish," Kivi says, rolling her eyes. "You're stuck with me."

"Until you graduate then you're not my responsibility anymore."

"Yeah, yeah." Kivi takes a deep breath and slumps over, heavily leaning on Aizawa.

"Kid?" Aizawa calls out, looking down at her.

"Tired... It's too early in the morning..." She falls asleep after her body takes in the amount of energy she used up.

Aizawa sighs, helping her over to an ambulance.

Kivi wakes up with a start in the same room as Izuku is checked over.

Izuku looks over to her. "Kivi-san! You're awake!"

"Did... I pass out?" Kivi questions.

"No, you just fell asleep which I guess isn't much different than passing out," Izuku says with an afterthought.

"How are the others?" Kivi asks.

Aizawa decides to make that his turn to appear.

"I just went and checked on them all," Aizawa says.

The nurse chasing behind him shouts out that he shouldn't be walking around yet. He waves her off.

"Aizawa sensei! Are you alright now?" Izuku asks.

"I got ten stitches. Now you two come," Aizawa says.

"Ten stitches? I didn't know you were injured," Kivi says, getting off the bed to follow behind the two.

"Toga managed to get me with her knife," Aizawa says. "Kirishima has immense bruising and lacerations all over his body, but it's not life threatening. Amajiki has a large fissure-like wound on his face, but apparently it'll heal up without a trace, given time. Fatgum suffered numerous bone fractures, but he seemed to be doing fine. Rock Lock was very fortunate. The blade missed all his internal organs, so none of his injuries were serious."

"Thank goodness," Izuku says.

"I can go and heal everyone later," Kivi says. "I still need some time to re-energize."

"Eri, on the other hand, still hasn't woken up, and her fever won't go down. We have her quarantined for now."

"Why? What happened?" Kivi asks.

"After you passed out, Chisaki managed to heal himself then combined himself along with Nemoto into a monster. Midoriya and Eri fought him."

Her eye twitches. "How...?" she mumbles to herself. "Details later, Izu."

He gives her a nod. "So, quarantined? Does that mean we can't visit her?" Izuku asks.

"This was a decision made based on the information we obtained about her from files the Cleansers had on her quirk. She can't control her quirk that can turn back a person's time. Should anything happen to trigger her quirk again, we have no way of stopping it aside from myself and you, Kivi."

"So, she's gonna basically be my little sister. That's cool," Kivi says.

"And because we don't know how strong it is, and to keep our minds at ease, I think this is the most rational option at the moment. We're doing this for her sake too," Aizawa continues. "It doesn't work on things like buildings or the ground, only on people which means that it's not something we can easily train, discipline, or fine-tune. In other words, we can't rely on her quirk."

"What do you mean?" Izuku asks.

"All we can do is accept it."

"Actually, I would be able to train her," Kivi says. "Actually, she would be perfect to train with my little brother and if things get out of control, I can stop her."

"What do you mean?" Aizawa asks.

"My younger brother's quirk is energy regeneration. He can regenerate any part of his body along with anyone else's body. Meaning–"

"If he gets hurt, he'll heal," Aizawa continues.

"Exactly. My brother needs to learn how to control his quirk better too. They can learn together," Kivi says.

"I'll see," Aizawa says.

After a bunch of inquires and processes, they returned to school that night.

"They're back!!!! Th-they came back!!!!!!" Mineta screams as the five students walk through the door, gaining the attention of everyone.

Akiba jumps off the couch from beside Bakugo and tackles Kivi's legs before anyone can get over to them.

Kivi bends down and picks him up in a hug. He wraps his legs around her waist as he buries his face in her shoulder, hugging her back.

"Are you guys alright?!"
"We saw it all on the news!!"
"Everyone was worried about you guys."
"You've all been through a lot!"
"In any case, have some chocolate cake!"
"You trouble makers~"

"You guys (Kirishima, Kivi, and Izuku) always come back after getting mixed up with some crazy business!" Kaminari shouts. "Quit scarin' us dammit!"

"We're glad you're all okay," Mezo says through a tentacle.

"Okay...? Are they okay? Mm..." earjack mumbles.

Invisible wraps Ochako and Tsu in a tight hug shouting their names.

"Everyone!" Iida shouts, sliding between the students with his arms spread wide. "I know you were all worried, but let's calm down! You all saw the news, didn't you? So you know what they went through. As classmates, we should be sensitive to their feelings and let them rest. It's not just their bodies their spirits must be hurting too."

"Iida. Iida," Izuku calls out.

"Hm?"

"Thank you, but... I'm alright."

"... Well then..." Iida says.

(Bahahahaa!)

"I love you, sunshine," Kivi murmurs into Aki's hair.

"I WAS SOOOOOOO WORRIED!! None of you have the slightest idea how I–" Iida blows up, shouting into a rant.

"You're the most intense of all!!" tape arms shouts.

"I miss you! I was worry when I woke in Katsu-senpai's room!"

Kivi smiles correcting his Japanese. "I'm sorry. I didn't want to wake you."

"Hey!" Bakugo shouts from the couch, looking at Kivi.

She walks over with a grin. "Aww, were you worried about me?"

"Don't give me that crap! You left that little brat in my bed almost made me blow him up!"

"He scared you!? I would've paid to see that!"

Kaminari comes over, moving to fall back on Bakugo. "Hey! Kacchan! What're ya sulkin about over here with your girlfriend?! Aren't ya here cause you were worried too? Right? Or was it just for your girlfriend? Be honest!"

Bakugo moves out of the way and stands up before he could. "I'm going to bed!"

"What?! This early? Are you a grandpa?!" Kaminari groans.

"You're not going to say a word?" Mashi asks.

"I don't have all the time in the world like you idiots!" he retorts, leaving up to his room. "And we're not dating!"

Shoto also says that he's heading to bed as well.

"Well, I'm exhausted anyway. Night," Kivi says, heading upstairs with Akiba. "Did Katsu help you in the bath?" She looks at his pajamas.

"Yeah, and he made me dinner!" Akiba says happily.

"Good," she nods. "Then how about you use the bathroom before we go to bed. You're staying in my room tonight."

"Yay! Sleepover!"

The elevator opens and Kivi is immediately tackled and covered with kisses from her panthers.

She chuckles. "Okay, okay! Aki, go get yourself ready for bed while I feed everyone."

He nods and races upstairs. "Okay!"

Kivi gives everyone their dinner, petting her panthers. "Sorry you guys but no walk tonight. I'm too tired. We'll do something fun another time."

They head upstairs and Kivi pulls her little brother to her chest.

"Kivi?"

"I love you, you know that, right?"

"Yeah! I love you too!"

"I won't let anyone hurt you."

"I know! I believe you! You so strong, big sis!"

Kivi smiles, burying her face in his hair with a kiss. "Come on, let's get in bed."

They curl up on the large bed. After getting settled, the two panthers make their way to snuggle beside them.

"Goodnight, Kivi."

"Goodnight, otouto."
